You can't beat this view just outside of Chattanooga Tn. Italian Family owned and operated winery and pizzeria. Hand made pizzas with the best abs fresher ingredients. The wine is amazing I can even describe how good it is. They also make their own wine with grapes from California. The staff is great and super helpful with any decisions. The view is the breathtaking as you can see here. It's not super crowded but that can change depending on the weather and if the venue is booked. read more

We had heard good things about the pizza here! We stopped today for lunch and had "The House Specialty" pizza and it was delicious! Staff was extremely knowledgeable about the pizza ingredients from Italy and the wines they make. The views of the Tennessee River were awesome! read more

We just had the an incredible experience at this charming Italian family-owned spot! Nestled in the hills with stunning views of three states--Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama--it's the perfect blend of delicious food and breathtaking scenery. The pizza is truly something special. We tried the Tuscany and House pizzas--both were amazing! You can really taste the quality: the flour and tomatoes are imported straight from Italy, and everything is made with love and tradition. We also had 2 flights of wine. White and red. The Petite Sirah and Riesling were our favorite. Their house salad with salmon is something else! The salmon is incredible and the vinegrette dressing for the salad was SO good. Chuck, the owner, was so welcoming--sharing stories of how he grew up making pizza with his grandmother. His grandkids help out too, making the whole experience feel like you're part of the family. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive. We were touring Lookout Mountain and happened to notice there was a winery nearby. When we arrived, we were told that the pizza was fabulous. It was! The crust on the pizza was the real star as it was incredibly flavorful and crisp. While the view was certainly nice, the wine was pretty bad. A shame you can't bring your own. read more

If I could rate this no stars I would. I was so excited to check out the winery based on social media posts just to arrive being catfish. The drive up was horrific and as we walked in was super skeptical but gave it a chance. Took forever to order our samples which were served in communion cups and tasted horrible. We go to wineries often and were shocked at the samples. We barely took a sip of each one which all tasted horrifically and the same. I legit thought I was going to get sick from the little bit I had. We paid and left even asked if we didn't like it and I said no it was horrible with no response. Only nice thing was the view not a fake review as I was accused on google review- I was there April 26th with my best friend visiting. I'm from Pittsburgh and she's from Greenville sc added a picture for proof of what I left on the table cause it was a joke! Stopped here on our way home from a quick trip to Chattanooga. I sampled the whites. My husband sampled the reds. Overall the wines all had a very similar taste. Nothing really stood out to either of us as "gotta grab a bottle" of this. We did share a tiramisu, which was very good. We didn't order the pizza as we had already eaten while in the city....but seeing the pizzas delivered to the surrounding tables has us wanting to go back to give it a try. The scenery is really the true draw as it there is a great view of the water below. read more

We didn't even know this place was here and only stopped by b/c we were going out of our way to visit another distillery down the road (don't waste your time). This place was a breath of fresh air after having failed miserably across the street. The hostesses were SO nice, the wines were absolutely delicious (not sure what the one cat is smoking that said these weren't good wines... apparently they like all the junk made by most other TN wineries with muscadine). We found just about everything we tried to be absolutely delicious. We received plentiful samples to actually truly taste their products and decide whether or not we liked any. That said, we don't typically impulse buy wines (especially in TN), and when we do, we typically only get a bottle or maybe two if it's really good. We left here with a purchase of 5 bottles b/c we simply couldn't decide between the best of them! We saw that they make pizzas here too and several of the options sounded spectacular, but we didn't partake as we'd just eaten shortly before arriving, were there at kind've a weird time (3pm-ish) and didn't know they served food. Had we known, we would've skipped lunch and eaten at the winery! We loved it and will have no qualms stopping back by the next time we're in the area! read more

Beautiful scenery! Pizza was not great. It was super dry and toppings were sparse. Wine was just about the worst we have ever tasted but in all fairness that could just be their process rather than their quality. The owner came out and talked to us about how the recipe was from his great grandmother from Italy. The servers were very friendly and the food came out quickly. Used the venue for a wedding. The site and building have a nice view of the lake and river. Event was to be outdoors but it rained and was successfully moved indoors. The weather emphasized that no private entry for the bride from the bride chamber without having to go outside in the weather and passing through the kitchen. The sound system was inadequate overheating and shutting itself off so plan to use your own. In spite of negatives of the building and equipment, In spite of all, we had a successful event. The owner makes an effort to be cordial but clear communication was definitely an incumbrance. It seems that the owner's generalized contact lacks the specificity of his actual wishes. Only 20 minutes out of town, this winery is a perfect spot for an early dinner with a good friend on a warm evening. The view is wonderful. The outside dining areas are spread out between two spots, one connected to the restaurant. The staff come across easygoing and nice. When we arrived, our waitress came over and asked us what kind of wine we usually like. We decided on tasting 5 of the whites and one of the rose's. We liked the Patrizio rose' the most. For our pizza, we split a large what's called Tuscany pizza, a tasty trio of homemade sausage, fire roasted peppers, and mushrooms on thick cheese and a crisp crust freshly out of the outside pizza oven. Mannnnnnnnn Pizza and Wine. Say whet?!?!?!? This was the best hidden gem in Chattanooga (thus far). It's a bit of a drive from the city. The winery is anchored just right in the hills to give you views on views. Simply beautiful. I tasted mostly the white wine. You love some and you hate some. But I did find I liked more than what I disliked. The pizza was delicious. We ordered half pepperoni and half cheese. Simple. But the quality was there. The owner says every review is a "fake review" if they're not in his favor. The food was great. The ambiance was great. The service was great. A lot of people really like the wine, but we did not. We know it had no added sugar or sulfates, but over all it had an earthy/vinegary taste. I was there for a bachelorette party and we were ready to get the day started with a few bottles of wine after our sample flights and go from there, but we all agreed we couldn't stomach a whole glass of any of the wines. Not to mention--they only do flight samples or bottles--no glasses. Every other winery I've been to (a lot) has beverage options for those who want to join in on the fun but don't drink alcohol or don't like wine, but there were no non-alcoholic or non-wine beverages except for Pepsi bottles and bottled water. View at sunset was beautiful! Our service was really poor, we had to track down our server both times to get our order taken and to get our check. All we ordered was 2 flights of wine and it took us almost an hour to leave even though it wasn't very busy. We didn't have pizza but it looked & smelled delicious. I do agree with others that we didn't think we were at the correct place when we first pulled up just by the landscaping. We were expecting a winery but it's more of a pizza place that serves wine. Out of 12 samples, we only liked one or two. I also wish they served by the glass because my partner & I don't drink the same type of wine and we both don't need a full bottle each. I believe we chatted with the owner and they were extremely helpful! Would recommend if you are looking for pizza and good views. If you're looking for wine specifically or a winery, go elsewhere. We were driving from Nashville to Atlanta and this was an incredible find! We looked for a winery along the way, called to see if they had food and the friendliness of the call made this worth getting off the expressway. At just a couple miles off the road, this IS A MUST STOP if you're traveling between Chattanooga and Nashville. My friends and I drove 20 minutes out of the way super excited to try this winery on our trip to Chattanooga. When we arrived we were told wherever we sat they did table side wine tastings. We sat there for 30 minutes waiting on service and never got it. Everyone else was being served. We gave up and left. This place is also rather unsightly. Nice view though. read more

We read the reviews. We heard it was awful wine. We went anyway because how bad could it be? I mean, I've been known to drink out of a box more times than I care to admit. Plus there would be pizza. Holy crap I have never tasted such awful wine in my life! I couldn't even finish the tasting! I'd compare most of it to drinking paint thinner or something. I went in with low expectations and still left amazed at what passes for wine here. So after posting about it on my social media I had friends chime in with things like "first time I ever spit out a tasting" and "that place is awful but I'd go back again". The view. I gave two stars for the beautiful view and good service. The chairs are very uncomfortable and the bees were annoying (only outside seating). Fortunately, it was a beautiful, cool day. No beer and only serve their wine. Tried the samples and didn't even try them all they were not appealing to our taste, understand we have our preferences but didn't care for the wine at all. The pizza crust was delicious but if you like adequate amount of toppings, you won't find them here. Very little sauce, cheese, meat....tried the house special with "jumbo" shrimp which were cut into tiny pieces you couldn't taste. May have been an off day but we will not be back. read more

Great Pizza with some of the Best views in the State. First off Pizza- to date the best I have tasted in the State of TN. I am talking old school Italian wood fired Pizzaiola style. The crust was perfect balance of crisp and chewy thin crust. Wonderful yeast, smoked wood flavor. The cheese high quality Buffalo mozzarella. San Marzano tomato sauce. Great flavor choices with high quality toppings. All in all delicious. Then their is the spectacular views of the mountains an TN river. Wines are homemade with grapes brought in from CA. Many varieties, with none being sweet in any way. They are very young tasting with strong alcohol taste on the front end that overpowered the grapes. Not my style. I found the Riesling the most drinkable, which is odd because most others I've tried are too sweet for my taste but this one is not. Will be back for the pizza for sure, not so much the wines. read more

Fantastic views. You can sit outside during nice weather and look right down on the TN river. The pizza is very good everytime I have been there. A couple reasons I only left 4 instead if 5 stars even with great food and a view is because the up keep and exterior of the actual restaurant could use some revamping -- it's not much to look at and they only serve bottled sodas. I personally like being able to get a refill when eating a meal. I can't say anything on the wine as I've never tried theirs, but overall it's a good meal! read more

Made this Stop while heading home from Nashville, just because we were told No sulfates in the wine. Glad We did! Wine and Pizza were both Great. Id drive back for just the Pizza , Wood fired oven with great combos that paired with the wines. Service was knowledgeable and pleasant, owner/Pizza chef/wine maker came by and visited us.
