We were staying at the hotel behind the restaurant and decided on walking across the parking lot instead of driving to someplace. It ended up being a good choice. We were seating quickly and decided on the spinach dip to start. The dip was good, but I did not like the chips which reminded me of pita bread. Despite going for dinner on a Saturday evening (a popular day/time), there was no wait for a booth. Our server, Nevaeh, was friendly and efficient. Placed an order to be picked up at 410PM arrived ten minutes late and it took another 15 minutes to bring me my order. At one point I walked into the restaurant to see what the holdup was and the guy with my order was talking to the bar tender saying I had a drink with my order and the bar tender was saying no. We stopped in the the Cleveland Longhorn for Christmas Eve lunch and had a very good experience. Our food was quite good and Cassandra took good care of us. Part of that may be that our sirloins were actually rung in as filets. That said, they were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Longhorn's lunch menu is priced to provide a very good value, with several options under $10 and steaks under $15 with sides. Cassandra was friendly and overly-apologetic for mistakes that we didn't even notice. (I don't think she actually made a mistake many times that she apologized!) Me and my family came to longhorn for a birthday celebration dinner. There was 7 of us and we all had ordered, 4 people at our table ordered Parmesan crust on their steaks and 2 ordered red rock grilled shrimp. Our server came and informed only one of the two table members that ordered the shrimp that they were out of the shrimp but didn't say anything to our other member or ask them what they wanted as a substitute until we flagged her down and reminded her. Three plates arrived and it was about 10 minutes later the other 3 came out and then another 10 for the final plate which was an appetizer. One steak didn't have the Parmesan crust because she didn't write it down and had to wait 10 more minutes for only a plate of melted Parmesan which we were charged for. By the time it came steak was cold and we were done eating. We came there at 5:30 and left at 7:10 I asked for a to go box that never came but she didn't hesitate to grab the bill and check tip. Broccoli was pretty bland but complemented w/ the saltiness of my loaded baked potato (always yum w/ butter, green onions, cheddar cheese and bacon) and ribeye. We were not able to get one but the manager said for me to come back and he would make it very special for us. It's been a while since we've been and it was our first time at this particular location. I knew I wanted a steak but when I saw the porterhouse I knew I had to have it. I got it medium rare and it came out a little more rare than medium but it was still really good. I got a broccoli side and that wasn't anything to write home about. The steak was amazing and I ate all 22oz of it. But the best part of the meal was the cheesy mushrooms. I could have eaten several servings of those. And they were all keto friendly. :) read more

I typically steer clear of chain restaurants but I received a gift card to this one so we gave it a try. I'm so glad we did. The restaurant was clean and cozy. The menu offered a variety of things we were interested in. We ordered a couple of appetizers, the surf and surf dip was amazing and the wings were soooo good. I especially loved the dry rub on the wings and the blue cheese dressing for dipping was the best I've ever had. We all ordered steaks and chicken. We come to the Cleveland TN restaurant every Sunday and it has always been a great experience. Today though my wife and I just can't get past it. Only one word for it and that is TERRIBLE service and the food wasn't prepared right. We only saw our waitress twice. After waiting almost 25 minutes and no waitress my wife got the hostess and she took our orders and naturally wrote them down wrong. It all started with the salads. So much dressing on them it would choke an elephant so we had to send them back and ask for dressing on the side. Right after getting new salads our meal came. My steak was suppose to be medium and it was more like well done, no red in the center at all. My wife had the salmon and had to send it back because the center wasn't done. Our waitress finally shows up and asks if everything is good. I just shook my head at her, she had no clue at all. She disappeared and we never saw her until she brought our ticket. No drink refills for a long time. Had to get the hostess to once again help out. The waitress showed up with our ticket and hate it for her but we didn't put a tip on the receipt. It was a late lunch, so the restaurant was quiet and I always like the atmosphere here. After a little debate snd the waitresses recommendations, we both decided on the Ribeye sandwich. At $12, I was thinking it should be pretty awesome. Well, not so much. The steak was seasoned ok, however it was quite thin and ended up being medium well instead of medium. The description said served on thick bread. It came out on a normal sliced Italian white bread and B mine was soggy and not toasted. My sisters came out a C little toasted, however still pretty lame for $12. I think this sandwich could be amazing with a more substantial bread choice that was toasted or grilled with a garlic butter. I ended up pulling my bread. FF were fine and our server was attentive. Attention to the fine details could have made this dish. Needless to say, if I am going to spend $12 on lunch, I'm going to try something else. read more
