My wife and I had NEVER been to Ross' Eatery and Pub before, but we were in the area and decided to give it a shot. The internet said they were open until 9 PM, but to be sure, I called ahead. Not once, but TWICE. The last call, at 7:11 PM, I spoke to a man who assured me they'd still be open for my wife to place an order. He even mentioned if it got close to 9 PM, they'd just put the food in a warmer for us. Great, right? WRONG. My wife drove out of her way to get there, arriving at 7:45 PM, only to be told the kitchen was CLOSED. Closed! By the SAME guy I had spoken to on the phone not even 30 minutes earlier. When she called me, I thought maybe there was a mistake, so I called back to confirm she was at the right place. The same man answered, and his response? "Yeah, we're closing now." WHAT?! So which is it? Open until 9 PM? Open until 7:45 PM? Or just "open when we feel like it"? What kind of incompetent operation runs like this? I SPECIFICALLY called to confirm the times, got reassured TWICE, and then you turn my wife away when she gets there? Talk about misleading, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful to a new customer. We were excited to try this place, and instead, we got a complete slap in the face. This isn't just poor service--it's a blatant disregard for your customers' time, money, and effort. I'll tell you one thing: I wouldn't step foot in this place again if they PAID me to. If you're considering Ross' Eatery and Pub, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Judging by the similar reviews I've seen, this seems to be a pattern. Consistently bad service, misleading information, and zero accountability. Ross' Eatery and Pub: where customer service goes to die. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like an afterthought. Just shameful.

They have an incredible selection of beers on tap with pale ales, IPA's, fruit flavors, stouts and more. There were so many that sounded amazing that I couldn't choose just one. Luckily they have a tasting tray of four beers for people like me who can't decide! They were all delicious and flavorful making it impossible to choose a favorite. Plus the amazing worker behind the bar suggested mixing the orange creamsicle and Red Dragon (raspberry) together which was a like a little bit of summer making a welcome appearance in winter! If you like something sweet this is for you. I wasn't sure what to expect from the food but it exceeded both mine and my friend's expectations! The onion rings had a thin coating on them and weren't rough at all which is how I like them. The tavern dipping sauce was so good and mixed very well with the ranch. We had a hard time deciding which flatbread to choose because they all sounded amazing but decided to go with the Chivalry which was a white pizza with chicken, mozzarella, ranch, and banana peppers. It was definitely the right choice! Fantastic food and drinks mixed with great service made for a fun night from start to finish. Already planning my next trip here!

They were all very good and a few, such as the Red Knight, were excellent. After careful consideration, we opted to order a pizza and stay for another drink. The pizza, jalapeño popper inspired, was a delicious complement. Would strongly recommend a visit! Weather permitting, the outside patio is also a plus!

Beyond that it was a nightmare. The service was sooooo sloooooow. It took too long for the waitress to come take our food orders after we placed a drink order. People in service should know to pick up the pace when they see small children in a party. However, even if it had been just adults, there is no excuse to keep us waiting for ten minutes. And then the food took absolutely forever, at least half an hour. During the wait, I counted only four parties totaling 14 people in the entire place. It was so frustrating. When the food arrived, half of it was wrong. My daughter ordered a kid's cheeseburger; she received a burger with no cheese. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with caesar dressing on the side; I received a caesar salad with the dressing mixed in. I didn't send it back--no time to wait! The salad was merely lettuce, dressing, and "chicken." The meat was rubbery and stale-tasting. The pretzel bites were horrid; sort of ligh-textured and vaguely sweet, but saturated with oil, they tasted more like toasted chunks of brioche bread than real soft pretzels. The "beer cheese" was mercifully flavorless. My wife's fish sandwich was bland but okay. The french fries were delicious. See, I closed on a positive note.
