If you could pick one restaurant within a 100-mile radius, just one, where would you want to go once you had your strength back? Without hesitation, he said La Posta. Over the next few weeks, a lot changed. He was released from the hospital. He slowly began to regain his strength. First the cane went away, then short walks turned into longer ones, and eventually he was even driving himself from LC to EPT for doctor's appointments. How it had remained top notch throughout the years. He went into detail about every menu item he loved. But the one thing he really wanted me to understand was the ambiance.
