Javi was so great and attentive ! TVS were on and great place to watch the World Cup at. Drinks were tasty and food was yummy. Service & ambiance was great as well. Thank you!

Great happy hour menu on tuesdays! Closed Monday and Wednesday. Must have margaritas. Restaurant is a little hidden but plenty of street parking. Bar area is nice and large.

Terrible service and restaurant experience from Margarita's. I came here with a group of four after 1pm . And we waited 45 mins before our food came out. The server did not apologize for the delay or announce anything to us. After 30 mins we asked them about our order and that's when they informed us they're backed up. I don't understand if there was only one cook but there was at least seven different servers. I won't be coming back here. So disappointing to come here. My tacos lacked flavor and the steak was salty.

Always a pleasure to come here. I still got my go to which is the flight of margaritas but I did switch it up and did not get the ceviche or tacos. I got the plate of garlic shrimp de Ojo or something like that I'm going to be trying that shortly and I'll most likely get the flan as always! Smiley face I love the bartenders she is amazing super chill such good vibes and she definitely will remember your face like a magician :))) OK margarita flight is done the food was great only negative was the shell on the shrimp created work while tipsy. I usually get the plan and I decide to be a little spicy today and I went with the churros and it was stupid good. Stupid stupid stupid good! I love my red dress. It was random that she's like a bartender or a waitress a bus boy she does everything. This chick needs to have her own restaurant at this point and she teaches yoga! Great time!! Thank you!!!! I'm stuffed

I'm sad to have to drop down a star because I truly enjoy this restaurant. I visited on Valentine's Day without a reservation and was pleasantly surprised to be seated quickly. The host was extremely friendly. We had originally requested a booth, but since none were available, she seated us at a table and went out of her way to bring a booster seat for my daughter and securely buckle it so she could comfortably reach the table. That extra effort was truly appreciated. Our waitress was kind, but she seemed very overwhelmed. After taking our order, we waited about 20 minutes for our appetizer and didn't receive a check-in during that time. I noticed the table in front of us had a different server who was very attentive, checking on them multiple times and offering refills on chips and drinks while we were still waiting for a water refill. When our appetizer finally arrived, it was actually brought out by the host, which honestly saved the experience in that moment. I highly recommend the queso fundido, it's absolutely incredible. Once our meals arrived, we finally saw our waitress again, and I had to ask for water refills several times. It wasn't a major issue, but it did feel like we were overlooked compared to other tables. That said, the meal itself was absolutely delicious, which definitely helped make up for the lack of attentiveness in service. I really enjoy Margaritas it's one of my favorite restaurants, and I will definitely be returning. The Valentine's Day decorations were cute and added a nice touch to the evening. I just hope the service is a bit more attentive on our next visit.

This place is a hidden gem. I've sat at the bar each time and enjoyed the view of the hills off in the distance. Each bartender has been excellent and they make some of the best margaritas I've had! Taco Tuesday was awesome! The tacos are generously proportioned and full of flavor. Twice I've had the wet red burrito and substituted carne asada on the inside...needless to say, I think I'm in love. O-M-G! Okay, enough of this, I'm headed there right now!

Cute spot in old town Temecula! It's a bit tucked away on a side street due to the park renovation. We were seated immediately and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. The decor is tasteful and there is even a glass window providing a partial view of the kitchen. I highly recommend anything with carne asada. It is perfectly cooked and has great flavor. The carnitas, on the other hand, were very dry. All of the dishes came with plenty of meat. The Cadillac margarita was good, and they have an extensive tequila list. I recommend coming here specifically for the tequila and carne asada!

We have always enjoyed the food. The slow service and the time it takes to get a drink/margarita are always a constant sore spot when dining here. Prices have increased like most other restaurants. Bill for 5 with one drink each and no appetizers or desserts ran $200 with tax and tip.

Nice place hidden in the back of a building but signage is visible to know how to get there. Kind servers and bartenders. Food was decent and in large portions. Might come back when in the area.

Ended up randomly finding this place while we made a stop at Old Town Temecula. They have generous portions and pretty tasty. Their table chips and salsa were fresh and quite addicting. Our table ordered the carne asada fries, carne asada plate, and carne asada tacos. And everyone loved everything they had. I wish I left enough room for their dessert, as their options all looked yummy, but after the chips and big portions, it was a no go for dessert. Our server was also great and very personable. Overall, glad we stumbled into this place and definitely recommend the place.

Found this place by accident and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. To start, the staff was super friendly and combating. Everyone had smiles and seemed happy to be there. It felt light hearted and friendly in there. They had a couple TVs going and you could see them from most of the seating but not all. Seemed like an almost any type of reason drop in Mexican spot. Very dope family friendly ambience Now the food!!!!! The food wasn't the best Mexican food I've ever had, but it was well seasoned, tasty, and the portions were with your money. Even the appetizers were shareable. I also asked for some spicy salsa and they did not disappoint. The quesadillas were thick and meaty and the gorditas were also packed with goodness. The bartender was also awesome when we came. We got the margarita flights and they were both tasty and not weak too weak in my opinion. This place is tucked away but worth finding.

I ordered the shrimp enchiladas and margarita flight.

Well we found a new food gem next to Goat and Vine one of our favorite restaurants. Margaritas food is outstanding, the portions are great and the flavor is amazing. My husband took me here on feb 13 to beat the v day rush and I was pleasantly surprised. Great food drinks and service!

This place has always been our go to Mexican restaurant when we come down here. We came on cinco de mayo which was busy and we had waited 20 minutes for a table which we expected. So we placed are order. Wife asked for the 2 taco special with no sour cream. I order the same thing with no cheese or sour cream. I did that cause I'm lactose intolerant. The waitress stated that they can't substitute? I'm not substituting anything. Just don't add it. The "manager" came over and said we can't substitute? I stated I'm not substituting anything, just don't want cheese or sour cream. He said since they're busy cause of cinco de mayo they can't do it which tells me they can't handle a large amount of customers and there food they make in the back there cooks are auto pilot and get devate from the normal operation. We have been here before and "NEVER" had a problem with the way we ordered but today was an issue which tells me things are difficult especially if busy. We will not be back cause it was just a simple request and they couldn't fulfill that. We went over to Rosa's and tortilla factory which is down the street and it was good and "much cheaper ". I will never recommend Guadalajara to anyone anymore cause they couldn't handle a simple request.

With that being said, parking can be difficult because Old Town tends to get very busy on a Saturday. We walked in and it was not busy. The host/server told us to pick any table we would like. We chose outside, but they had just cleaned up the area, so our chairs were stacked. The host/server quickly helped us get the chairs down and place them at our table. The server was attentive and kept checking in on us. Now the food. When we were sat down, we were given complimentary chips and salsa. The chips were perfect and not overly salty or greasy. The salsa was very mild and had a great flavor. I ordered a 2 taco combo plate ($14.95) with carne asada and carnitas. The carne asada was just okay, it was cut into thicker piece, which is not my preference. It was also topped with guacamole, which was not the best I've had. The carnitas however were magnificent topped with pickled onions, cilantro, and salsa. The rice was not traditional Mexican rice and did have a bit of a crunch to it rather than a toast before cooking. The beans were just plain pinto beans, not refried beans, but they were good. While this place, is not extremely traditional, it is a great spot in Old Town Temecula with fairly good food. I'm looking forward to coming back again.

We ordered a grilled Caesar salad, green chilaquiles with eggs, and guacamole. The guacamole was so fresh and had a great lime flavor. The grilled Caesar was the star of the show! The dressing was amazing. The chilaquiles were also good. I was a little nervous at first since they weren't busy when we walked in compared to the other restaurants on the street, but it ended up being a great surprise how good everything was!

From the moment you walked in the place was totally decked out for the America 250 theme. They really went all out and it was awesome. This place is huge by the way. Our server was delightful, so attentive and just really good at her job. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was wearing a Mexico FIFA jersey though. The food was dynamite! Everything on my combo plate was fire. The taco, enchilada and the especially the chill rellenoes! The batter was so thick and moist it was awesome. My mango chili margarita was great too. Service was super fast... almost too fast? For a graduation day I was surprised the place wasn't packed. I just get the soup it seems and the entree was already there! So the beans and rice got a little cold. The tacos were not that large but heck there was a lot of food after some nice chips and salsa. The chili relleno was the star. I took half of it home with the rice and beans (and salsa) and it made just the best left over burrito. The margaritas were super cheap and tasty - only $8.00 or so. My son lives just down the road near Pechanga so it's really close by. My question always is would I come back again? You bet. Great atmosphere, attentive service, good food and drink at a decent price.

But recently... things changed. They removed their Friday happy hour, and honestly, that was the main reason I'd choose this place over others. Without it, the value just isn't there anymore -- especially when their cocktails run about $16, which is noticeably higher than the $11-$14 range you'll find at most comparable restaurants in the area. When I go out, I'm usually spending $120-$140 per visit, and that used to feel worth it here. Now? Not so much. The drinks are okay, not amazing, and definitely not worth premium pricing without any kind of incentive or happy hour. I still think the food is great and the live music vibe is unmatched, but removing happy hour while keeping drink prices high makes it hard to justify coming back as often -- if at all. Great spot, but the value just isn't there anymore.

Copa Mundial Watch Party? Save Your Time and Go Somewhere Else!!…read more I made a reservation specifically for the football watch party and even noted in my reservation that we were coming for the game. We arrived 15 minutes early, only to be told by the manager that we weren't on the reservation list. After showing her my confirmation, she eventually "found" our reservation. We were then seated at what she said was the last available table, which wasn't near a TV at all. To make matters worse, the TVs throughout the restaurant were so small that I couldn't comfortably watch the game from where we were seated. I asked if we could be moved, and while I UNDERSTAND there were no other tables available, what really bothered me was the explanation that followed. The manager asked how I had made the reservation. When I told her through Yelp, she said she hadn't closed reservations in time and had been too busy the day before to check the Yelp reservations. Respectfully, that's not the customer's problem!!!! MY issue is the false advertising. This was promoted as a COPA MUNDIAL watch party, yet there was no reasonable way for us to actually watch the game from our table. Had I known that beforehand, I would have chosen one of the many other venues available. By the time we arrived and the game had already started, my options were extremely limited. PLEASE If you're planning to come here for a watch party, don't. this restaurant is not equipped for that. Save yourself the disappointment and watch the game somewhere else. HOPE THIS HELPS ANY FANS OUT THERE.
