When I pointed this out she again became argumentative and insisted that I didn't order it that way. Multiple people at the table confirmed that I did request no cheese. At that point, since we were ready to leave, I asked for the order to be canceled. She continued to argue, stating that I couldn't cancel the order, even though nothing had been served correctly. I had no food because it had been taken back due to their mistake. She finally said, "Okay, fine, just leave," which was extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, other members of my party shared that they've had similar negative experiences with this same server in the past. They also reported that their food wasn't impressive. They never received the guac & other sides they ordered. The salsa was basic and their entrees were simply underwhelming. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
