If I could give zero stars, I would. Let me tell you about the absolute nightmare of an experience…read morewe had with this establishment. My wife and I had NEVER been to Ross' Eatery and Pub before, but we were in the area and decided to give it a shot. The internet said they were open until 9 PM, but to be sure, I called ahead. Not once, but TWICE. The last call, at 7:11 PM, I spoke to a man who assured me they'd still be open for my wife to place an order. He even mentioned if it got close to 9 PM, they'd just put the food in a warmer for us. Great, right? WRONG. My wife drove out of her way to get there, arriving at 7:45 PM, only to be told the kitchen was CLOSED. Closed! By the SAME guy I had spoken to on the phone not even 30 minutes earlier. When she called me, I thought maybe there was a mistake, so I called back to confirm she was at the right place. The same man answered, and his response? "Yeah, we're closing now." WHAT?! So which is it? Open until 9 PM? Open until 7:45 PM? Or just "open when we feel like it"? What kind of incompetent operation runs like this? I SPECIFICALLY called to confirm the times, got reassured TWICE, and then you turn my wife away when she gets there? Talk about misleading, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful to a new customer. We were excited to try this place, and instead, we got a complete slap in the face. This isn't just poor service--it's a blatant disregard for your customers' time, money, and effort. I'll tell you one thing: I wouldn't step foot in this place again if they PAID me to. If you're considering Ross' Eatery and Pub, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Judging by the similar reviews I've seen, this seems to be a pattern. Consistently bad service, misleading information, and zero accountability. Ross' Eatery and Pub: where customer service goes to die. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy wasting your time and being treated like an afterthought. Just shameful.

Solid 4.5 stars…read more Came in here last night after a really long day. I had never been here and was surprised what a welcoming environment they fostered. There were so many different people all in one cohesive space enjoying good food, cold beers, and great music. I was very pleasantly surprised how attentive the waitresses and bartenders were. I think one of the cooks came out to ask how the food was and to be honest the wings were phenomenal. Monday is .50 wings special night so I went with the wings. I had 6 boneless wet style Cajun and 6 bone-in butter parmesan. Both were very delicious. The Cajun were just the right amount of crunch and sauce but not too drenched and super flavorful. The butter parmesan were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I always love good wings and these were top notch for sure. I also want to comment I was impressed how clean the bar/restaurant was and the bathroom was immaculately clean too. The best part was that everyone treated each other like close friends; making this one of the friendliest and welcoming establishments I've been to date in Ohio. I will say I was told the crowd can vary day to day since there is a large truck plaza next door some days more upbeat and some slower. I was there on a slower day however still totally worth stopping in and checking out. I was told by another patron their build your own burgers are quite amazing as well so that will be for a future date. Keep it up as I will defiantly be back in soon.

First there were 4 people total in the place and 2 bartenders. Stood at the "please wait to be seated" stand for 10 minutes. Both bartenders looked over several times and just kept watching TV. We finally left. As we were in the parking lot both bartenders came outside to smoke. Still no acknowledgment. Rudest place I've ever been to. Avoid at all costs.
