We had our brunch here for work and the experience was OUTSTANDING due to the customer service and food!!!!

Visited shortly after they opened for the day, so there was no wait at all. We were seated immediately, and our server took our drink and appetizer orders pretty quickly, which made for a smooth start to the experience. There was a bit of a wait for our entrees to come out, but thankfully the food was fresh, hot, and flavorful once it arrived. The only downside was that one of the sides on an entree was more room temperature and the salmon was under seasoned. Overall, though, the experience was good. The restaurant was clean, the service was pleasant, and the food was enjoyable. I'd definitely come back again and would still recommend checking them out if you're in the Orangeburg area. read more

The seating process was horrible. Not busy at all and was asked if I wanted to sit at the bar which had no room unless I wanted to sit in someone's lap. I looked in the dining room and there were plenty of empty tables. Rather than put up with the hassle I just left and most likely won't be back to this location. read more

Food was very good. Service was good. Waitress was very professional and welcoming. The atmosphere was comfortable and clean. Very good mood and experience while dining. Only mishap potato soup was delivered with everyone else's food and was late. They fixed it by taking it off the bill. read more

This is my sixth or seventh visit to this location and continues to disappoint each time getting worse and worse food service attitude, attitude, attitude. Fantastic experience. It took a little longer than necessary to get our table. Our server was friendly and kind. Her service was a bit slow but I attribute that to staffing issues. The food was divine. We took home lots of leftovers because the portions were large. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wife's chicken was melt in your mouth yummy. The best thing, though, was the spinach dip served with fried naan. It was a special occasion for us and we left satisfied. read more

Longhorn opened two days ago and we are so excited to have them in town. We visited for lunch around 11:30 am and were immediately seated. Our server was great and attentive. The food was delicious and fresh. Prices are reasonable also. $1.49 for a side salad is unheard of at most places. The seating is nicely organized so you don't feel up on other tables. We are so glad to have this establishment in town and hope the great service and quality remain after the opening crew leaves. read more

First of all , service was extremely slow. It took forever to get our entrees. We never received our salads when the entrees finally arrived. The waiter was alerted, and when he came to our table, he had no idea that we never received our salad, There was no explanation or apology. The salads arrived when we're nearly finished with our entrees. Again, no apology, I also had ordered butter and sour cream on the side for my baked potato. No butter arrived, and when it arrived, I was nearly done with my steak.The steak was flavorful. , but very tough. An overall very unpleasant experience. read more

NY strip steak was very tasty and perfectly cooked. Sides were fresh and well prepared. My server was very cheery and friendly. The atmosphere was typical Longhorn vibe, very clean and comfortable. Overall it was a good experience and I would return there if I'm ever in the area again. read more

Went on there app to reserve a table.App said it would be 41-52 minutes.So we killed time and came back after waiting 50 minutes.We were told it would be another 30 minutes.Agian we waited another 30 minutes; asked how much longer was told it would be another 30 minutes.We left and so did at least another 12-15 people after dealing with same issue as us.We were only a party of 2 and they never even asked if we minded sitting at the bar. Upon being seated we were approached by an unidentified man telling us we can not add people to a table and needed to wait like everyone else (we waited over 30 minutes for the table). He's looking at us crazy and we're looking at him crazy because we don't know who you are or what you are talking about. We had 3 tables and some people left so we cancelled a table and had the lone person left added to our table of 4 by the hostess. This of course rubbed my entire family the wrong way. How dare you approach patrons and address them in that manner. The waitress tried to tell us that when you add people to a table it slows the process down and messes up the service. How???? We literally just sat down, didn't even have a menu, and hadn't ordered water. The service was horrible. We didn't get our salads until after our food was brought out. When we asked about our salads they asked us for the order again. Everybody was blaming everybody. I have never experienced such at Longhorn in my life. I am a world traveler and have dined at Longhorns all across the country. This was the worst! We made an online reservation and were notified there would be over an hour wait. We decided to wait and headed to the restaurant, where we were then told the wait was about 30 minutes. After waiting that full 30 minutes, we checked again and were informed it would be another 30 minutes--this was for a party of just two. None of it made sense. At that point, we chose to leave, so we never got to try the food, nor do we have much interest anymore. Bad Customer Service and extremely slow. I will start by saying that Longhorns is one of my favorite eating places i was a weekly regular at the Decker location, but my experience at this location hasn't been so good. I've been here four times (3x at the bar and once in the regular seating area) hoping I Just came on a bad day. But no, it takes forever for them to acknowledge you, clean the area off, get your drink order, and place an order. I want to be a weekly regular here, but I won't until the service gets better. This is my wife and my third time eating at the Long Horn in Orangeburg, SC. On our first and second visits the food, the service and the ambiance were great. However, on our third visit, which was very recently, the service was horrible. We ordered appetizers and waited for a long time for them to be served. After waiting for so long, we then inquired about our oder, only to be told that one of the items that was ordered had been dumped out, but we were told, at the time of placing the order, that they had the item. The other item we ordered apparently had been fixed and left sitting for a while because when we received it, it was hardened on the top. The person who took our order, just abandoned us. She didn't check on us, nor let us know about the status of our order, plus she didn't have a pleasant attitude. Customer service is paramount to the success of a business. read more

did an online order and waited over 25 min for it. when asked to speak to a manager they then brought me my food and no manager to speak too. brought the food home and it was cold . tried to call in and kept getting hung up on. so i decided to heat the food up to eat while still trying to get a hold of a manager. finally i kept the phone on hold and drove there to be told since i didn't bring the food with me there is nothing she will do. an apology would have been nice and not after i told her that's what she could have done.
