This location was no different, parking is a little interesting as the restaurant is in a mall parking lot but there are plenty of parking spaces. Our table ordered some of everything; handhelds, grill masters and shareables, everything came out hot, seasoned well and cooked to perfection (order steak medium well). We went tonight around 6:40 and it was busy which was good to see. We waited maybe 5 minutes for a table while they cleaned it off. Our server Alex was very busy but was still personable and efficient. We had a coupon for a free appetizer and got the shrimp platter with peppers. The dish was a nice portion size and was prepared hot and fresh. I got the chicken tenders with fries and mac & cheese. My buddy got the pork chops with a salad and sweet potato. All the food was hot and delicious and arrived in a timely manner. The restaurant is very well run and looks very clean. We have plenty of food for lunch tomorrow. Toward the end of our meal, the Manager, Jesse, stopped by our table and his compassion and sincerity truly stood out. The way he leads and supports his team is evident, not just in how smoothly the restaurant runs, but in how guests are treated. His presence made a lasting impression. I don't usually splurge on a steak dinner while traveling on business, but felt compelled to have a special meal tonight. I arrived around 7pm after the dinner rush should have settled down abut...wow they were really busy. I ordered the French onion soup as a starter. It arrived piping hot and very yummy. My entree was the outlaw ribeye with grilled mushrooms, a baked potato and a ear of corn. Oh my goodness, it was so tasty. My server Jamie J was spot on making sure my meal was okay and my ice tea was full. First time at this location and it didn't disappoint. The lunch specials are great. I had the chicken sandwich which was juicy and tasty. It comes with any side for under $9 which is a bargain. This was my first time I ever went to longhorn and I personally would not want to go back. The waiter was amazing and very respectful and kind. The food on the other hand, wasn't as pleasing. I had ordered what I thought would be a literal chopped steak. Instead, I got a super tenderized ground beef steak. A better recommendation for this place would be to FULLY describe with a picture. It wasn't even chopped and that part had me upset. That wasn't it though, Nono. So I asked for a medium rare, and you know what I get? I got one that was full on rare on one end and medium well on the other. how does that even work? One whole end of the steak was full on red and the other looked very cooked, so it was confusing. Tonight my son and I visited this location for dinner. We were greeted by a friendly smiling hostess. A young g man seated us promptly. Our waitress, Alyssa, approached quickly and inquired about drinks and appetizers. We opted for just soft drinks. My son ordered the 7 pepper steak with fries and I ordered the 8 oz sirloin with the sweet potato, plus lobster and shrimp bisque to start. Naturally we had to have their delicious bread. Soup came out nice and hot as soup should be. Our waitress checked on us regularly. She was always smiling, friendly and professional. One of the managers came by to check on things and I complimented him on not only the consistent quality of the food and service, but also told him hiring Alyssa was a great move! She was fabulous. Had never been to a Longhorn and was away on vacation, and all the other area restaurants waits were crazy long so after 2 or 3 stops we just decided to go here and deal with the wait, (I get it, Sat pm in a tourist area you are bound to have an hour wait)... Was as you would expect, a chain like Steak house, nice inside, staff were great, however, our waitress was LOUD, like screamed at us (Not with anger, was just a yeller and it was slightly annoying) and she would disappear for long periods of time. Food was good, Really good... Steak is as you would expect, but they do have a nicer appeal than Roadhouse or other low level Steak houses. Drinks were good, Sides were GOOD!!! Our food was nothing special. We don't come here very often and now I remember why. I ended up having to send my steak back so my partner finished way before me. The firecracker appetizer was yummy and a great dipping sauce. We had wanted to get dessert but we decided just to leave. Manager was definitely present but we never got the chance to talk with him. Honestly, I died twice here and came back because the spinach side they had here was to die for. I honestly loved it so much!! It was the best tasting spinach I've had in a while lol. I ended up getting lobster tail, steak, potatoes and a margarita. The lobster tail was really good. It was fresh tasting as well as the steak. The only complaint I have is the baked potato. The baked potato was a little dry and needed more. It just didn't do it for my tastebuds. BUT OMGGGG the MARGARITA was fire. They had this rock candy in there which I thought was cool. Also they gave you the margarita mixer on the side that was leftovers from the one they had given you, so it's like I had TWOOOO margaritas. I was living!!! The service was also exquisite.
