We just celebrated 2 of our grandsons birthdays there and there were 11 of us...all our food came out at the same time, all of it was warm and correct!! My 5 yo granddaughter order a grilled cheese sandwich and said " this is the best one ever, they must know me!"! Best Mexican food in Parker. This place is authentic as I have found in Colorado (coming from Arizona/California the bar is high). The decor follows the theme and the freshly made tortilla station in the front when you walk in adds to the experience-- same with the mariachi band serenading the tables. My personal favorite are the fajitas. The chicken + veggies are nicely grilled (I always ask for them extra well done) and all the fixings are perfect for building your plate (which included the fresh tortillas). The bar is also a nice place to grab a before or after dinner drink. Bartenders are efficient and provide kind service. read more

This place is an absolute hidden gem! Came in here for a quick bite and omg was so surprised. It was packed full of talkative people and positive vibes. The service was unbelievably quick and friendly. We made multiple substitutions to our food, and our server Lena brought them out 10 mins later absolutely perfect! Didn't take any pictures before we dug in, but I can assure you, you will not be disappointed if you choose to dine here. We have come to the Parker location since it opened. We even supported them during Covid by ordering take out. The staff is top notch with good service. The food is excellent. We recently stopped in on Monday and after having a couple drinks we were told that you can only have two drinks unless you buy an entree, then you need to start eating the entree before you can order another drink. I came here for Mother's Day today, after a bad experience two years ago, in hopes that this time would be better and it was not any different. To start out, it was raining and cold outside and we were placed at a patio table. The hostesses had not asked us beforehand if we had a preference, so we had told them we would like to be inside as it's cold and we have a baby with us. The hostesses spoke to each other in Spanish and rolled their eyes. The next thing I'd like to bring up is that the tables seated after my party somehow got their food before us. Mind you, we had ordered one thing to share between the 3 of us. This is the same exact thing that happened the last time I had gone in 2021. Our waitress never came to check on us during our wait, the only time we saw her was ONCE when she took down our order. We told the hostesses that we would just like to pay for our appetizer and leave. The manager came out to tell us that our food was ready (coincidentally, huh?) and asked if we still would like it. We declined because at this point we had waited very long and we're bummed out. The manager never apologized for our terrible experience, and again, we had to wait awhile before staff took our payment. Terrible service and rude staff. read more

This place in Parker has good food and great service. I had the Molecate bowl which I loved. My family had the enchiladas and liked them. Our server was great I believe her name was Alazka from the bill. The food took a long time but she was great and let us know the kitchen was behind and asked us if we needed anything else until the food came out, which we appreciated. It's wasn't her fault the kitchen was behind but she tended to our needs and kept our waters full and new drinks when we needed. I would definitely go back just because of her service. read more

Friday evening, by far, is one of their busiest times to dine. Therefore, if your patience is short, throw in the towel. The wait time is an hour plus. If you're willing, it's worth the wait. I am very sad to make this review as I have been a customer of this family chain for over 20 years. I arrive and was seated in the bar area. I go back to hostess after waiting 15 minutes for a waiter. Finally, waitress comes and I order. Food arrives and order is not correct. I send it back and the food comes back uncooked. WOW WOW WOW! Incredible, authentic, Mexican food. Very family friendly, loud enough to not be embarrassed by our kids, but not too loud where you can't hold a conversation. Really, really slow service at the bar. It was busy, so when a seat opened, one person in our party sat at the bar, while two of us hung back by the waiting area. She was completely ignored for a solid 15 minutes. Eventually the next two stools opened up, and we joined her. The bartender tried to get an order from another couple, and the couple pointed out that we had been waiting longer. (Shout out to them!) I didn't order food, but both of my friends did and it was REALLY disappointing. The enchilada sauce had no flavor, the pork was rubbery. I used to frequent the Centennial location and loved it, but I haven't been there in quite some time. I don't know if the food quality is location specific, or if it's just gone downhill. read more

LDP has become our go-to Mexican restaurant in Parker. I think it's the most popular restaurant in Parker, and it's been great to see so many Parker residents fill the restaurant on the weekends. I lived in LA for 15 years, so I've had better Mexican food in my life than I've had in any place in Colorado. That being said, if you don't want LDP to be "authentic" or even "LA-style" Mexican food, and you just take it for what it is - a Mexican restaurant that leans a little tex-mex-ish, it's good. It's good like Chuy's is good. It doesn't mean that it's authentic, but as a restaurant, solid stuff. This location is my favorite LDP location. It's a big space that feels lively, and there are huge TVs in the bar. They also brew their own beer, and there are generally good vibes all around. For some reason, most Mexican restaurants in Colorado drown the food in various sauces, and LDP is no different. You won't find delicate, beautiful plates here, but you can get a buttload of food for about $12 that comes with good chips and good service. Personally, I'm a chile relleno fan in Mexican restaurants in our great state, so I usually end up getting a combo that includes them. It does get busy here on the weekends, especially for Parker. So if you're crunched for time, try to avoid the busy food hours. read more

Looking forward to a mid day lunch with my buddy and arrived at 2:00pm. First NO NO.. the host directed us to a booth next to the kitchen and restrooms. Sorry Host, someone else will have to be your dump truck. Successfully seated at another booth. Here's where it got interesting. The server, Lisabet was devoid of any facial expression. Hacienda Colorado or here, that's the big question and armed with 15% coupon, it was a great excuse to try it out despite mixed reviews. Hostess: definitely need lots of defining. I will give one star to this location. There were lot of open tables but she didn't know where to seat us. One of the other host says, seat them where there are open tables. I could have figured that out too. Maybe they were distributing evenly between servers? Server: he was quick and courteous. Kudos! Salsa and chips: chips were delicious but salsa (thicker than other restaurants) was definitely spicy. I know few people love spicy salsas but most of us can't handle. Bar: they were backed up big time during the HH. My drink came out about the same time as meal. Meal: my combo looked very good. Plate was super hot with cheese all melted and liquid still sizzling. When I bite into burrito, it was warm. I was prepared to eat piping hot, sizzling meal but big disappointment. This happens to lot of the restaurants during busy hours, carelessness. We are officially done with the Parker Los Dos. This has gone from being our favorite restaurant in Parker to one that we will completely avoid. Yesterday my wife and kid took me here for my birthday and after waiting at our table for nearly 15 minutes for a server to come we had to leave. The real kicker to this is the fact that this is the second time in 6 months we had to do this. Yesterday wasn't overwhelmingly busy either, we were simply overlooked and forgotten. I came to this restaurant before and the service was AWFUL, but the food was good so I wanted to give it a second chance. We were visiting from the mountains. I believe they are racist to white people every time we visited they treated us poorly because we are white. They profile people by their race. BE CAREFUL!!! Warning if you're not Mexican, you won't get special treatment! They misjudge my character and our appearances. This place is full of discrimination and very disrespectful. Thursday evening I wanted to treat my Mom and Mother-in-law to a nice early Mother's Day celebration. Mexican food is always a winner and the Littleton LDP has always been a crowd pleasure in our family. We were not disappointed with the food! Service was good but I saw our waiter spending more time by the hostess stand then checking on us which I would have liked to have seen less of but he was friendly, helpful, and professional. My two Moms each enjoyed shrimp dishes with a lovely cocktail because why not splurge! I had the steak smothered in green chili with 2 eggs. Yummy in my tummy! I opted for no rice or tortilla which was a great idea because this dish was filling in its own especially when you count in how many chips one is eating . In true Christina style, made a trip to the restrooms as that is a huge factor for how clean your kitchen is. Definitely didn't disappoint, could use some more lighting however it was clean and well kept. My only other suggestion is more wine options. I'm a wine person and there was not a lot to choose from. Due to a health issue I cannot have beer, as much as I would love to, no cocktails I have to be careful of. Wine is just easy to maneuver around when you have health issues. All in all it was a great dinner and I appreciate the hospitality of LDP. My MIL prefers the Parker location so that will be our official Mexican joint. read more

Hey everyone being that I can cook my own Mexican Food I do want to saw that visiting this restaurant that was a good 40 min. drive from home was well worth the time and drive! Food was amazing - Fish & Sheimp tacos, rice, beans and salad and my daughter's Enchiladas - were nicely prepared and seasoned perfectly and a-lot of food on your plate! Great Mexican food very authentic and I love the service we receive! This place is always crowed Mon- Sunday so this says a lot about a restaurant I recommend to get there early they don't do reservations. Love the ambiance the live marichai bands on Thursdays and the fresh homemade tortillas. The adult drinks ( Margaritas specifically) are super delicious! Waking out of this restaurant, I asked my husband, "so out of 10, what would you rate this restaurant?" His response: "9.8".... SAY WHAT?!? That's A SUPERB RATING by any standards but for my husband, IE: THE PICKIEST EATER ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH... A 9.8 means that he had a quadruple mouthgasm washed down with a liter of Diet Coke. Well, I can 100% confirm the Diet Coke as our waitress refilled and refilled his cup and then gave him an ECONOMY SIZED to-go cup as well, ha! As for the mouthgasm, I was honestly too busy having my own to tell what was going on with him! Yep. I rated this restaurant a 10/10. A TENNNN OUT OF TEN! Legit nothing could have been better. The portion was perfect. The guac was delicious (and I got a double helping, which they did not skimp on).
