We also had several requests, including extra plates and utensils for a birthday cake I brought. I didn't catch the other server's name, but she struggled a bit when taking our order. I thoroughly enjoyed my prime rib and loaded potato. My only critique is that the potato was very salty, likely because of the bacon. The fresh lemonade was delicious. My niece ordered the steak penne pasta, which unfortunately arrived with a strand of hair in it. Our server handled it well and replaced the dish immediately. I have frequented firebirds a few times since this review and they have proven to be inconsistent. My last order was smoked wings and fries. The wings had a very weird taste. They were so bad that I followed up with a call. I was left on hold by Ana for a very long time while she was transferring me to a manager. The call was then disconnected. I then decided to take the wings back. I spoke with Matt who offered to replace them which I declined. He offered a refund and advised he would have to enter a ticket to corporate to refund my order since it was placed on line. He said that I should receive my refund in 2 days. It's been almost a week and it has not been received. I'm very disappointed in the handling of this and the quality of food. read more

They have a mild flavor as I usually prefer robust flavored deviled eggs but they give you 6 so it's great for sharing! For main we both got the Smokehouse Burger. As to entree, Grilled Salmon & Shrimp was succulent & delicious. Baby back ribs were one of the best we ever tasted & the fries were surprisingly yummy. We came to celebrate a birthday and the host was awesome, he was super chatty. The server seemed super distracted and busy. They were out of onion rings this night which was also disappointing but no problem, grabbed some steak and cheese egg rolls. They were delicious! The Caesar salad came out and I had maybe 2 croutons max but my mom had like 20 croutons? The birthday boy ended up waiting 10 minutes past our salads arriving for his to come out. Then the food came, chicken was dry, shrimp was rubbery and the burger the birthday boy ordered without bacon, came with bacon.... *sigh* Might have been our own fault for straying away from the steaks but the night was rough. read more

We came for brunch on May 3, 2025. Not too crowded at noon but it's Saturday. Our server was Kat. She was the BOMB!! We had the steak and egg "bowl" but I asked for the egg to be fried. He ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich. I ordered the French toast so we had something sweet. All of it was delicious. Came here as a couple for a birthday celebration. Very nice ambience. Although the place seems to be family friendly (lots of people here with kids), it's an upscale vibe - nice, but not pretentious. We got the $39.95 three-course dinner. Really good and an excellent value. We each started with the BLT Salad. Very good flavorful. Served very cold and delicious bits of tomato, bacon and lettuce. Large size also. We were also offered as part of the meal a small loaf of bread and butter. You know how some restaurant breads aren't worth the calories? This isn't one of them. The bread had a nice crisp outside and soft (not doughy) inside. Really good bread. The waiter brought one over, not realizing that another server had already given us bread, so we took the second one home. We then each got the salmon and shrimp with seasonal vegis. The dish comes with "ancient grains," but my partner subbed the mashed potatoes. The salmon was perfect. A large piece, cooked perfectly, with an excellent sear - but no dried out spots. All uniformly moist and tasty. Each of us got two large, plump shrimp which were good. I thought the shrimp was a little too salty, my partner didn't agree. The grains were also quite good (as were the subbed mashed potatoes). The vegi - asparagus - was prepared well. Not soggy and had flavor. The entree overall was excellent. For dessert, we each got the chocolate brownie with ice cream. Because it was my birthday, they put a candle in mine and wrote "happy birthday" on the plate. It was very nice. And the dessert was very good. With one glass of wine, the meal was almost $100. A very good value for the excellent meal. I will come again and probably have the steak entree as part of the $39.95 three-course menu. But I have to say, the salmon/shrimp dish will be hard to beat. Service was excellent. The venue was decorated with wine bottles and paintings. The service was good. We were there for lunch before anyone else, so it was very quiet. Our group enjoyed the food. We ordered 4.5*Chilean sea bass, Pan seared sea bass was cooked perfectly, albeit a very small piece. It was tender and delicious. The Key lime butter sauce was on the sweet side. I met my uncle up here for a late lunch. Not busy here at all but definitely a number of people dining in. I've heard of Firebirds but had never been before. Our server told us she was new but she did a great job explaining the menu. We had bread to start. Not the best but it did the job. It was a bit too crispy so it was kinda messy to eat. For food, I ordered a burger with tots while my uncle got fish and shrimp with a side of fries. My uncle comes here all the time so he loves the food here! I thought my burger was decent. Nothing special but I had been craving a burger for the past few weeks. The tots were great! Crunchy and well seasoned. I'd come back just for that! Overall, it was a great time. Went to firebirds for the first time to celebrate my mom's birthday. They had a decent amount of options for beverages, appetizers, entrees and desserts. I would highly recommend the deviled eggs as it was a great starter. The touch of jalapeño was nice but a bit spicy so not for everyone. We also did the onion rings, wings and ahi tuna. Onion rings were dry, the wings were average but ahi tuna was also pretty good. They had a nice option for a 3 course meal for $39.99. I opted in for the garlic sirloin. Requested a medium rare but ended with a medium cook (I was ok with that). The portion size was every fair (10 oz steak with a side of your choice). For dessert we also were happy to hear that there is no cake cutting fee. We brought a cake, sang and shared dessert. The restaurant was nice but nothing fancy. There's great outdoor seating and an open kitchen inside the restaurant. The manager Michael greeted us and made sure our table was serviced well. Would recommend coming back! read more

My first time visiting this restaurant, Parking was a struggling issue, good thing there was no wait time and we got a great table, the ambiance was nice even though it was crowded the noice level was tolerable and the server was friendly and very attentive. The food took way too long to be served, but overall it was very tasty. Kids meals were pretty good; the only confusing part was the charge of the ice cream when it made it seem in the menu that it was part of the meal. Cocktails are not the greatest specialty the strawberry cucumber margarita!!! That was a total waste of money, the Original margarita was ok a bit sour and barely taste the tequila in it. Brought a client here for lunch, mid-afternoon. The restaurant is well decorated and clean, and the booths were comfortable. Our server was slightly overbearing, but I imagine she had a lot of tables. They were slightly too present for people having a meal and a business meeting at the same time. We had the spinach lobster queso, which was absolutely amazing, and the highlight of our visit. We also enjoyed three different salads, and a creme brulee cheesecake. I have been to Firebirds a few times over the years going back to when they first opened. If I'm going to be honest, I've always thought the food was good, a little pricey and the service was terrible and slow. It has always been the bad service that has kept me from visiting more. Today, my friend suggested Firebirds for lunch and I just went with it. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a nice gentleman who took us to a booth. He introduced himself as KJ and said he would be our waiter. Throughout the rest of our time there, KJ was on top of everything (even when asking for a hot chocolate that they don't normally serve). I was so impressed with his whole vibe and level of service that I left him a 100% tip. Firebirds Management, if you're reading this. Hold on to KJ and hire more wait staff like him. read more

We waited forever to be waited on, drinks sat empty on the table, they offered bread that never came, and ordering salads and appetizers, everything came out at once. The veggies and sides were cold, and it took forever to talk to the manager. Who did finally comp our meal. The wait staff all seemed new and the host was bussing the tables. Since most pics posted were that of the prime rib, that's what I went with and it was well worth the price tag ($37) - it was terrific and I would recommend this to anyone visiting. The only thing I would ask for is fresh horseradish instead of the cream which was just meh. The ranch rings were done well, not too heavily battered and not greasy. Tater tots is a must try, though it's on the salty side. Mushroom side was great as well, recommend it if you want something not fried. Service was absolutely great. Wound up with three course menu which was delicious...enormous Caesar Salad enough for more than two, requested medium rare sirloin served medium rare, parmesan mashed and broccoli (Ech!). And Creme Brule Cheesecake! ***** Only 4 stars because brother ordered salmon rare which was served too well done. Bringing it to their attention Ryan, waiter, and other personnel addressed problem immediately and more than made up for disappointment. All and all...A very, very pleasant experience. This restaurant was recommended by my colleagues who had previously visited the restaurant...we all wanted to go to a steakhouse this particular evening and the food and ambience more than met our expectations. Between the 3 of us, we orders the Filet and 2 Cajun Ribeyes. The Philly egg roll appetizer. Some adult drinks and dessert (crème brûlée and butter cake) The food was great! Everyone in my group thought their steaks were cooked perfectly, the appetizer was awesome...never had a such a combination...I totally recommend it. For me the better cake was awesome and my collègues had nothing bad to say about their mixed drinks. The reason I'm not giving the location a 5 star is ultimately their service and timing. The appetizer came the same time as the steaks and we waited a long time for our drinks...I only had water and my glass wasn't refilled often. As nice and friendly as the server was to us she seem overwhelmed. She did mention being new but ultimately she wasn't well supported or perhaps slow to be supported...at least that what it seemed like. Still though, he food was awesome. Wasn't sure what to expect from this collection of restaurants. I went in on a Wednesday evening after the happy hour crowd had left. The restaurant is spacious and has that dark wood feel which I like. It wasn't busy either which pleased me as I had my choice of seats at the bar. I was greeted with a smile and was not rushed to order a cocktail. I tried a few different red wines and ordered the NY Strip medium with the sw au gratin potatoes. The steak came out exactly as I wanted and was very tasty with no seasonings (which I requested as a good steak doesn't need any additives). The sw au gratin potatoes had nice hatch chile spice but could have had more potato and less cheese sauce. For Mother's Day, my family decided to stop in to Firebirds for the first time around 8 pm. There were no reservations available at our desired time so we walked in. The host said the dining area doesn't open for walk ins until 9:15 pm but there's an area in front of the bar where we can sit wherever we want, first come first serve. The tables were a bit small and definitely would not accommodate large groups, but our family of 4 was able to find a table. We ordered the lobster spinach queso to share and also the red snapper, baby back ribs, firebirds chicken pasta, and the bruschetta chicken pasta. Overall, the food was a bit slow to come out but they were all very warm upon arrival. The queso was delicious but my parents claimed that this tasted the same as the lobster soup from Costco. The red snapper seemed to be over cooked as it was a bit tough, and the shrimp was too salty. The baby back ribs were doused in sauce, but the pastas were both tasty. Our only complaint is that there was a limited amount of chicken in the pasta, but other than that, my brother thoroughly enjoyed the sauce in his firebirds chicken pasta. Overall, I felt that the options were limited, and the service was slow, but the food was not bad! read more

This place has really gone downhill. The baked potato that I got with the Tuesday ribs special had multiple rotten black spots on it. The chicken in the happy hour nachos was inedible. I took it home and added mayonnaise, didn't help. Added water, didn't help. Finally beat it with a meat tenderizer and it was still inedible. I ordered the nacho cheese sauce on the side. The first time I went here, I had the best steak of my life. It was the most tender and delicious steak ever. It was so tender, I could cut it with a spoon. That made me come back many more times in hopes that I'd find that same quality steak, but unfortunately it's been a let down every single time since. We had an exceptional experience today at Firebirds. We brought our elderly Mom in for lunch for her birthday and were treated with kindness and incredible hospitality from the moment we arrived. When we pulled up in a handicapped parking spot, the lovely young lady at the front desk opened and held the door for us, greeting us kindly. From there, we were treated to one of the best waiters/servers that we, as a family, have encountered. Marty seemed to have a sixth sense for everything we could have wanted, before we ever asked. He was truly outstanding and made our Mom feel so special. Please share our sincere thanks with him and the team.
