The overall experience at this LongHorn was great. Our waitress was super nice and the service was really quick once we got seated. The only thing was that it took a while to be seated. Granted we did have a nice size party because we were there to celebrate a birthday. The hostess didn't check back with us in the wait and if I didn't go up there to ask they didn't say anything. We waited 30 minutes for a table on a Sunday evening, even though many tables were empty, so the wait was probably due to a staffing shortage. We waited 15 minutes at the bar for the bartender to appear so we could have a drink while waiting for our table. After we were seated at our dinner table, I asked for a glass of red wine and they gave me two choices, then came back and said they didn't have the one I had chosen. The plate with my steak and baked potato was covered in a watery, greasy liquid. Very unappetizing. The food tasted fine but the presentation was kind of disgusting. Simply wiping the plate before bringing it out to me would have been preferable. I asked for a bottle of steak sauce and I can't even describe how filthy the bottle was. I used my napkin to remove the bottle cap because I didn't want to touch it and I saw another diner doing the same thing. We're not going back. read more

This location always has a great feel. It's very welcoming and the staff is wonderful. I was blown away by the Patron Dragonfruit Margarita which I believe is seasonal. Longhorn surely knows how delicious and tender chicken breast should be! To a first timer I will say that the lunch portion (smaller ounces as pictured is more than enough.) Your meal comes with a warm bread and butter while you wait. Your choice of a salad and one side. The Parmesan crusted chicken has to be a fan favorite. Two juicy chicken breasts, topped with lots of creamy parmesan and lightly toasted. I'm getting hungry as I relive this meal. I chose to upgrade my salad to the strawberry pecan w/ Raspberry vinaigrette. OMG!! eating fruit on salad is not for everyone but for me....extra fruit and extra pecans is a must. And this is much bigger than a side salad which I throughly enjoyed. The tough decision comes when adding a side. For me the baked sweet potato (fully loaded of course...butter and cinnamon/sugar) breaks up the taste between savory flavor of the chicken. A slight sweet contrast but doesn't out shine its costar. Our family visited this Longhorn steakhouse last night for two birthday celebrations. We all ordered a variety of meals. There were five people in our party and each person had a negative comment about an item on their plate. And unfortunately, it all revolved around whatever protein that person ordered. My small fillet was un flavorful and tough, but my red rock shrimp was excellent. My brother-in-law's pork chops were overcooked. My husband's lamb chops were tough. My mother's ribeye was undercooked to her specification and overly fatty. The guests that ate, the bread were complementary about its taste, and the side accompaniments were all good except they put too much salad dressing on each of our salads. The waiter was excellent, and the staff was helpful. The restaurant was clean and even though it was busy, the noise was at a comfortable level. The specific table/half booth that we were sat at was uncomfortable unfortunately. I would say that the best meal was the shrimp which was perfectly cooked. read more

She was rude never offered a bread refill, drink refill or even asked how the food was or if we wanted boxes for our leftovers or if we wanted dessert. She asked everyone else around us however. I go to Longhorn steakhouse every Halloween in memory of my murdered sister birthday. This was her favorite restaurant and I have her favorite meal. But I don't expect is for the hostess to have me stand around next to the table while somebody wipes it before I can be seated. I'd gladly wait up front while they do that. I don't expect to sit there and wait to be greeted by my server either. So I think the guy that finally helped me was named Jared. Very nice guy very articulate, but, not very attentive. Maybe it was because I was alone silently celebrating my sister's birthday. Maybe because he's too busy? I order a sweet tea and my sisters favorite chop steak with mushrooms and onions. I order it medium well and it comes about medium, but I'm not one to bitch and eat it. The awkward question from my server during my appetizer of how is your salad and should've been how is everything and can I get anything for you? It's a salad. It's really hard to "F" it up! Upon receiving my entrée from somebody else my sweet tea was empty and they and my server never asked if I needed anything or how was everything. My guy was more focused on the four top that was leaving. So while eating my dinner, I have to ask my server if I can get another sweet tea. So he delivers me a tea never asks anything else about my dinner. So when it finally comes to pay the check, I have two $20 bills out because I've been waiting on him. He's been bartending or whatever he's doing and he comes over. He hands me the check. I already know it's slightly over $20 and I hand him $40 to which he says, "Oh, keep the change thank you very much." I was pretty shocked to think that this guy thinks I'm gonna pay him $20 tip on a $20 tab for sub par service. I have him open the check holder to look at the check and it was slightly over $20 like maybe $20.50 Ish. So now he goes and gets me change but instead of coming back with $19.50 ish he comes back with $20 in all $5s. He is overpaying me what he owes me. Is he boning your company at the expense of making a larger tip? That's kind of a dick move. Like he's saying I deserve more than a 20% tip and this is how I'll get it. By not providing me with any ones I make a more deserving tip. Now I make six figures so it doesn't make a difference to me. This was probably less than a 20% tip for his service. I ended up giving him $10 which is 50% on total bullshit, but I'm a nice guy. He is totally not worth that tip but guess what? Your restaurant will never have me as a patron again. Train your people in customer service. Just because I didn't walk in in a suit and I walked in alone doesn't mean I don't have money. But I don't have to spend my money and you're establishment for subpar service. And if you confront this gentleman and he says I gave him a 50% tip. It's not because he did a great job. It's because I'm a generous person. read more

The crispy sprouts are in a spicy sauce with a sweet honey undertone. These are second to none. I like this place. Flo's filet is tasty and the loaded baked potato is hot and delicious. We also ordered the grilled salmon which comes out on a bed of rice with vegetables. My steak came out tender and juicy, and cooked the way I ordered it. There is a great pick of either tables or booths to choose from, and several places for large groups. The bar area is nice with several TV's. Our server took good care of our table and made sure our drinks were filled and checked on us several times. I generally have liked every LongHorn I have been to. My sister, my daughter and I came in for lunch. We were seated right away and the waiter came over. He didn't say hello but went right into "Do you ladies know what you want to drink?". I get the same thing most places but we didn't have a chance to look. I ordered my tea and my sister got a Sprite. My daughter is a baby so she had a bottle (pause for laughter). Once he bought our drinks back, he asked what our order was. I told him I wanted my steak (KC Strip because why not) 165 degrees. He rolled his eyes and said "so well done". I said yes but I need it to be 165 degrees. He said he didn't know if they knew how to do that (insert puzzled face). I said I 100% know they do. My sister ordered a ribeye. We both asked for side salads. Mine, Caesarand hers, green salad. We both asked for extra dressing but didn't get it. We started to notice that our water was going to every table around us. He didn't stop at ours to ask of we needed anything. My sister had finished her drink and it was empty until we were leaving. Another staff member brought our food out. My steak was not 165 degrees all the way through. My sister ordered hers medium and it was fine. He came over about 5 minutes later and I asked for steak sauce. By the time he brought it over, I was just about done eating the steak. We both also had loaded baked potatoes and they were so hard, I had to use my knife to open it all the way. I could have dealt with the food because it's a chain. My husband and I came last night and I ordered the Ribeye steak and loaded baked potato and salad and my hubby got chicken fingers with fries and salad he said his food was perfect and so was my steak , it's hard to get a good steak going out but longhorn knows how to make a good flavored and the way I ask for it to be cooked and it was perfect and I don't use steak sauce, we didn't get pictures of our food only our delicious dessert. No knife with bread to cut the bread or spread the butter. Never given silverware. No refills on drinks. Finally had to ask for to-go boxes from manager and took our food home. There's a good reason the place is always crowded. Early dinner here with friends on a Friday evening. A bit of a wait at 6, but the patrons and employees were very friendly. Dinner was delicious. The bread for the table was crunchy and warm. I had Flo's filet, rice, and Caesar salad. The filet was tender and delicious, the salad was crisp and not overly dressed and the rice was a great side. Perfect dinner. Hubs had the chopped steak and cauliflower, which he pronounced delicious. Others at the table had grilled shrimp which looked fantastic and Parm-crusted chicken. We waited for almost 25 min before I had to get up & ask hostess who was supposed to take care of us, He said he would get "Her",& Jeff showed up. He asked if we had been taken care of and I said no, so he said "fine I'll take it". Being in the restaurant business I know what that means. First time at LongHorn tonight. It was great! No wait and fast service. I started off with a vodka soda and shared an appetizer of stuffed white cheddar and parmesan mushrooms. Probably the best mushrooms ever made! Then my dinner consisted of two grilled chicken breasts smothered in white cheddar and crusted with parmesan cheese (see the theme?) and a side of creamed spinach and parmesan.
