There is a late night taco truck in Bradenton that opens from 7 pm to 2 am called Dona Betty Taco. It is located in the Bayshore Gardens area.I was in town so I had to try it last night. There is always a pretty big line and I was fortunate it wasn't bad last night. I ordered campechano tacos and a barbacoa. She asked if I wanted pickled jalapenos and naturally I said yes. It came with pineapple and two different types of hot sauce, both tasty. The tacos cost $8.50. They were stuffed full of meat and very tasty. These were some of the best tacos I have had in this area. Can't beat a solid meal for under $10. Highly recommended. read more

Delicious tacos, I ordered the chicken, pork and steak tacos lots of flavor and I love the cilantro and onions piled on top. The sauces that came with them were all great and each unique. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the sodas were very warm. Maybe it was just a fluke and normally we wouldn't even order sodas but my husband was thirsty and it was the only option. I've tried to find a taco truck as amazing as Dona Betty and I just can't find it anywhere. My go to is the chorizo tacos, idk what they do with the meat but it practically melts in your mouth. Also the homemade green and red sauce is top tier. The icing on the cake is the free pineapple, jalapeño and carrots that comes with your meal. I've yet to find any taco restaurant or truck that does that. Don't let the long line scare you either, they move really fast with great service. Also, I also love their late hours. I LOVE the pineapple, carrots and jalapeno they give you with your order and it's really good when added to the beef tacos.
