I started to repeat my order, but he interrupted me and repeated it back to me. I pulled up to the pickup window and a lady passes two large Diet Cokes to me. Yup, I was right. I told her what happened and she returned with the refund. Look, I know it's only $1.50, but how many times does he actually do this in a day? It is disappointing that he isn't able to understand the concept of customer service. I used to get mad, but there is no reason. I am going to fix the problem by taking my business elsewhere.
