The drinks are as expected from KFT - I don't know if they share recipes across chains, but their drinks are consistent and delicious. I always go for half sugar, less ice when the option is available. I will say, my favorite item here is anything matcha foam - which is crazy because I hated foam drinks before. They have an app, it's not a great app, but it's an app lol. If you join the rewards program, they sometimes have really great promotions. I like to order ahead so I can pick up my drink and go. They're still new, and don't seem like they have a huge staff yet, or they are still training. I think the service speed will improve over time. But since I mostly order ahead in app, this doesn't usually affect me, and it's definitely not worth docking any stars for.
