I love the food but the conversation i had today over the phone was very disappointing. Last night 10:35pm i ordered the #6(chimichanga with side of rice and beans). Well the cooks failed to put the rice and beans on the plate. By the time i realized their mistake i tried calling to inform them but they had already closed. So after church service and unwinding i remembered to call them 3:30pm and the young lady who worked the night before (Maria) remembered my order and placed me on hold to speak with the cooks. She came back and said "you should've called last night"...to which i told her that i did but you had closed already, then proceeds to tell me "you should've called this morning so that we can give you the whole menu for their mistake but since you just now called we can only offer you the rice and beans" I asked Maria if that made any sense to her she chuckled and said "i don't know i just work here". So now i know i should've called right when i woke up to receive the full menu i purchased vs waiting not even 24 hours from the time of purchase?!! This place is pretty Good. I think it may be one of the best taco shops in temecula murrieta area. i used to come here alot when I lived in murrieta 5 years ago. I went recently and seems like the prices have went up and the customer service went down. Nothing super bad, they just were not that friendly. OK, went here yet again today. Now I think I have learned why I've been given different variations of chicken burritos in the past!!! The chicken burrito is shredded chicken and the pollo adabo burrito is the chicken chunks. Although they have identical ingredients otherwise, I find the chunks to be more tender, juicier, and better tasting. It's like 75 cents more for the pollo but oh so good! They even added shredded cheddar cheese at my request and at no additional charge, even though I offered to pay extra. Burritos here are @#$#ing huge, belly busters! It's really disappointing when in there today asked if they had any vegan or vegetarian options I was told that I can try the two fish tacos I laughed and ask him if I can just order two tacos with refried beans and cabbage and pico de gallo he proceeded to charge me almost double what it cost for two fish tacos I asked him why it cost that much and he told me because they don't accommodate or have any vegetarian or vegan options I told him that I would go somewhere that would accommodate me and he said it's fine with him by for anybody who wants to be treated with respect and have their hard-earned money taken seriously while dining out I would recommend not going to this place horrible service horrible customer service no regard for the customer and did not accommodate or care how I felt read more

I am becoming more of a regular and I have learned what to order and what not to. Wet burritos are not good. The "wet" is greasy. Their beans are great. Rolled tacos are great. Some of the meat is questionable lately, but shredded is good. I still encourage everyone to eat here...it is clean and pretty quick. read more

Overall quality of their food is better than average, however, they're short staffed considering the high volume of orders consisting of visiting patrons as well as grubhub and/or uber eats orders alike. I waited about 30-40mins. to receive my order; granted, it comprised of 2 breakfast burritos, 5-rolled tacos & 1 chilaquiles plate, but still, not worth waiting that long! While speed isn't what keeps me coming back, quality is. I just have avoid visiting on the days I'm pressed for time. I ordered the chilaquiles with green verde sauce, it was amazing! The chips were crispy and the sauce was spicy (at least for me). The kids loves the rolled tacos and the rice (fluffy)! The hubby loved the salsas on his order of churrizo and eggs. It was a great Mexican breakfast! read more

Great Mexican food with good flavor. I would definitely come back again next time we're passing through. Quality shredded beef, and carne asada, rice and beans were good. Salsa and hot sauce is good. One of the few better Mexican taco shops in temecula. Parking is sometimes full because its right next to Starbucks. The burritos and hortas are amazing. Taco Tuesday isn't bad either but like any other taco Tuesday it can get a little busy. Try the California burrito! Also calling In a head to place a to go order will save a lot of time. This place is great! They have the burrito down to a science, no matter what type of burrito it is it never soaks through the tortilla. I've tried most of their burritos and all are equally tasty and more than one can eat in one sitting. I think they can do a better job busing the sauce counter so that its not a mess. read more

Give this place a five star for excellent salsa bar, great menudo, and we had a carne asada torts. Not greasy at all the menudo had the thick parts, the asada was soft, the salsas have the fresh taste of tomato, tomatillo for the green, and the home made pickle carrots & onions are perfect. Have you ever had that feeling that you were not wanted? Well come to this location. I was probably the asian in the place. I had some workers just starring at me while waiting to place an order. They did not move at all while I was waiting. Prices were reasonable and I asked for 2 tacos and a drink. Come to find out the person I gave my order too didnt charge my drink so I didn't get one. So I had to buy it again. They called my number to pick up my food and the workers sitting down kept starring at me. Oh yeah when I ordered my drink, the person made a stupid face like I was annoying her. Sorry I thought that was your job to take orders from customers. I also did notice that the workers that were sitting down actually brought food to other customers as to me picking up my own food. I would not recommend anyone to this place. read more

Don't be fooled when you walk into this place. It's clean, but kind of divey - which I'm fine with, but sometimes you don't know what to expect with the food. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with this place. The taquitos were excellent!! Full of beef - not just tortilla and cheese. They serve the rice in little shaped scoops, so it's cute; beans are served in a tortilla, shell-shaped bowl (a la clam chowder in a bread bowl). Overall, really tasty food and good portion size. I stumbled upon this place while waiting in drive-thru for staryucks. Their menu is on the wall. On the other side is the entrance. They serve authentic Mexican food. The price is right and the portions are good sized. I have had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and have not been disappointed. From their chorizo breakfast burritos to their tortas and carnitas or carne azada for dinner you can't go wrong. The restaurant is small so not great for a large group but they have booths that will sit 4. You order at the counter and the service has always been friendly. read more

UPDATE: This place used to be the best. Unfortunately, lately it hasn't been the same. This is mostly to do with the fact that the night staff is in such a rush to get out the door, that they start closing down (including salsa bar & the fryer at 9:00), even though they close at 10:00. If I was the owner, I would be pretty upset! If you roll up past 9, they are already mopping in the front and give dirty looks. I would say they are potentially losing quite a bit of business and I sincerely hope the owner/ management addresses these concerns to get the quality of food & service back up to where it used to be. This used to be my favorite spot; but only being able to order from half the menu and not giving love to my burrito (grilling frozen french fries in Cali Burrito on the flat top rather than frying them, yuck!!) has sadly, made it hard for me to want to return. read more

Usual go to spot for the Nak burrito. Called ahead and the lady send 10 min. Go there and they doesn't have my order because she cashed out my ticket and went home before it was made. Go to pay and they don't apologize or even tell me what's going on. I had to ask. She said it'd be right out but I knew that was a lie since they hadn't even started. 10 min I have a burrito and a complaint.
