This being my last review for 2025 couldn't have been a better pick for lunch with my son. Is this…read morea little hole in the wall, yes it is. Seating for 6 at best and mostly a counter and a kitchen. Is this in a location that is just a little unexposed to drive by traffic, yes. It is off Sheridan and 10th Ave between apartment buildings and houses not what you expect. As I drove up to the location it is in a building with an off brand convenience store and a dry cleaners with no other businesses nearby. It's not real inviting from the exterior or even the interior as far as that goes. This is a classic case of " don't judge a book by It's cover " or you'll be missing out on a real gem for customer service and tasty eats. We were greeted upon arrival by a very pleasant lady behind the counter. We took one of the three small empty tables and studied the menu. You order at the counter and most of the customer traffic while we were there was Doordash type orders and the to go orders were steady. My son ordered three tacos and a bottle of Coke. I ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon as the protein and smothered with green chili. This is rare but my son raved about the tacos, not just that they were good. He stated that he would definitely be returning to repeat the experience. He said he could taste every ingredient used to make his tacos. My breakfast burrito was very tasty, every ingredient was cooked to my expectation. The eggs were fluffy, bacon crispy but not burnt and the hash browns cooked to perfection. The star of this dish for me was the green chili that smothered an already delicious breakfast burrito. We both agreed this was one of the best lunches we have enjoyed over the years. Don't be put off by the location or the exterior, its worth a visit. The service was good, food was excellent, the place was clean and the prices were reasonable. I don't know the story behind this restaurant but I hope going forward they get good business demand because good food and good service should be appreciated. In the last three or more years service has certainly declined and good food is harder to find at reasonable prices. I will be back when I am in the area to try other dishes and my son who lives not too far away says it is his new taco place. I would invite other Yelper's to give it a try.

They offer the standard American style breakfast burritos which are hefty for the cost, the chorizo has a small bit of spice. The salsa that comes on the side should be spicier, as it has none. Must Eat!! We have heard great things about this taco truck and decided tonight was the night to…read moretry it. I think there were over 20 people in line, but it moved quickly. There is no real seating so most take it to go. We ordered tacos and a smothered burrito and all were delicious. Prices are reasonable for the quantity of food. Excellent street tacos and breakfast burritos. Served out of a taco truck, service was friendly and…read morereasonably quick for how popular they are. Their popularity speaks for itself. It's also situated on the west side of a liquor store, so there's shade in the morning, a few benches to settle on, and a liquor store to browse. If you want to wait in your car, then they'll give you a buzzer. In this economy, the prices were very reasonable. And given how good the food is, this is good value. The breakfast burrito is stuffed quite nicely. Plenty of potato, egg, cheese, and protein. Very good ratio too. Not too much or too little on any ingredient, like cheese or potato. We got asada and al pastor tacos. While they aren't like the greatest of all time, they were very solid. Generous portions of meat, as expected for street tacos. Al pastor has the marinade and pineapple flavor shining through nicely. The meats were prepared and cut perfectly well, which matter a lot for street tacos. Cilantro, onion, double corn tortilla... check, check, and check. Finally the salsas are awesome. Red and green. Good amount of kick to it, and fantastic flavors to put onto street tacos and burritos. Definitely check out this taco truck. I have a hard time believing that this wouldn't be in anyone's top 5 tacos in Colorado.

So to start off with I am really picky about Mexican food. And a four for me means I would happily…read morego again and recommend it for others. We started off with queso fundido and two Aguas Frescas, the Jamaica and the Horchata. The drinks were delicious and refreshing and the queso fundido had a good flavor and was gigantic in fact, we ate almost the whole thing, and because we ate almost the whole thing we were already full by the time the rest of our food came out, but don't worry, dear reader we persevered. I got the steak fajitas and the meat was really yummy. The tortillas were perfect and their pico added just the right amount of spice. note for somebody who gets a lot of fajitas. There was no guacamole, sour cream or cheese. Just rice beans and pico, but I was happy. My table partner got Birria Xalisco. And said that the meet and consome was delicious and the blue masa cake might've been the best part. Wheelchair accessibility: there are several different seating options both inside and outside that work for a wheelchair user. The path of travel inside the restaurant is a little bit tight, and the path of travel back to the bathrooms is pretty tight and somebody with a larger chair might not be able to make it through. The bathroom door is super super heavy to where we had to have somebody else open it.

Once we ordered it was about 30-40 minutes before we got our food. The gentlemen behind us got part of their order before us, but we ordered as they were sitting down (could have been an appetizer though). I ordered what I thought was a poblano stuffed with cheese and mushrooms but it was only mushrooms. Very bland. There was a side of sweet corn bread (sorry I don't know the actual name of it) that was delicious! My son ordered the guacamole- good but also bland. Needed salt and lime. Couldn't even taste the jalapeños. My husband got a pork carnitas taco - it was so good! Best thing we ordered. Restaurant ambience was great and the staff were nice. I went to the bathroom and when I entered, the light switched off. I was about to leave but then it came back on. The water faucet barely let out enough water to wash my hands. Overall, I wasn't impressed. For four of us, 3 drinks, and one eating an appetizer and not a meal, it was around $90. That's a lot these days. I don't think we will be back.
