My entire experience from start to finish was so astounding that it prompted me to make my first yelp review. Aside from the beautiful product that Lexus engineers and manufacturers have created, there are three critical components that has made Longo Lexus my lifetime Lexus dealership: professionalism, thoroughness, and friendliness. The man that epitomizes these three elements is: LEO SUBROTO. Professionalism: I first contacted LEO through email and he was very quick to respond back. I had some basic questions before coming in and he answered all of them for me. LEO is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the entire car buying experience. He was able to draw up a variety of options for my wife and I to look at and made everything clear for us to understand. Since I am a visual learner, it was awesome that LEO printed everything out and went over every item with me. Ian Clubb sold me a car. He was very accommodating to my request to wrap up the deal as soon as possible. He was also very friendly and straight forward. Very nice experience. Within two weeks of purchasing car, the tire pressure light indicator came off and I heard a click noise that increased when I accelerated. I e-mailed Ian and he setup an appointment for me to get it checked out. I arrived on a Saturday and Ian expedited me to the front of the service line. He had John Chang assist me. The problem was diagnosed quickly and resulted in a nail being stuck in the tire. John had my tire patched and didn't charge me despite this being an error I would've been financially responsible for. I was out the door within an hour and a half. Great experience. Well it has only been six weeks and I still am waiting for the owners manual for my 2013 CT200H. The salesman said he would order one, but then he told me they were out of stock. I asked him to just give me one out of another 2013 200, but he wouldn't do it. Then he told me after I called him he would send one for a 2012 CT. Guess what, it has never arrived. Now after 5 weeks called the sales manager, 5 days later and still waiting. If you buy a car here make sure it has the owners manual.
