I won't leave a full review because we haven't been here long BUT...just wanted to come on here to say a few things for others to consider before moving here. We can hear everything. Our neighbors, especially the person upstairs. People in the hallway, people smoking on their balconies late at night and talking, dogs barking frequently, neighbors music coming from the built in speakers. We have started to notice ants here and there and in our clothes and on countertops. The toilet flusher is behind the toilet seat cover, very inconvenient. The key fob seems genius but if you don't get it at the right angle and hold it long enough, it can take more than a few tries (not helpful when you got both hands full of heavy groceries). It is mandatory to sign up for a delivery service for your packages. It is not free. Good things; very dog friendly! Everyone is nice. Maintenance fixes things pretty quick. Parking is plenty. Staff is nice. Great location for things to do and places to eat! No issues with the parking gate, towing, or car break ins since we have moved in. read more

Just letting you guys know, that I'm so fed up with this apartment complex. This is the 3rd time my vehicle was broken into on the second floor. My vehicle's radio was ripped out and stolen, including my dash cam and rear view back up camera system. The windshield of my vehicle was cracked when the dash cam and rear back up camera was ripped off. I also had my air pods and ray-ban glasses stolen from my center console. My vehicle's radio dash board and steering wheel column was broken and damage also. The vehicle was broken into both sides of the door handles and also cause damage to my doors. This happened between Saturday night and Sunday morning. Is way over $3000 dollars of damage done to my vehicle. I haven't seen any security in the parking garage for over 2 months. This place is ridiculous and I don't think this is a safe community. I will be leaving bad reviews about this apartment complex if no action is taken about this situation. We also had our bikes stolen from our balcony when we took a small vacation about 2 weeks ago. The bikes had a thick cable lock and it was cut off. What is going on with the security in this place? I need answers. My wife and I don't feel safe here anymore in this place. read more

Let me first say that this location isn't closed, it just has a new management company, Barvin Property Management. We lived at Los Altos Trinity Green almost three years ago when it was first built. Unfortunately, we haven't had the best experience, except from the maintenance team. We recently had a horrible experience with Barvin management on our final bill. Basically, we were told we didn't pay our last month's rent. Obviously, this wasn't true and always pay rent on time with zero missed payments in three years. We also have actual confirmation #'s and proof if was taken out of our bank account for June. We actually made the payment on May 26th! 8/25/22- I received a final billing statement from Barvin for $1,498.74. I immediately called and talked to Christian who advised it was showing June rent wasn't paid. I then advised Christian that it was paid on May 26 and withdrawn from my Chase checking account for June's rent. I also explained that I show on the "Clickpay" portal of all my payments. He said he would research it and contact me in 24-48 hours. I also let him know I would email it as well. He said I could just respond to the initial email. Later the same day I called and talked to Jennifer who transferred me to another young lady. She advised she was showing on the ledger that I owed for June. I explained the same thing to her. I asked if she could contact the apartments to straighten it out. She placed me on hold and says she talked to someone who said June was paid. She also says it looks like I was double billed, but would have to investigate. I asked to speak to a supervisor because I was concerned I kept getting passed around. Amor (supervisor) wasn't helpful and kept over talking me. I asked to speak with someone else and talked to Sammon (supervisor) who says she noticed something didn't look right. She also mentioned that looks like I paid for June. Sammon said she would follow up with me. I'm concerned that I can't get help with a bill that isn't correct. The attached shows I pay rent a few days early each month. This attachment is the actual site where we made payments online. It shows confirmation numbers, etc. January 2022 payment was made the end of December 2021. Bottom line is we are trying to get help with this issue, especially since we have proof. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM STRESS AND AWFUL LIVING CONDITIONS. There is not all the details I would like to provide on some points because of character limits. I took all these pictures in the past 10 days. My experience living here has been one of the most stressful experiences that I have had. There is almost always a weekly issue. I don't know where to begin, but I will start with the worst experiences in hopes that people will at least see some of them. I encourage you to read all my lengthy review: 1) I had $1,700 in damages to my clothes, 30 items, due to a mold problem. The maintenance's words were that it was due to improper ventilation from the shower. I was literally asked how often I take showers and if I take hot showers. So if you like to take daily showers, don't live here. They're also refusing to cover the costs, so I've had to contact BBB to help for resolution and may have to go to small claims court. At this point, it's the lack of caring and responsibility that I'm most upset about. 2) We've had maintenance come on their own around 10 times due to three separate leaks into the gym below us. The first time, my roommate and I were not home. They called to inform us and ask if they could enter the apartment (ensuring that they would let us know the problem). We were worried about the apartment and our items within. However, we never received a call back. I called them about 4 hours later and was told, "maintenance has already left so I can't ask them, but since they didn't say anything, I'm guessing the apartment is okay". a. On the second incident, a couple months later, they never called or informed us that they needed to come check on the issue. Instead, they entered our apartment without knocking or giving notice. I was working from home that day and rightfully freaked out. What if I had been changing? What if I were showering? I called the office and asked that they either give us notice or don't enter until we answer the door. b. On the third incident, about five months later, they once again entered our apartment without knocking or giving notice. My roommate was home at this time and, thankfully, was not indecent either. 3) The gates in the garage have been broken off and on for a while now. I would estimate that they have been broken for a total of 2 months. My roommate's car was broken into while the gate was open...car was trashed, and money was stolen. 4) When we first moved in, our electric lock was broken on the front door, so we had to leave our door unlocked as the office was closed and the emergency maintenance number wasn't answering. The next day we asked for an actual key instead of a FOB. It also didn't work, so we had to get another key. Our mailbox key and garage gate openers also did not work. a. We met a girl who had moved there recently and just got back from being out of state. She was locked out of her apartment and emergency maintenance wouldn't answer. 5) Don't count on the callbox ever working. Ours did not work properly once during our 12-month lease. The callbox is supposed to link to the last 4 digits of our number. Sometimes, neither of our numbers would work. Then 1 number would, and we would call to get the other fixed, then they would kick off the number that was working. Now it's only linked to my phone by the apartment number. 6) Complex is always trashed. We had dog poop sit in our hallway for nearly a week. I've noticed little pieces of trash not being cleaned for a month. I don't think the garage is ever cleaned. Dog poop bins overflowing. Hallways smelling horrible, etc. 7) There have been raging parties, once with a DJ booth, a woman screaming profanities for 20+ minutes, and other incidents during office hours at the pool. It never gets resolved even though management is there. 8) Rude staff. We've had/seen many issues with this. 9) I've had issues with the printers not working twice. I've only tried to use them three times.... 10) Their delivery service for packages, Fetch, is the worst. They've misplaced or lost 10+ of my packaged (not over exaggerating). read more

This place sucks now. I've been here 3 years one fo the first to move in and can't wait to leave. New management is sorry! Old management took better care of the property I always saw them cleaning, cleaning the elevators and mopping hallways floors. New management is almost non existent. Trash is everywhere in the garage and stair wells. Not to mention my key fob won't open the elevator or the door in the garage it's been that way for months. The call box doesn't work I can't buzz my guests in I have to walk to downstairs. There's never enough parking for guests. My upstairs neighbor is LOUD all the time, I'm awaken every other day In the middle of the night by her having sex moaning screaming and the bed squeaking. I've had to put up with her pit bull running around the apartment which sounds like there a horse in a horse race. Ive complained to management several times about the noise from her apartment and her dog pissing and shitting over the balcony which happens to land on mine and my belongings. They told me she didn't have a pet on her lease but they told me they needed proof, just go in her apt and see what more proof do you need, I even provided a picture of the dog on her balcony and that still wasn't enough! So looking forward to the end of my lease in August. Also the package system Fetch suck I'd rather pay a monthly service fee for onsite delivery lockers. read more

ONLY MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO PARTY - EVERY - SINGLE - DAY!!! The noise is out of control. I've lived in many apartments, I understand hearing people walking, pets, watching movies and such. However, people partying all night from 9pm - 7am the next morning has been our experience. While leaving their barking dogs on the balcony, it's terrible. By far the absolute worst experience in apartments I've ever had. We've been here pre-pandemic and our FIRST apartment we lived in here, the music happened every single week THURSDAY - SUNDAY... music and party's in a one bedroom apartment to the point I could hear it through my pillows, mattress and floors. We requested a transfer after ONE MONTH of living here because it was absolutely HORRIBLE. They didn't have our model available and we moved into a different apartment. I've been up listening to my downstairs neighbor raging once again, since 5am. He's still going.... while he keeps his barking dog on the balcony. People have absolutely zero respect at this apartment complex. So, my suggestion would be if you want to party, stay up until 7am the next morning with your neighbors and have absolutely zero help from the staff up front, I highly recommend this place for you! It's right up your alley. Do absolutely anything you'd like here because there are no rules and zero disregard for the fact that you have not only one neighbor but multiple. Staff is nice, but they'll only tell you they've contacted the people and that's that. They tell you to call the police instead of doing anything about it. Very unreliable for any type of help. Ever since the new management company (Roscoe Property Management) took over, this complex went down hill FAST. Serious pest issues. We had a squirrel get stuck in our wall and cluster flys invaded our apartment through the windows/minor cracks in the walls. Pest control did absolutely nothing. Not a safe area. Entrance doors constantly broken. Twice I encountered non residents smoking in stair cases. To top everything off... my catalytic converter was stolen in the garage (PARKED BEHIND THE GATE ON THE THIRD FLOOR). No camera in the garage and security was a JOKE. This place is WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the terrible service and living conditions. Glad I moved. read more

Los Altos is managed by Roscoe now and ever since they switched managers the property has gone to shit. There's trash everywhere in the parking lot, hallways , stairways , elevators etc. Valet trash doesn't pick up on most sundays and when I called Christian he said "oh well they picked up the 1st floor" like okay? I clearly didn't ask and I wouldn't be calling if this wasn't a reacurring issue. So in other words you'll be paying for valet trash but don't be surprised when they don't pick up your trash. Earlier in the year when it snowed someone had called Christian to let him know that their downstairs neighbors pipes sounded weird and he gave them no solution and later that night their pipes on the 4th floor bursted. Several people in the last couple of months have gotten their car broken into. The parking garage gate is always broken. And personally the worst thing and the main reason why I'm leaving this review is because there is always dog poop or pee in the hallways & specially the stairways. In the summer there was a huge poop in the stairway and it literally melted and dried up because nobody picked it up until 3 months later which at that point they had to scrape it off and the poop stain is still there. In this last month I've also seen pest around the apartment complex. Oh and before I forget not too long ago Alyssa, the assistant manager tried opening my door and I had to push the door back because I was literally naked and wet from being in the shower. So Overall management sucks and Los Altos is so dirty! FYI...If you come tour have them show you the stairways, garage and the sky lounge furniture NOT just the 1st floor which is what they prioritize showing you read more

If I were you, I'd scroll right past this community. Trash management is horrible and the community stays unclean. Door fixtures around the property is constantly broken and it's beginning to resemble a slum. Dirty, dirty, and more dirty. In addition, the noise level in the community is horrible (loud neighbors, etc.) and the front office refuses to handle their business in this arena, as well. We just received an entire staff of new office management this past summer who made promises to do better, etc. but we have yet to see the promises fulfilled. My husband and I were on our way to delivering our notice to move out until we learned of the new team that was taking over. Big mistake. Should've left when we had the chance! Dallas has so much more to offer ... this place can't measure up! read more

Great facility! Apartment building is well maintained, staff is super helpful and friendly. I moved from out of state and they helped me move in with ease! Some cons, it can be a bit noisy. There is construction going on outside and I can hear my neighbors' music from time to time but this is pretty standard for apartment living. They have convenient valet trash service and recycling too! There is a package deliver service that is included with your rent so packages that don't fit in you mailbox get delivered to your door by a safe person. Very good that there aren't many strangers around. Other reviewers say the key fobs can be annoying and that is a bit true too. Awkward if you are carrying groceries or something but it's nice that the locks are secure. Nice fitness center and mail room; great gathering spaces and pool (didn't get to use as much as I would like because of coronavirus restrictions) but the management team does really well at being friendly and is willing to work with you. Lots of tenants have dogs so if you are not a fan or allergic, maybe not the best place for you. Overall really nice, a little pricey but I'd move back in if I returned to the state. Great location near interstate. The neighborhood is developing so it should get more shops and restaurants soon. read more

Living at Alta Trinity Green has been the best apartment living experience I have had to date. ESPECIALLY in Dallas. The office staff cares about their residents and has does everything to make our experience from move in to adjusting to a new apartment as seamless as possible. The skydeck has one of the best views in Dallas, the pool and common areas are spectacular, and theres a huge field out front where I let my dogs run around. Also, the entire complex is absolutely spotless 24/7. We love living at Trinity Green! read more

This place has by far been one of the worst places I've lived. Please stay away if you don't want pest issues or vehicle burglary. My apartment is completely infested with carpenter ants and gnats. Hundreds of ants eating holes through the walls getting in all of personal belongings. They moved me to another unit ( without asking if I was ok with this particular unit) stating that this was the only two bedroom unit available. Btw, the view was facing "the hood" abortion's signs and mattresses sitting on the side of the street and run down houses. This is not what I'm paying $2000 for. At least give me an option!!! However, I looked on the site and there was another two bed room unit available it was just a $100 more. I mentioned that to the property manager who basically laughed in my face and said "well we're definitely not going to lower the price". First of all, I never asked for the price to be lowered. Secondly, this place would rather lose a tenant than lowering the rent price for $100 less even though I've been through complete hell. Nice! So.. within a week of me moving into this other unit I found out this place is ALSO infested with ants. At this point I've moved three times within 6 weeks. Management told me the first apartment I was in has been fixed and has no signs of the ants. I move back into that apartment and sure enough the ants have come back but worse this time. Carrying their ant eggs to the next wall. I have been living out of boxes for almost 4 months now due to the constant moving. Not being able to grocery shop because I'm afraid food will attract more ants. Taking off from work because of all the moving. I work for myself so if I don't work I don't get paid. Do you think they cared?? Noppppe!!! Never once did they offer any compensation for the inconvenience that this has caused. A waste of time and money moving to this place. They did offer to let me out of my lease but denied to pay for movers. Which is the least that can be done. By far my worst experience. Not to mention my car was broken into due to the lack of security. If you're big on security and having cameras inside the garage or 24 hour Surveillance you won't get it here. read more

Moved in a few weeks ago and have loved living here thus far. The building and our apt is brand new with some of the back part of the building and pool still being worked on (will likely be done soon). It was an easy decision on my new apartment, once I toured Alta Trinity Green. It had the best view of the Dallas skyline due to it's west side location. We moved in 2 weeks ago and the view of the fireworks was incredible. The pool area is absolutely stunning. Very relaxing with plenty of seating and lounging area. The gym is expansive with plenty of equipment to keep you fit for various types and levels of fitness. The apartments are very appealing with high end finishes. It was an important factor that there was no carpet except for the closets. The farmhouse sink, appliances, and countertops are very modern and stylish. Bluetooth speakers and state of the art locks gives each tenant a high tech and updated feel. No matter how nice and updated an apartment is if they do not have a good staff then it's all for not. That is most certainly not the case at Alta Trinity Green. With all the features I listed the staff is definitely the best part. Initially toured and leased with Jordynn who is dynamite. After I signed there were several changes that needed to be made on my part. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. If Jordynn wasn't available the rest of the staff jumped right in and didn't miss a beat. I highly recommend touring Alta Trinity Green if you are looking for something in this area. read more
