The staff forgot our sausages and brought them out afterwards, but it was brought out in its own bowl without simmering in any sauce - I've been to other spots where sausages and potatoes are simmered in the sauce before served and it makes a large difference. I got it with fries even though I left a lot behind on my plate. The burger is tall in size. Before cutting my burger in half, I removed the onions since I'm not a fan of that overall. The red flags started early: the staff mentioned a recent menu change but knew nothing about it, and spent most of their time loitering and joking around. When the food arrived, the presentation was poor, and the taste was extremely below average. Paying a premium price for this quality is unacceptable. This was apparently their second menu since a recent remodel, but if things don't change, they won't last. Message to ownership: shut it down, fire the executive chef, and start over.
