I've eaten here dozens of times. It's definitely my go-to spot for Mexican although it's a little bit out of the way in 25-mph land that is Southpointe. The main roads are patrolled for speeders sometimes, so use waze (and caution, of course!) There's just about nothing better in life and food than the Carnitas(slow cooked pulled pork cooked in oil) tacos here, done traditional style (onion, cilantro), with pico de gallo and guac ordered on the side. Forget the filler rice and beans. The freshness of the two corn tortillas on each one is great. They aren't spongy or rubbery like other nearby places. Everything I've had has been good, although the chicken and steak on the tacos don't do it for me like the carnitas. They are the real deal. A few tips about this place: * It gets absurdly busy during lunch. Like no place to put your car busy. I'd avoid arriving between 11:45 and 1pm. Eat early or late. * There's a briskness about order process and the service. No one is unfriendly, but they can be curt. * On Monday's, they are closed for dinner, and are completely closed on Sunday's. Avoid disappointment! * Do not struggle with the menu -- just order the pork tacos the way I told you to, and come back here and thank me. Two is enough, three tacos is heavenly for a big eater like me. read more

This place has a small menu (mostly just chicken, beef and fish tacos) but that's a good thing -- they specialize in making AWESOME food. The food is very spicy and flavorful and you just can't find Mexican type food like this anywhere else in Western Pittsburgh. The staff is always friendly, the food comes quick and you get a lot of it, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Absolutely awesome. Never been there before and can't wait to go back. I'm not a margarita person but this was the best I ever had and I would get it again. The chips and salsa were so fresh. I had a chicken tamale, again, so fresh and delicious. Waitress Jodi was amazing and an absolute sweetheart. I was more than happy to overtip. This place serves great good, as in it's very flavorful, high quality ingredients, and filling. The corn tortillas they use to make their tacos are great. I love their tacos, they stuff them with good meat and I never feel ripped off. You get a lot of food for a good price. You can get a whole platter of mixed food that easily stuffs 2 ordinary people for like 8 bucks. And you can always order a drink with your meal too. read more

Always Incredible! We have been going to Los Chiludos for years and we are always overly impressed with the quality of the food ! The salsas are the best around - fresh and flavorful with homemade chips. The veggie and fish tacos are ridiculously good and the guac is unreal! These were some of the best tacos I have had in this area. Can't beat a solid meal for under $10. Highly recommended.
