I have been coming to LM for a few years. Admittedly, I have been one to put my personal maintenance to the side if finances are tight. With that being said, I used to see Hailey, but she is now focusing on raising her family and no longer at LM. When Hailey left, she recommended a few stylists at LM who are much like the way she cuts and colors, one of which was Mindy. I booked with Mindy and I'm so glad I did. I went to see Jackie Macias @ Lora Moon for the first time today for a color correction (from another salon I was with 4 years). Jackie transformed my hair in just one visit. It was black (to dark for my complexion). My hair was extremely damaged from my prior salon so Jackie wanted to be super careful to keep the integrity of my hair. She decided to do some balayage to give me some dimension during this transition. She did an amazing JOB! My hair feels so soft! I am super picky when it comes to my hair and I am totally blown away with how fabulous my hair came out. I basically told Lora to just do what she thought was best and my hair looks amazing. I have long thick hair and it is so hard to find someone that knows how to make it bouncy and keep the length. It feels in better condition than when I got there and I did a color, highlight and cut. After going to another salon in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for a hair cut and balayage coloring I was very disappointed with the time it took (4 hours!!) and the end results. I went to Lora Moon and my hair is now better than ever! My stylist, Jackie, not only was able to fix the awful balayage job that the other salon did but she also was able to work around my busy schedule to fit me in and she gave me the look I always wanted. Plus my hair smelt amazing for days after my appointment! It is a little pricey but I 100% think that the pricing is fair due to their customer service, skilled stylists and the fact that it is located in Scottsdal. I found this salon on Yelp. I just moved to the area from the east coast 3 weeks ago and I was desperate. I'm a blonde that typically goes to the salon every 7 weeks. Due to CV-19 it's been months and I was a mess. Bleached hay hair with 4 inch roots. I had the pleasure of having Bill as my stylist and let me just say, he's a master of his craft. Beautiful highlights and he knew exactly what to do. I'm a tough customer & I realize it will take a few visits to get my hair on track but I'm so incredibly impressed by Bill that I wanted to make sure I passed this along.
