Not your typical Mexican restaurant even though it looks like it. The food was tasty and the servers were very on top of things. The salsa was a top 5 salsa such that I think I could've drank it. There's an outdoor patio that is a huge draw if the weather is right. Definitely will be going back. read more

I visited Los Cabos restaurant in Bartlett and the server and food was great but we could not enjoy our food because they had fruit flies flying over our food. The staff was eating in the kitchen where we can see them. We brought the fruit flies to the manager attention but he didn't solve the issue and didn't care. read more

Am I the only one missing something about this place? I was not very impressed by food or service. It tasted okay... I got the cheese steak tacos but they were just tacos with steak, onion and cilantro... Husband makes them so better at home. Server really didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I still cannot get how expensive they were for what we ordered. The shrimp cocktail was really good. I can get better food that is cheaper elsewhere... I don't think I will be back here anytime soon. Oh Nos Cabos! Salsa is all tomato, very little cheese dip for $5. Rice tasted like it came out of a package. Salsa and drinks tasted soapy. Beef was bland no seasoning. Not going back. read more

Okay so when this this place first opened, it was great! Great food, great drinks, great service. But it seems every time we go back, the quality of drinks and service gets worse and worse. DO NOT go here for margaritas... they come pre-made and they are always sooo watered down. Seriously, I don't like sending drinks back. Next time we will not go back to Los Cabos.. Been here multiple times in the last year. Each time it's been great. Great staff, nice atmosphere, clean, good food and reasonable prices. Strangely we've never sat on the patio but it looks fantastic with shade and TV's. What I love about this place and most Mexican restaurants is that it's so versatile. We can take the kids there, have a date night, watch a game or just stop in for a snack or drink. The layout is ideal, they have a restaurant side as well as a bar side. I give it five stars because I can't find any critiques, it's a nice place. read more

I fell in love with Tex Mex while living in San Antonio, TX. Ever since leaving San Antonio, my quest for good Tex Mex food has been hit and miss, and then I found Los Cabos. I can definitely say that Los Cabos is a hit when it comes to Tex Mex. The Shrimp Chimichanga is awesome! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food. The price is very nice and the staff is very friendly. I'm looking forward to my next trip there in the very near future. read more

The wait staffwas very nice. Iasked if they had chorizo tacos. They said no but made them for me! And they were off the chain! Sooo good!! i also got the chicken nachos supreme. The BEST nachos ive had! The chicken was shredded to perfection and soo flavorful! I absolutely love how they put pickled jalapenos on there! Just the right heat not overbearing! The food at this restaurant is delicious, first and foremost. HOWEVER...the customer service is horrible! They are rude beyond belief. I will never order from there again. They'll tell you one thing, then completely deny they ever said it. I ordered from them through Uber Eats. After the driver left and I took my food inside, I saw that I was missing half of my order. I notified Uber Eats. Then I tried calling Los Cabos to see if they had the other half of my order there, or if they had any way to contact the driver. The girl who answered the phone asked me what I was missing and said that she would try to contact the driver and get my food brought to me. I asked if she had a cell phone number for the driver and she said that he actually worked at the restaurant and she would get in touch with him. Fast forward 20 minutes...I hadn't heard from anyone or received my missing food. So I called Los Cabos back. The same girl answered and denied ever having a conversation with me and denied all she had told me. She even said she never told me that the driver worked there. She started talking to someone there about this current conversation and said that i put words in her mouth. Then, she asked for my missing items again and asked for my address. THEN, a guy who claimed to be the manager got on the phone and said that they had two Uber Eats orders tonight and mine wasn't one of them. I told him that wasn't possible because I had just received half of my order FROM HIS RESTAURANT! He offered no help and only wanted to argue about whether or not I had placed an order with his restaurant. I am beyond pissed. And hungry because I am missing the bulk of my order. read more

I love Mexican food. I've been here a few times. Food is ok. Service was not great. I've had a waitress with limited English she ended up getting our ordered wrong. Also had one who disappeared for long periods, im assuming she had a table on the other side of the restaurant. The manager helped with our table for missing items. My husband ordered the Presidente and Texas Margaritas, which did end up catching up with him later. Overall I would say things are average not on the must have list. I would still like to try the karaoke night. read more

Went to meet some friends last night & it took about 15 minutes for the server to acknowledge we joined their table. We only went because the small margaritas were $2.99 from 5pm-8pm and the domestic bottles of beer were $1.99. I ordered three margaritas, my friend ordered 2, and my boyfriend ordered 3 or 4 bud light bottles. We were charged full priced for all of them. We also waited 35-45 minutes for our 2 checks. When we got the checks and discovered the mistakes, we kindly let the server know. She had an attitude after we told her we ordered all the drinks before 8 o'clock. She went to fix them. When she came back and handed us the new checks, my boyfriend was still charged full price for all his beers and my friend had $1.00 discount on her check. The server then told us that the credit card machine was down and that my boyfriend needed to go to the ATM. So him being the nice person, he went. Turns out, another employee said that the credit card machine was fine after he had already left to go to the ATM. We tried not to make a big deal about everything, but me and my friend are both severs. I would give this restaurant negative stars if I could. Will never go back again. We went last week and the food was great but the service wasn't. We still gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try it again and this is what happened. read more

We ordered vegetarian dishes that came with beans. Only after we had eaten then did we learn that the beans were made with lard. Not sure why they are called vegetarian when they are not. Disappointing. If you don't mind pig fat, food is overall good and service was good. read more

In a city where there are a lot of Mexican restaurants, you have to have something that really differentiates you. The food was good, but was no better than El Mezcal, Dos Amigos, or Los Pilares (Our current Mexican frequents). There wasn't really anything that differentiated it from them except for the price....unfortunately. I ordered takeout and so wasn't able to look closely at the price until I saw the bill and what normally would cost me 15-18 at those places, cost me 23 here. Not enough to boycott certainly, but maybe I didn't get that thing that really makes it special. They do have a patio which is neat but when its 30 degrees out, no thanks :). Willing to give it a shot again eating in and maybe on a day where they have a special deal and I can enjoy outside, but probably not take out. read more

This was our first visit and will be our last. They failed in almost every way possible. It started when we had to ask for chips and salsa (twice). There was a long delay until food arrived but they only brought one dish. About 10 mins later they finally brought more food - then finally, after more wait - they brought the rest of the food. Unfortunately it included one wrong meal and another with items we specifically requested to be removed. The wrong meal (shrimp burrito) was just grilled shrimp wrapped in a flour tortilla with cheese poured over it (no spices or anything)! The manager came out and tried to deliver the right meal (that only took about 3 minutes). He however did not apologize or really say anything. I sorta hoped they would try to win us back by removing the wrong meals from the check. Nope! The only positive thing was the waitress was friendly and apologetic. We will not be back! read more
