One of the better steak houses in the CSRA area. Going there during the week in the evening is better than weekends due to the waiting list/time, and the amount of people eating out. Tried the new Fire-Grilled Corn on the Cob (tastes almost like street corn) is FIRE. Good flavor, and a good size portion. Also tried their Patrón Dragon Fruit Margarita. Service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant even though it was busy, which we expected on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, the food missed the mark. Came here for my wife's birthday lunch on a Thursday around 12. Overall it was a good experience, we were suprised to see how busy they were. The good. I ordered the LH burger and she had the 7 pepper steak salad. Her steak was perfectly cooked and the salad was nice and big. My burger was very high quality (ground sirloin) and delicious! Our server was very friendly and helpful, pointing out a few ways to better pair outer meal choices. Despite having a large party, he did a great job and gave great service. The bad. The entire meal (from walking in to leaving ) took almost an hour. We weren't in a hurry, but that's a long time for lunch. The kitchen was a little off their game...my fries were over-salted (could not eat even half) and we had to ask for salad dressing and croutons for her salad. None of these are deal breakers but it was a disappointment after such a long wait. The ugly. Our waiter was awesome and gave us a discount (unpromted) for the long wait, which was a nice suprise. Omg this was the first time ever coming to this location. Other than the fact that I passed the entrance to the restaurant the first time and had to drive down to turn around everything was amazing. The service from start to finish was great. We never had to ask for a refill, our waitress checked on us periodically. The bathrooms were stocked and cleaned. Now let's talk about the food. We started with the Wild West Shrimp. It was great and was more than enough for three people to really enjoy. It wasn't too spicy . We even had enough shrimp to put into our house salads. The salads were very good also. The Salmon was cooked to perfection with great flavor. The Brussels sprouts were crunchy and flavorful. This food was so good, I was able to reheat it the next day and finish it . Now let's talk about this strawberry shortcake.... It was moist and so fresh and sweet. This is continuing to be an issue with this restaurant bad customer service when placing your order for pick up and arriving home with your meal and that your meal is incorrect. You're actually arriving at your approximate pick up time you get home which is less than seven minutes and your whole entire mail is cold. You got a steak that you can't even cut in because it's overcooked and so dried out they put the condiments inside of your food choices so it's spilled all over so you got a greasy meal I mean come on now they do better because each time it gets worse. I'm gonna have to start driving over to the other one and maybe they have better this one right here apparently it's not getting any better. Service is always good here. I highly recommend white cheddar stuffed mushrooms. This is my favorite appetizer now. Salad was so fresh and crispy. This was the best salad than others in this restaurant. I ordered tenderloin steak with medium cook. But it was pretty much well done and I asked to make new one. The second one was too rare and they cooked again. Finally it came out good but tasted so so because they didn't absorb blood enough. We've been here a few times, but our most recent visit (tonight) prompts this review. Myself and my nearly 8 year old came for dinner. He'd said he didn't feel well, but I had chalked it up to car sickness - which has happened before. He ate his beloved chicken tenders, and laid down in the booth while I finished my food. I got the check and he said he was going to be sick. In the 5 seconds it took me to put my card in the check, and stand up... I turned around to see he had thrown up on the floor. I flagged down anyone I could to let them know, and ask for things to clean it up with - saying I would handle it. Then he threw up again... I told them I would clean it up, but I needed to get him to the bathroom. Everyone was so gracious. Obviously this isn't ideal in a restaurant with other patrons nearby. When I came back, a gentleman was already cleaning it up... my son was crying and apologetic, and very embarrassed. The man told him 'it's okay buddy, I grew up with horses and helped them have their babies - this is nothing' - which made him feel so much better. He was offered a Gatorade and some chips to settle his tummy... which was above and beyond. I've worked in hospitality my entire career, and while yes... it's the job... I've never seen an entire staff be so courteous, without batting an eyelash, with no undertone, no side eyes, no facial expressions. You all showed up, and out tonight... and I can't thank you enough. We'll be back, without a tummy ache, soon. read more

We ordered take out here! The ladies that assisted us and took our order were very nice. It does take a while to order food to go(about two hours) but we weren't in any rush and ordered over the phone! The steakhouse Mac and cheese was perfectly flavored! Had lunch with a friend here today. He had the Outlaw steak and he said it was great. It was flavorful and juicy. Cooked just right. I've had steak here as well in the past and I would agree they do a great job with steaks. However on this visit I had the Seven pepper sirloin steak salad. This salad is a total let down possibly the worst thing on the menu you could order. The steak in the salad was very hard to find, I know it was in there because I could tast the pepper. Okay that might be a little dramatic but there was very little steak in this steak salad. They use nothing but Romain lettuce very little tomatoes and very little anything in this salad to be honest. I love a good steak salad and so far I have found a great place for a steak salad that no other restaurant has been able to beat and it's at Logan's Road House. Now with all that being said if you are looking for a good Steak this is a great location for a tasty juicy steak. Service was great our waiter came by and check on us several times and kept our beverage full. The restaurant was clean and very friendly.. parking is usually not a problem, but on busy nights, you may have to park in the back. The restroom at the time of this visit was very clean.. so overall not a bad place to eat would definitely go back and will definitely recommend.
