It was a great day to eat at Chili's. Despite being busy they were turning tables quickly. Our server Mike was very sweet and attentive. The runners were doing a nice job getting drinks and apps out while the servers were greeting customers and keeping a flow. My triple dipper was nice and hot. I absolutely love the Southwest Egg rolls, they are my favorite part. We also got the Chips and Dips and that was equally enjoyable. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and the manager did a great job checking in and greeting customers despite how busy they were. Today 7/26/25 at 5:30 me and my family had dinner at this Chili's. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a coors light. The only thing that was good was the coors light. The fries were old and lightly salted. The burger was way over cooked. The server Brian acted like it was his first day. Forgot several things we asked for , like mayonnaise and our Togo chips and salsa. He wasn't gonna give me my copy of receipt. Also the manager was notified by us and only replaced fries. We have gone to Chili's every-so-often for soup and salad--sometimes we get more substantial fare. We were really looking forward to a nice bowl of soup and plate of salad only to have that positive outlook dashed when the hostess was more interested in socializing and cleaning tables then engaging the customer and seating them before returning to her table prep. We have encountered this hostess before and were faced with her less than welcoming and hardly personable approach. She has shown negative attitude on more than one occasion but this is it for me. She always has an air about her that just rubs the wrong way and she seems to stress about the tables and waitresses/waiters in a way that negativity impacts her job performance and relations with those around her, employee and customer alike. On April 20, 2023, I had a free appetizer that was expiring on my Chili's App and I also had a gift card. We only go out to eat a few times a year, and really never order take-out, but decided to treat ourselves and not cook. My husband spent quite a bit of time selecting his choice from the online menu, and I found something I wanted as well as the appetizer we would share. I went to the car wash and was going to order from there and then pick up the food on the way home. I had not been able to get the app to work, and still could not at the car wash. I also tried ordering through the website. Finally, I called the restaurant and was told that they were having a problem with the HVAC system and were not taking any orders and that they were closed and trying to "get rid" of the people who were currently dining in the restaurant. It was 6:30 pm. I had been trying to get an order to go through online since before I left the house about an hour earlier. We ended up eating scambled eggs and my free appetizer expired that night without me being able to use the perk. I still have the gift cards, but may give them to my daughter who lives where they have a better Chili's. This one used to be really good...so sad that it seems to be having many issues based on the comments and ratings I see here. read more

They often have specials on bar food and drinks that are awesome Sunday-Friday. I think bogo on is every day all day until 10pm on house ,premium drinks and beer The decor is most like every other modern Chili's, and since this is a university town majority of the staff are college students. Nothing better than waiting 25 min to pay for food that wasn't very good and being offered nothing for all of the hassle. They shouldn't accept Apple Pay if the Apple Cash option is just going to give a "please reboot your device" error message without any other details. The crispy chicken crispers were tough and not very tasty. Drinks were overpriced. Boneless wings tastes like they got them from Sam's Club and were cooked by my 6 year old. I called them on phone and asked about Happy Hour Specials. He didn't know so he gave me somebody who knew a little bit more, but still not enough. They need more education and training. Once arrived, no one was at bar. So I waited. Getting impatient here. A few more minutes go by and some one comes out and I look at her, and they immediately look away although they are behind bar. Then somebody else comes out and I think they are the bar tender and she ignores me too. She pours a couple beers for some customers and then, goes to kitchen. So, I been here about 7 minutes and nobody still hasn't spoke to me yet. Finally, somebody comes out and comes up to me. I ask her about Happy Hour specials and want a menu for that. She says they don't have one. She rambles off a few happy hour hour food items. In summary, they need a happy hour food menu. There's just to many problems what's on special and not. She mentions the new digital monitors in front of you has it but further states not all are on special. This makes it confusing. She's not friendly either and never smiles. Also it's kinda cold outside and they have the AC on. So I'm cold and - I have a long sleeved shirt on. I ain't coming here no more. I wished I had gone to BWW. Due to the recent COVID 19 working on the road has been extremely troublesome to find food. Having to use door dash or to go is not the best since the food is not even close to what you would receive being in the establishment. I ordered a side salad with my meal which was an after thought. Since type restrictions it normally comes in a white foam container but this time came in a soup cup that was literally 3 bites and your done. I got cheddar bites cook the best but the ranch on the side was covering them and made it almost not enjoyable. This trip is starting off poorly. My daughter is in town and the only thing she requested was to come to Chili's and eat. After much scheduling and logistical planning, we jumped up and just came. We walked in and the two hosts were jabbering, which is fine, but then they acted surprised to see us. We were the only ones in the waiting area and there seemed to be a general lack of professionalism. The hosts/hostess went to find us a table and then came back and began complaining that one of the servers didn't want to take a table with 8 people. The whole time they argued and gossiped about this server loud enough for us to hear. Finally she tells me that there will be a wait to which I replied, "I know, I heard you!" After finally getting seated we were promptly greeted and our orders taken. The rest of the evening went well and the food was good. I left a comment on service and food March 12, 2019. The company contacted me to return there call about the experience we had at the Paul Huff Rd. Chilli's, I was really impressed that someone cared enough to reach out and then to be as helpful to take notice to the issue we had, our issue was not to get something for free or to bash this establishment as they have in the past been excellent and I am certain they will be in the future. Without letting the company know what's happening they can not correct or make right any wrongs. I am extremely happy with Chilli's and the Chilli's chain for taking the time to speak with us to make things better for us all, we will continue to visit this location and others but will always feel better knowing we are not just a dollar sign!!!! The waiter brings her a salad in a TINY bowl (I will be adding a pic) We were both awestruck at first thinking it was joke. The cup of sauce was almost 1/3 the size of the salad. It would have been soup if she used the whole thing. There couldn't have been more then a few bits of lettuce. I've never seen a salad in these bowls before, they have always been served on square plates. After about 40 minutes of waiting I got my salad and she got her flatbread. My salad was about $10 and was also very small. It was served on a long rectangle plate which is really inconvenient for a salad. We got to speak to the manager who wasn't particularly nice about the situation. She claims the lunch salads have always came in this tiny bowl which is a blatant lie when we received the same lunch salad a few weeks ago that was full size. She brought me more lettuce and my aunt another salad. Not happy and this restaurant has officially made it to my blacklist of restaurants I will not go to ever again. I have a hunch that the new guacamole addition to the menu brought in these new bowls and they figured they could shrink the salads by throwing them in there. read more
