I am kicking myself for wasting my money at Los Cabos. My friend had raved about it and we decided to try it despite the poor Yelp reviews. We went on a Saturday night at 7pm. The restaurant seemed busy from the parking lot. We chose to sit in the bar to avoid crowds. The hostess was not warm and friendly at all. Within a minute or two, a female server brought us salsa and chips. The salsa was good but the chips were stale! I ordered the chicken chimichanga combination meal because it sounded good and it's been 2 years since I had one. My fiancé had a chicken taco salad. Within 5-10 minutes we had our meals brought to us. I thought that was too quick. My "chimichanga" was a small burrito... Like the El Monterey burritos you can buy at the grocery store. I asked the waiter if that was really a chimichanga. He said it was with an attitude. I should have told him I wanted something else but I didn't want my food to be messed with. So I ate it. It was alright burrito. My fiancé's chicken taco salad wasn't any better. His taco salad shell was stale. He noted there was no flavor at all. Since he is a cancer patient and his taste buds are off, I had a bite and confirmed there wasn't much taste. The only good thing was my peach margarita. The service was crappy because all the waiters were more interested in the boxing ppv then their customers. I'm not sure where they get the idea that a chimichanga is a burrito... Don't expect good service. You will not have your water filled or any special treatment. Happy hour prices are misleading. Food is run of the mill, not worth the extra cover. Try the taco trucks or the place across the street. Margarita was also quite bad. read more

I went to this restaurant for the sole purpose of getting a decent margarita and let me tell you, I was disappointed. I ordered a jumbo margarita and upon receiving it, I realized that I had just been served the worst margarita I had ever tasted. Because the menu gives you the option of ordering non alcoholic margaritas, I had to ask my server if I had been served this by accident. They informed me that this was not the case even though I was almost positive that there was no alcohol in it. I am basing this Yelp review purely on the quality of the drinks, as I did not stay long enough to order food, or even to finish my drink. I eat at various mexican restaurants in the Puget sound area once a month. The Ixtapa Mexican restaurant in Duvall is outstanding. Much to my surprise, so is this restaurant. The salsa and pica de gallo is to die for. I ordered the bacon wrapped prawns and my friend had the steak fajita. We both agreed our meals were the best we have had in quite some time. Food was satisfactory and we were greeted quickly and a smile. However, after being served we didn't see the waiter again until 10 minutes after we were through. We would have liked another cocktail or to be asked if our food was okay. In addition some kid was practicing the star spangled banner OVER and OVER and BADLY playing over the piped in music. We live in Ellensburg and have not been here to eat in quite a while but decided to today. And it was a big waste of time and money, I would have had a better meal if I went to the store and bought frozen Mexican food in a TV dinner. I had the Chili Relleno, Enchilada, Tostada & Taco. none of the items had any flavor it was the blandest food I have ever tried to eat. only ate a few bites of each item and left the rest, When paying the bill the cashier asked how the food was and I told her that it was awful and bland no flavor and she didn't even say sorry just, OH, and gave me the impression that she didn't give a crap what it said. I would not recommend that anybody eat the stuff they call food. I know we will not ever eat there again even if it was the last restaurant in the world. read more

Sorry but this place doesn't even deserve one star. No liquor prices on menu. I noticed after traveling across state and trying Los Cabos I ordered the same drinks as only two days earlier. When I received my bill those drinks had almost doubled. The same drink ordered two days apart were different prices. One of my table mates ordered the same as I. His beverage cost less than mine. my wife and I decided to go eat at this place...........DO NOT EAT HERE, I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE. we were greeted in a great fashion, everything was going great, earlier in the day I sprained my ankle in a minor fashion and decided to prop my foot up on the seat of the booth versus asking the server for a chair or a stool to do this with for they seemed busy. Our server came out to the table and asked me to take my foot down, I replied excuse me I have a sprained ankle and it is alleviating some of the pressure on my leg. Regardless of the little dirt that may or may not of been on my shoe I pay for their bills, so I politely asked to speak with the manager, the server replied I am the manager, so I said how about the owner. He then said I am the owner. About this time I seen a mouse running across the floor and pointed it out rather loudly, and then I said wait can you please put new light bulbs in your fixtures seeming how half of them were burned out.
