During my most recent visit, I placed an order through the app and waited at the menu board for nearly ten minutes without a single acknowledgment. No greeting, no "please hold," nothing. When I eventually drove up to the second window, I was met with a look of open annoyance and a curt question about what I needed. I explained that I had waited at the menu board without any response and that I was simply trying to pick up my mobile order. Rather than offering an apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience, I was abruptly directed to move to the next window. The overall lack of professionalism, communication, and basic courtesy at this location makes what should be a quick and simple experience unnecessarily frustrating. If this level of service continues, it becomes difficult to justify returning. When the staff aren't being rude they literally have no idea what's going. I have had to repeat my order to them three times With multiple differ interactions. I have spoken to many people who have expressed the same frustrations with this location, yet nothing ever seems to change. I guess the owners are ok with the behaviors from their staff, because this is a pretty talked about issue in our little community.
