However, the cobwebs outside the house are all cleared, and worker guys were nice. but just I feel not worth the price. So I decide to cancel it anyway. Then he entered my information and asked me to sign on a mobile device. But, I didn't know fees will change. If I could give zero stars I would. Despite the 'no solicitation' signs posted on my property the pushy sales person that was canvasing our neighborhood still solicited and my husband agreed to their 'amazing deal'. The service started out great ... very thorough and spent a fair amount of time doing the treatments and even explaining what they were doing. They even offer to do the inside of the house and take care of spider webs (which I never took them up on). I guess that was the only amazing part of this deal because ever since the first treatment the service has gone down hill. Today was the cancelation worthy treatment ... technician arrived and was here and gone in less the 15 minutes. Never came onto our front porch (I have cameras to prove). I specifically asked for the deck and back porch to be freed of spider webs. I believe the technician understood this simple request because he acknowledged by agreeing to do those areas, although he didn't do them. They are quick to invoice and take payment as soon as the technician leaves the house (this is how I knew he was gone so quickly). I emailed and explained my dissatisfaction and they had the balls to send this response Good afternoon, We are so sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your service today. I would be more than happy to have my technician come back and redo the full service for you. Please let me know if that will work with you for today. This review is for the Dallas location. Shadiest company. Here is my experience: Nice enough young man comes to our door and talks about why Venture is better than other pest control services. I sign up for what I am told is one treatment for $95. A month later, my husband and I go on vacation out of the country for two weeks and come home to a bill for another treatment they did without our permission while we were out of town. WHAT?! I contact them to figure out what's going on and they tell me that I signed a 12 month contract and that it's $100 to cancel. I was never shown a contract and was specifically told to just sign on the iPad for the SINGLE service. Now I'm being told they emailed the 'signed' contract to me with my receipt and that I should have read the fine print after I received it and known that legally I had 72 hours to cancel. Excuse me? You lie to me, and it's up to me to know to review a contract I was never aware I signed that you attach at the bottom of an emailed receipt (with no verbiage in the email referencing it)? This company is a joke. They refuse to waive the $100 cancellation fee and threaten to call a collections agency if I do not pay it. Will be contacting BBB. Oh and my husband had to go out and spray our yard himself because their treatment is completely ineffective. read more

This company is very unprofessional and does not even deserve a one star review. I went out to the technician to ask some questions and he was unhelpful and was wearing a mask and sprayed the chemical right next to me. The chemical they spray is very toxic and when I looked it up it is harmful to to body when absorbed through the skin or inhaled.When I called to get my information about what was being sprayed in my yard the associate (Whitney) was short sided and very defensive. I then asked for the manager (Chrissy) and she was even worse and had no regard for any of my concerns about the product. I do not recommend this company for anyone and next time I will look for a more eco friendly, healthy, and professional company. read more

Mosquito service was ineffective at reducing mosquitoes. When we requested additional treatments, individual was condescending and belittling, asking if we knew what mosquitoes looked like. We submitted pictures of dozens of captured mosquitoes and bite welts to "prove" we needed additional treatments. read more

Today was my first visit with them on our yearly home pest control with then. Our technician brian was very knowledgeable and I appreciated his professionalism. This company is rude, doesn't stick to the contract, breaks their own rules and billed me for services they were not contracted to do. They tried to call me & tell me they were scheduled to come out again, after I had told them do not contact me again. When I called them to tell them no & explained to them that they were not authorized to treat the outside of my home & that I had it noted on the contract that they were only to treat the inside of the house, the young lady said, "Well I guess we'll just charge you the termination fee, huh." & then hung up on me. They claim that you can cancel at any time when they come to your door but that doesn't seem to be the case. Don't bother with this company, there are much better choices. read more

Avoid this company at all costs. I tried the mosquito and pest control at my property for four months and their product DOES NOT work. I had them come out for retreats and still no improvement. Called to cancel spoke to the manager and after 25 minutes of going round in circles I asked the manager to escalate it to someone senior and hung up. Within minutes I get a notification that my credit card was charged a cancellation fee that was not approved. Called back to reiterate that I'm not paying more for a product that DOES NOT work. I waited for a moment for him to identify himself and he then raised his voice with, "I ASKED YOU, HOW ARE YOU?" - with no smile. He flipped a badge at me, mumbled his name, and then started his pitch. I said no, thanks, we use Bulwark. He began "The reason all your neighbors are switching," just like his script told him to, and when I said "no, thank you, a friend of ours works for Bulwark" he rushed in to say, "I'm not trying to destroy your friendships-" That's when I just cut him off, said no thank you a third time, and closed the door. He gave me a snarky look as I did so. Okay, I understand door-to-door solicitation is not a fun job, but this guy was creepy. If you didn't go along with his script or simply said "no thanks" he seemed to take umbrage. If this is the type of representative they send out, I can see why they have complaints. read more

Venture does a great job addressing any pest issues we have. They respond quickly and schedule service within a day or two of our call. They are always prompt and arrive during the hour they say they will. Every tech we have met has been friendly, asks about any issues and explains how they will resolve the issue, and why they do it that way. We have seen a decrease or elimination of sugar ants near the kitchen, fire ants in the yard, ladybugs, carpenter bees, wasps, everything but mosquitoes. (Because we can't afford to add that service although their quarterly prices are comparable to the competition.) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. read more

Let me preface this with the fact that I work from home and have security cameras on the premises. On October 20th, 2016 I received an email notification of services rendered and a bill in the amount of $95. These services were not rendered. I called Venture pest at (770)807-0368 and Scott confirmed the services had not been rendered after first denying it. I then requested my account closed and early termination fee waived. Scott denied this request. This company is billing for services that have not been rendered. I have opened a complaint with the BBB. Anyone receiving service from this company should verify the services are actually rendered. read more

I wish they had better customer service. I gave this company multiple tries, but they don't deliver. They say they will call and let you know when they are coming, but their idea of advanced warning is calling the night before. They say they will do a full exterior treatment if you aren't there to watch over the tech, but the spider webs are left around the windows and doors. They say they will not charge your card and you get charged. They say you can have the tech back as often as needed, but if they don't do the work when they are scheduled to come out - why would I want to have them come out again to still not do the job? This is the third time I didn't feel that the tech did a good job and have tried out multiple techs. Good product, terrible service. read more

This company has the habit of coming tom your home without any notification in advance and performing pest control which only covers part of your home. I have over and acre of property and they only spray the street portion on that property and not the greater portion which is behind lock gates and when contacted they want to return to finish the job which inconveniences the owner. They spray for mosquitoes April to October which is unheard of since we have no seen any mosquitoes in April, May or June or September and October. I do not recommend this company. read more
