Our server who was also the bartender because we sat in the bar area kept a fresh soda water in front of me the entire time, never had to ask. We were seated by one of the male employees and waited about 15 minutes without anyone checking on us or taking our order. I genuinely thought maybe the process had changed and that we were supposed to order at the bar, so I went to the front to ask. Instead of getting help, we were met with rude attitudes and unfriendly looks from the staff. The entire time we were there, we felt ignored and received little to no customer service. It was honestly embarrassing because I had hyped this place up to my friend beforehand. I really used to enjoy coming here, which is why I gave it multiple chances, but the service during this visit completely changed my opinion. Customer service and attitude matter just as much as the food, and unfortunately this experience missed the mark.
