A Training Program That Truly Follows the Dog - Exceptional Transferable Guarantee!…read moreMy husband Jim and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bark Busters! We fostered Willow, a Labradoodle, intending to find him a forever home, but we completely "failed" at fostering and fell in love with him. Willow's previous owner had invested in Bark Busters Gold Service training before we adopted him. As a disabled Veteran, Jim has found Willow to be an incredible mental health support, and we wanted to ensure we continued his training properly. A Guarantee That Truly Puts Dogs First: What truly sets Bark Busters apart is their remarkable Life of Dog Support Guarantee, which is transferable when a dog is re-homed! This transferable guarantee demonstrates Bark Busters' genuine commitment to the dogs they train, not just their clients. They understand dogs may change homes and built a system ensuring those dogs receive lifelong support. This is virtually unheard of in the dog training industry! Seamless Support: We contacted Bark Busters to learn about Willow's training, and they made the transfer process incredibly smooth. Their focus was clearly on Willow's wellbeing and ensuring continuity in his care. They taught us the Bark Busters method - natural dog communication using body language and voice control that Willow already understood. No treats, no harsh corrections, no complicated equipment. The Results: Thanks to their transferable guarantee and guidance, we've maintained Willow's excellent behavior and strengthened our bond tremendously. The relationship between Jim and Willow has flourished, making an incredible difference in Jim's daily life and wellbeing. Lifetime Peace of Mind: We can contact our certified trainer anytime new issues arise - for Willow's entire life. As he grows and faces new challenges, we have peace of mind knowing professional help is available. Even if we relocate, the guarantee moves with us! Our Recommendation: If you're struggling with dog behavior issues, we wholeheartedly recommend Bark Busters. They work with any breed, age, and issue. Their trainers are knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping families. Most impressive: their Life of Dog Support Guarantee is transferable when a dog finds a new home. That forward-thinking policy shows incredible integrity and true commitment to every dog they train. It's a game-changer for rescue or adopted dogs. Willow is a well-behaved, happy companion, and thanks to Bark Busters' transferable lifetime guarantee, we have confidence and support to continue his success. We're so grateful for their innovative approach ensuring every dog receives lifelong support, regardless of circumstances! - Jim & Tammy Proud parents of Willow the Labradoodle

After hearing a positive experience from our neighbor, we decided to meet with Brendan from Lead and Thrive Dog Training. From the first consultation, Brendan was confident, clear, and straightforward. He explained that the program would take eight weeks and emphasized that our consistency at home would be the key to success. He also provided all of the necessary equipment, including a long-range collar, leashes, and training collars, which made the process easy to get started. After the consultation, we planned to take a few days to think about it, but within minutes of Brendan leaving, my wife was already asking me to call him back and get started right away. That pretty much says it all. The program consisted of one session per week for eight weeks. In our case, that included four in-home sessions, two sessions at a nearby park, and two additional sessions tailored to what we wanted to focus on. We chose more dog-focused park training instead of busier, people-heavy environments like Lowe's or Home Depot. Each session was followed up with a detailed text recap covering what we worked on and how to continue practicing during the week. That made a huge difference in staying consistent. After completing the program, we also gained access to unlimited weekly group training sessions, which is a great added value. Brendan also gave us helpful recommendations for quality gear, like retractable leashes and car restraints. At the end of the process, we couldn't be happier. The results, the value, the structure, and the support all exceeded our expectations. Augie has made incredible progress, and we feel much more confident as dog owners. Highly recommend Brendan and Lead and Thrive. What I appreciated most is that Brandon didn't just train my dog...he also taught me so much about dog behavior and why dogs act the way they do. There were many things I never understood before, and now everything makes so much more sense. He showed me how to communicate with Olivia in a way she understands, and it has made a huge difference. She now behaves much better in open spaces and around other people and dogs. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and effective dog trainer. You can tell he truly understands dogs and cares about helping both the dog and the owner succeed! Thanks again you Brendan, Olivia and I are extremely thankful!

He goes to daycare while I'm at work, boards there when I travel, and gets groomed there as well. I trust the team completely with his care, which says a lot when you're handing over a member of your family. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about the dogs. They do a great job keeping pet parents informed and will reach out if they notice anything out of the ordinary, even something as minor as an upset stomach. I really appreciate knowing that they're paying attention and that my border collie isn't just another dog in the yard. I also want to give a special shout-out to managers Aurora and Stef. They've always been wonderful, helpful, and incredibly caring with my boy over the years. I personally appreciate the care BarxParx takes with assessments and safety. When you're trusting a facility with your dog, you want to know they're being thoughtful about which dogs are in the daycare environment and making everyone's safety a priority. After six years of daycare, I can confidently say my border collie is treated like family here. He loves BarxParx, and so do I.

Not only were we wondering where the business was located and wanted to tour the business, but we were not given that opportunity ahead of time and he didn't do any training with our puppy. The one thing we thought was a little bit rich was when he took the dog for a small walk of 100 ft to the mailbox and back to the house. He said that the dog is doing better because of the Walk that he gave our dog in that total distance of 200 ft. I've never seen a "businessman" reaching for excuses trying to get into somebody's pocket not to return their deposit without the servce provided as promised. We expressed or disappointment and pointed out what he was doing was wrong. In his words, "Just remember, that we didn't do anything." We agreed, HE REALLY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING, and that is why we want the refund. In addition to that, his conduct during the conversation was unacceptable as a business trying to place blame on us. As a customer all we wanted to do was get a partial refund and just move on since there was nothing on the schedule in the future for our puppy to attend their training but that they only took our money. We made five attempts in text messages with responses days later that were incomplete and unacceptable. We decided it was not a good place to put our puppy for training because of unanswered questions and delays in answers. our dog is doing just fine without the promised training that he claims he could do. The loss of the deposit money is a lesson learned but better to know now than to put our puppy with a questionable business that won't even reason with logic. Buyer be Aware

The next day I called kennel and told them what happened, I was told the owner would get back to me. No call from the owner, so I called again the next day. Same response. On Monday. 9/8 I called the previous owner, he told me that he would have the new owner contact me. The new owner Mckelle gave me a call that night. She told me after 2 hours they pick up the wet food (cans). Whether its eaten or not. My dog has always been a grazer (he eats when he wants too). Mckelle also told me that she would call me back the next day after checking the feeding logs. I never got another call. Basically they starved my poor boy and the damage to his system was irreversible. I had to put him to sleep on 9/9/25. My beautiful boy is gone because of them!!!! Avoid this place!!!!
