I came here with the kids from NJ before a photoshoot. It's in the parking lot of a somewhat sketchy mall. Staff was very nice, & food wasn't too bad. I asked my burger medium well, and the meat was too pink for my liking. This has happened at my local Outback too, so I think it's a general issue with the chain.

Great food! Fresh steak! Great fun drinks! Wonderful people! I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Fresh food and drinks served by a wonderful staff. Highly recommend! Look forward to coming back!

Me and my significant other came here for dinner and let me just say I was disappointed. We got there and we were seated right away. The service was awesome. Nothing to complain on that end. I ordered steak and I wanted mashed potatoes with that but they ran out of mashed potatoes. They were cooking them and it would've took 30 minutes to finish so I ordered a loaded baked potato. The baked potato was pretty hard and I did not like it at all... so I told them I wanted fries as a replacement and they replaced the potato. Fries were good and seasoned to perfection. The steak that I ordered I got medium well and it was ok. This place wasn't terrible, especially for the price. It wasn't too bad. The restaurant was chill I would possibly come here again ‍

okay so listen I loved outback. But today was the day I decided Im never gonna return again. first we walk in there about 4 tables worth of customers not really busy, were enjoying our time and drinking our drinks and then it happens a big white piece of something appears as we look at our drink, very gross like when I looked at my drink it was gone and I literally froze. So we just ask for a exchange of drinks cause maybe the cups dirty, but no that was the case next our drinks return and I just happen to put the light on it and it so much white stuff my whole body went cold, we asked for a manager and they told us they are busy with the health inspector and can't come out. the waiter and assistant manager I presume were very nice gave us water and free desert and apologized for the inconveniences, tried there best gave us 40% percent off a 80 Dollar lunch. I would still will never go back, as a franchise of a higher stature it really doesn't give the cleanest environment. then later that evening my mom calls "saying she feels sick and be in the bathroom all day". If the drinks were dirty imagine what else is.

We used UBER eats to order from this Outback for delivery to a business hotel. The UBER part was perfect. The food came with no napkins, flatware or plates. Which put us on the hunt for these things in the hotel. Their kitchen was closed for Covid (and therefore they recommended Uber eats). But they scrounged up a few plastic utensils which broke when trying to cut a NY strip. So I ate the dinner "Viking style" with fingers. I called outback to complain and was met on the phone with an indifferent employee who viewed me as a Karen just complaining. No action nor apology, simply inert. Spouse ordered a pecan salad...beautiful menu picture, but received what looked like a school cafeteria salad with brown dressing. All in all super disappointed. John

Stopped by this location on a road trip for some dinner with the family. It's outback so you get what you expect but the food was fresh, the servers were friendly and the restaurant was immaculately clean. Going to return next time we are around that way.

Overall great experience! The waiters/waitresses were super friendly and well educated with the menu. The owner actually took time to great us. If you are looking for a steakhouse in Lancaster I highly recommend this one. Especially over Longhorn. The restaurant was clean and the set up/decor was open and updated. Plenty of parking. You may have to wait a few minutes for a table if you come around 6 -7pm. Now the important part - the food! Appetizers- I would order the steakhouse quesadilla again and again! Only recommendation is to add a marinara type of dipping sauce with the sour cream. The shrimp dip and chips was okay, but the chips are made fresh with every dish so they came out hot which was great! Of course he bloomin onion was amazing. You can't go wrong with fried onion and horseradish dipping sauce! The house salad was very fresh with good ingredients. I really enjoyed the croutons and house dressing. Steak was good, I'm not a big steak person so I can't say it was the best ever or comment about the way it was cooked. All I know is that it was steak and it was good! Mashed potatoes were the only let down of the meal. Extremely salty! That's all I could taste. Dessert- cheesecake New York style with chocolate drizzle. I wish it had a gram cracker crust or some kind of bottom to it. The chocolate sauce was homemade and you could tell by how good it tasted! Drinks - watermelon margarita was great!!! Not a Thanks Outback! We enjoyed our time and appreciate the hard work! **tried curbside pick up - fantastic process. Also their party platters are great!!

As good as it looks! This Outback is among the best in the chain (and we've to lot of them).

I visited as part of a work related event and was able to enjoy both the bar and dining room. The bar selections were first-rate and while not extensive they were well-considered. John Jeffries specializes in local farm to table ingredients. I enjoyed a watercress potato soup followed by the Puedmontese grass-fed petite beef steak. Both were absolutely delicious. The service was first-rate: friendly and attentive without being obnoxious and VERY well-trained to a level you'd expect in a much larger city. Can't wait to bring my companion back for a visit that I know she will love.

The hotel lobby and bar are welcoming and represent entree to this small eatery. This place features local farm items so the menu is always subject to change. We went to celebrate an anniversary (not ours) and it was a nice welcome for the server to offer the celebrants complimentary prosecco. From there, it was an adventure. Three of us had the shrimp and grits, which, uniquely, were not the typical southern dish but an earthy creation featuring very barley forward grits that also included very chunky carrots and other enhancements I am at a loss to identify. Good, but a surprise for my southern shrimp and grits-expecting palate. The shrimp were pretty overcooked and detracted from the barley-enhanced grits. Two enjoyed the wedge salad. For mains, two enjoyed the shrimp bisque, and the pan fried boneless chicken breast. I had the meatloaf and found it to be a bit gamier than expected likely due to using grass fed beef. The mushroom gravy was nice despite some of the mushrooms having gone over the rainbow bridge. The tallow fried potatoes were luscious despite one being undercooked. The desserts were interesting and all supposedly made in-house. I had the mint chocolate chip ice cream which I found somewhat grainy and crystallized and very lacking in mint flavor. The flourless chocolate cake will likely shock you with its petiteness, but trust me, it packs a wallop of richness that will probably satisfy you. The tres leches cake and honey lavender crème brûlée got high marks. Overall we all liked the ambiance, and were somewhat disappointed with the food. 3.5* rounded down to 3*.

In a recent visit to Lancaster I did some searching online for places to eat and followed the recommendations to the Horse Inn. Sooo happy we did!! The food was amazing. My husband says it was the best shrimp and grits he's ever had! My steak tips were equally as yummy. The sauce was out of this world good!! The fries!! Jesus what was that sorcery ?? YUMMMM. But awesome all the same! For how busy they were, the server was very attentive and very accommodating as we were yapping away and constantly not ready with our orders so kuddos for the team and putting up with us! I love the mystery beer concept, its not great beer, but being from DC at like $2 a can, I am not passing that up, ever. And a cheap beer with a burger is the perfect combo! On to the burger... I have heard that this is a great burger... and I have to conclude that I agree though it is reminiscent of a Big Mac - just way better ingredients - it has to be the sauce they put on it... Anyway, nice size patty, good amount of toppings and a quality bun (not too soft, not too thick, bread soaks up some of the juices but doesn't fall apart). The mussels were quite excellent as well. It was a Thai curry broth the night we were there and it was drinkable, like soup... we did ask for extra bread... enough said. I am going to take a minute too and praise their spirit free cocktails. THIS IS HOW THEY SHOULD BE MADE. They used bitters, tonics, etc to craft something that tasted like a cocktail but without alcohol which means they were not sickly sugary concoctions, but expertly crafted beverages. Just really great options. All that said though, their espresso martini was one of the worst I have had. Just skip that.

Joining for dinner on a Thursday evening in July, here's my experience. 1) Food: The chef and pastry chef take their jobs seriously. Every dish was unique, full of flavor, beautiful, and worth every dollar. To start, they bring out homemade bread made fresh every morning with salted butter. I ordered the special- five jumbo shrimp with smoked garlic aioli. (They have cocktail sauce if you want it, but the garlic is phenomenal.) Before the main came out, the chef brought over the gazpacho using vegetables from his garden. The soup was thicker than I'm used to, but it paired perfectly with the vegetables. It was delicious! The scallops for the main were perfectly cooked and worked with the sauce in the middle of the plate and the green sauce on top of each scallop. Another winner! The lemon custard was refreshing for dessert. It's presented so well where you uncover more layers with each bite. 2) Drinks: They have a full cocktail menu with drinks named after famous people, wine, beer, and mocktails. Enjoying more sweet drinks, I ordered the "Marilyn Monroe." It was a fun drink, but a little too sweet for me. If you like berry and sweet drinks, you'll love it! 3) Service: It's excellent from start to finish. My server Tate was friendly, passionate about the menu, and efficient. His timing with everything was impeccable. 4) Space: It's beautiful. Despite on the basement level, it's lit well with photos of famous icons on the walls. It's iconic!
