As always, was not disappointed by Longhorn. It was my first time at this location and they upheld my general expectation of Longhorn. I got there around 8:30-8:40 PM and was seated right away. The restaurant was clean or being cleaned constantly (after customers left). I listened to the surrounding customers (not eavesdropping) to see if they had any negative opinions but heard none. All the waitresses were very friendly and on top of keeping both cleanliness and customer satisfaction on point. My waitress, Alexa, was very kind and seemed to know exactly the right amount of times to check on me. She didn't do it too much and end up bothering me, and she didn't neglect me. She was very expedient in getting me whatever it was I needed and she did it all with a big smile on here face. I really felt like I wasn't being too much of a bother like most other restaurants make you feel. The cooks also need some praise, as they were the true heroes of my night. My New York Strip was the perfect amount of "extra-rare"ness. It was very juicy and super flavorful. I legitimately took a couple minutes with a couple of my bites just to savor the flavor. The steamed broccoli was also done very well. Not too soggy, not too tough. Just the right amount of crisp. I then ended it with a Red, White, and Blue Cheesecake that tasted even better than it looked. Never in my life have I ever been able to have more than 1 blueberry at a time that was perfectly ripe and juicy but this dessert's blueberries were ALL perfect. As were the strawberry slices. It was just immensely delicious. The only thing I didn't like was that I was too full to finish it all! I was weary to try this place out because of some of the comments, but in the end, I was absolutely pleased with every aspect of it. Well done, guys. Keep it up! read more

Horrible service. Got seated in the corner next to where they kept the high chairs even though there was other tables open. My fiancés Apple martini was straight vodka. I asked to add bacon to my burger and they put 1 whole strip on it... Never going back again! read more

The Longhorn is a great place to eat! The food is always very tasty & cooked exactly as I ask for it!! They have a great selection to choose from also! Their usually is little to zero waiting time for a table which is strange because the place is always full! I do wish the prices were a bit easier on the wallet but I get why it's not, you get what you pay for!! They have also increased the appetizer selection recently & all of them are very good! Always excellent food. Specifically, the seasoning on their porterhouse is exceptional! Staff seem to be friendly and accommodating as well. Of course it is pricey, because it's steak. But it's definitely worth the money. When I go to Giant Eagle to buy steaks myself, they cost about the same as Longhorn except I can't cook it nearly as well and I don't have that seasoning!!! read more

Best part of my meal was the Appetizer. I ordered my steak medium rare and got back a rare steak. Because this was the first time I fought through it and talked to my waiter who gave me a BS coupon for a free appetizer with purchase of an entree. A 26 dollar steak that I had to feed to my dog and I got a free 8 dollar entree. Sorry Long Horn you dropped the ball on this one. read more

The food is good and the ambience is of a fine dining restaurant. However, I was able to hear the kitchen staff talking, which ruined the moment. The pepper grinder didnt work properly and the butter was hard. I noticed a table wanted to use a coupon and the manager had to inspect it at the table, which seemed out of place. read more

So my family and I ate there a couple hours ago and my mom order a steak when it comes out she can't even eat the steak so the waitress sends the manager over and my mom tells him about how she couldn't even eat her steak so he asks her does she want a sirloin and she's like ok so they bring it out later. Now mind you she's thinking they are trying to make this right.. I get my bill later and they charged me for the steak! Now that's messed up! I was so pissed when I got my bill! that manger made it seem like since they messed up and my mom wasn't happy that they made her another steak in place of the crappy one they gave her the first time! That's bad business what they should of done was give her that steak at no charge!! And to make matters worse the sirloin was more expensive than the first steak she ordered!! We came up for the holiday weekend from Florida to visit family. There are a lot of restaurants in the area, but they're not or miss. We have never had a bad meal or a bad customer service experience at Longhorn. Last night was no exception. From arrival to departure, the staff was engaging, smiling, and focused on the customers. I noticed that some staff (second servers- two African American young men- one with oversized glasses and one with short pulled-back braids) went out of their way to help the servers and visit with the "regulars." Nicely done! I believe the manager was in an arm cast, but was still supporting her team and delivering food. Our waitress, Tammy, was super. She never seemed flustered and was on top of our orders, hot food was hot and cold food was cold (Mr. Marriott would be pleased). Food quality was great and our drinks were good too. I'm not big on chain restaurants but.....this was a great experience. I was eating alone so I sat at the bar. I ordered the outlaw ribeye medium rare and a loaded baked potato. I'm a big steak guy and this was arguably one of the best steaks I've ever had. The flavor and cut were perfect. The kind of steak that melts in your mouth. Definitely will eat here again. The baked potato was standard but definitely tasty. I also had a caeser salad which was decent. Service was quick and attentive. Food was unreal. I'll have to try longhorn in my home town to compare but this location was definitely operating with standards. Thank you for an amazing meal! read more

This is honestly one of the best steakhouses in its price range I've ever eaten at. My husband and I jsut moved here from Indiana, and we've been sad that there's no Texas Roadhouse around here. We decided to eat at Longhorn and give it a try. We were not disappointed. The bread is warm and soft on the inside (although not as good as Texas Roadhouse's 1000 calorie rolls), the salad was good and loaded with all kinds of goodies (although again, not as good at Texas Roadhouse's), and our entree was amazing (definitely better than Texas Roadhouse's entrees). Our steak was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, and seasoned so perfectly. The crab and shripm au gratin was amazing; I think an artery clogged while eating it! I had a blackberry and peach margarita, and it was amazing...and huge! We then had the chocolate dessert. O-M-G! Not the best chocolate dessert I've ever had but so huge, my husband and I took half of it home. Plus, the mousse parts of the dessert were amazing. We will definintely return as soon as the craving for an awesome steak comes back. read more
