The lobby was so organized and had comfortable couches. Sydney, who checked us in, was extremely professional, informative, and friendly. She took the time to ask us all the proper questions to make sure we picked the best drips/shots. Sydney mentioned how her personal journey with shots/ drips helped her loose over 50 lbs and feels the best she has ever had! It meant so much to hear someone personal experience. Sergio introduced himself and brought us to the room to do all the injections. The room was extremely clean. Sergio was so patient with me since I'm not the biggest fan of shots, however it was quick and painless. Since my mother was doing a drip, Sergio took us to their relaxing lounge to wait in. The room was filled with so many comfortable seats where we can put our feet up. There are refreshments and calming music to enjoy. Sandy came in to introduce herself and ask how our experience is going. Sandy has such a welcoming, friendly energy where we all just connected so well. I feel like I could tell her anything without being judged. She shared her personal experience with her health struggles and what treatments worked really well. I asked her so many questions on certain diet, supplements, and peptides I was interested in. She took the time to answer everything with giving feedback and better choices when needed. My mother and I really enjoyed our conversation together that we almost forgot another 30 minutes went by. I can't explain enough that it is so refreshing to have such genuine conversations with everyone being so excited to share their own health journey. To be fair, the staff members I spoke with were very personable and friendly on the phone. However, there appear to be several people working in the front office who answer calls and provide consultations, and I repeatedly received different information depending on who I spoke with. I was given conflicting information regarding office hours, shipping timelines, product availability, and the availability of the nurse practitioner. Most recently, I purchased a round of products and was told three different things by three different staff members regarding my order. The conflicting information ultimately delayed my shipment. When I brought my concerns to their attention, the response seemed empathetic on the surface, but there was very little accountability for the fact that I had made decisions based on information their staff provided to me. My biggest advice to anyone considering working with Core IV Therapy is this: get everything in writing. Write down who you spoke with, the date, and exactly what you were told. If something is important regarding your order, shipping, appointment, or availability, ask them to confirm it by text or email. In my experience, information communicated verbally over the phone was later contradicted or not honored. They have personable staff and I wanted to have a positive experience with this company, but the level of inconsistency and disorganization made the process unnecessarily frustrating. My weight, fatigue, bloating, tummy troubles, nearly constant heartburn (even after a surgery to correct it), body aches and consistent hot flashes (despite being done with menopause for over 13 years) didn't match the way I ate (not perfect but by most standards, healthy) and how much exercise I did daily. I started on February 26, 2024 and as of today, I have lost 32+ pounds. I have also lost my sugar cravings, 95% of my hot flashes, 6 inches off my waist (plus inches off my stomach, hips, thighs, arms), gas, heartburn, tiredness after eating, and I sleep through the night consistently (I haven't for the last 16 years).
