It was delicious. My wife and me were driving back from Niagara Falls and got really hungry, so we decided to get some steak. We ordered Ribeye , grilled corn and it came with ceaser salad and fresh bread with butter. The steak was perfectly cooked. The service was very pleasant and quick. Inside, it was quiet and clean.

Amazing service, we got our drinks almost immediately, our food came out in less than 20 minutes and the staff was very polite. everyone was very welcoming the ambiance was the best i've experienced at any other restaurant.

We ordered a parmesan encrusted ribeye. Any time I have ordered something encrusted it is just around the end.

I have ordered from Longhorn many times in the past and have been pleased. This time we added the parmesan encrusted option but it came completely covered in cheese and absolutely ruined the steak. I highly recommend just getting steak only without any form of cheese

For a chain and all they have amazing cuts of meat that they cook perfectly. I'm a steak snob and they always nail it. I'm nuts about the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms, sometimes I get that as my meal haha. They really drop the ball in the chicken rolls department. Last time they were mushy and we had to send them back. This time they were so raw in the middle they were like bubble gum even though we ordered them crispy. We showed the waitress and she agreed and said she wouldn't eat that either. I'm perturbed I was still charged for them when not only did they get my order wrong, but it was unacceptable by any standards. Fried pickles were so overcooked they weren't juicy and the batter just fell off. We didn't even bother to complain because we were annoyed and our waitress was busy. I will say staff and manager are very nice and welcoming. Bartender isn't the best. Drinks are on the weak side or strong side. May be new.

I know everyone is figuring out how to do this again now that we are open so maybe I need to go back after a month and update this review. Went with 2 others for dinner. Nice staff. Everyone was very kind. Ordered LH old fashioned. Came with wrong cherry and the orange in it was nasty. Bruised and discolored. Steaks were just ok. Expect ribeyes to be tender and flavorful. Neither. Good salads. Good bread. Staff mixed up the sides on the plates so we had to move stuff around. No biggie but it's attentiveness. Brussel sprouts were wet and very sweet. Normally would say not recommended but will give it another go in case they are just relearning.

Outlaw ribeye with lobster tail, to go order.

In response to Milen D's recent review of Firestones(which I witnessed)…read more I honestly can't decide what's more embarrassing: your experience at the restaurant or the fact that you thought this review was worth posting. You apparently walked in expecting the entire establishment to revolve around your very specific demands, got disappointed, called someone a "clown," accused them of lying, and then produced this barely decipherable masterpiece of nonsense. The staff didn't fail you--you failed to understand where you were, what they offered, and apparently how restaurants work. And judging by the grammar and coherence of this review, I'm not sure you were in any condition to be evaluating anyone else's performance. Being unhappy with a meal is one thing. Throwing a tantrum because a restaurant didn't conform to whatever bizarre expectations you had in your head is another. Do everyone a favor next time: stay home, lower your expectations, and let the adults enjoy their dinner without having to witness another episode of The World's Most Confused Customer. The restaurant got one bad review. You got permanently immortalized as the person who wrote it. I'd say one of those is considerably harder to recover from.

Firestone's pizza has an excellent char, solid sauce and flavorful toppings. The restaurant also has a beer/wine store, and a eye pleasing meat counter/butcher. I have no complaints - friendly service, fair priced pizza for excellent quality, and the liquor section has some charm to the decor. ***From the road, look for Gordon's (even though Firestone Kitchen is the eatery). Gordon's is more prominent from the road.

The restaurant is much larger than it appears from the outside. Once you head through the first dining room and down the steps, you're greeted by a warm, homey dining room with a surprisingly spacious bar. It has a comfortable neighborhood feel, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. Our cocktails arrived in about 10 minutes, and the hush puppies followed about 20 minutes later. They had a nice flavor, but were much denser and chewier than I expected. The bigger issue was the wait for our entrees. With the restaurant not appearing particularly busy, nearly 50 minutes for fried chicken and jerk chicken felt excessive. The good news? The chicken absolutely delivered! Both the fried chicken and the jerk chicken were packed with flavor and easily stole the show. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, while the jerk had a wonderful balance of seasoning and spice. Those dishes alone made the meal worthwhile. Unfortunately, my mashed potatoes arrived warm instead of hot. After such a long wait, I was hoping everything would come out piping hot, and that side just missed the mark. Cole slaw was fresh but pretty boring in the flavor department. I really wanted this to be the five-star experience that so many others have had. While this visit didn't quite live up to the hype, the quality of the chicken showed why Pineapple Eddie's has earned such a loyal following. We'll happily give them another shot someday and hope they earn that elusive fifth star.

When we ordered a bloody mary, she asked us what that was. When we ordered blue cheese dip, she asked us what we meant. I don't know what her problem is, but I've had better service at a gas station. I walked out without an appetite. Who owns this spot? Whoever manages this place needs to teach proper service if they want out of towners to spend money here. Ambiance was also problematic. They were power washing the exterior which was noisy and water was splashing on me at the table inside. Also, the bloody mary I ordered does not look like the photo here. She poured the last bit out of a bottle and when it wasn't enough, instead of opening another mix, she added more ice. So service is not only rude but dishonest, subpar and disrespectful.
