The girls had a great time and enjoyed every single bite of their dinner. Highly recommend coming here with the whole family and friends to enjoy some outstanding Mexican cuisine.

So darn good!!!!! The best potato tacos ever. They have potato tacos and potato taquitos. Both are fantastic! I used to come to Cotijas Taco Shop all the time- at least once a week. It was so good! The tacos are still amazing! I'm excited that they added potato taquitos tot he menu too. Yummy! I got an order of the taquitos and a couple of the tacos. I ordered the potato tacos plain (without pico, crema). It is just the potatoes and crunchy taco shells- delish!! Pair that with the salsa and you have a great combination! My mom loved the taquitos more than the tacos. Service was good. They were quick at slinging the tacos. I am a fan of the drive-thru. I prefer hitting that and taking my tacos to-go. The salsa has a little kick to it, but it's not too spicy. I can handle it lol Just makes my noise run a lot. Huge fan of this taco shop! Can't wait to come back! :)

This is a drive-thru location. They do have a walk up window but there won't be anyone around to help people at the window. The food is signature Cotijas-chain style. Large burrito, with a large amount of sour cream wrapped in a gigantic tortilla. It's a major gut-buster. A bit too rich for me, but they definitely don't skimp here.

Today the breakfast burrito search brings me here, BUT they don't have a Bacon breakfast burrito on the menu, just ham, and 2 dollars more carne asada and bacon... So I made the difficult choice to get the asada and bacon... twist my arm I'll take the steak. Drive through place, convenient but I do like sitting inside to eat than in my car on occasion. Its location is fairly simple, near a stop light and in a parking lot with relatively low traffic. Service was punctual and friendly. No salsa bar as it's a drive through but they do have red and green salsa, just red and green, prepackaged, but still fresh tasting and not too bad. The burrito was good size, had a bit of heft, definitely had me satisfied and not wanting more. Good amount of carne asada and bacon in every bite. Cheese and egg were generously distributed, no potatoes, surprisingly, thought for sure there'd be some filler carbs, but nope! Overall the place is convenient so 4 stars. Service was good, no mistakes and friendly so 4.5 stars. The burrito was great. A few dollars more than my standard breakfast burrito mark of under $15, but bacon AND steak, very justifiable price. 4.9 stars; if you're looking for a big, meaty breakfast burrito, this hits the spot. I only wish it came with other salsa options.

Ordered Birria Tacos and its nasty. I can tell the person in the kitchen pressed the meat like a meatball and put it on the taco. Its so dry and no soup coming from the meat. Im so disappointed because I really loved their food but today even if I'm so hungry I cannot dare to eat it.

This is the second time we've ordered queso Birria and the second time they didn't give us consumme. What am I paying the extra money for if I'm not getting my consumme. Or explain why the queso Birria doesn't come with it when it's pictured on the menu ETA: also! Bone on my burrito, stay sharp. Foods usually great otherwise.

My friend in Temecula wasn't kidding about this spot's breakfast burrito - this thing is absolutely massive! Stopped by the drive-through while I was in town for a birthday celebration, and I'm still thinking about how delicious it was. The portion size is jaw-dropping, but it's not just about quantity - the quality and flavors were spot-on too. Honestly, it's worth the drive if you're in the area. My friend's a regular at their drive-through and now I can see why!

First time there and never going back. The burrito I had was slop. It was way too wet for no reason at all. I ordered a breakfast burrito!!! It should not be wet like that. Also the tortilla didn't even look like it was heated/cooked. Had one bite and immediately threw it away after looking at what was inside. Just all in all bad BEWARE!!! The price does not match up with the experience. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.

I did NOT add a tip for drive thru transaction. Vero is a thief.

Sometimes the Cali-Sutf burrito is amazing. I thought the price must've gone up, but it did not. I got home and checked the receipt, and found out that Cashier Vero GAVE HERSELF a tip via my debit card WITHOUT MY CONSENT WTF. It's a DRIVE THRU. Who knows how else they are ripping off customers.

With that being said, parking can be difficult because Old Town tends to get very busy on a Saturday. We walked in and it was not busy. The host/server told us to pick any table we would like. We chose outside, but they had just cleaned up the area, so our chairs were stacked. The host/server quickly helped us get the chairs down and place them at our table. The server was attentive and kept checking in on us. Now the food. When we were sat down, we were given complimentary chips and salsa. The chips were perfect and not overly salty or greasy. The salsa was very mild and had a great flavor. I ordered a 2 taco combo plate ($14.95) with carne asada and carnitas. The carne asada was just okay, it was cut into thicker piece, which is not my preference. It was also topped with guacamole, which was not the best I've had. The carnitas however were magnificent topped with pickled onions, cilantro, and salsa. The rice was not traditional Mexican rice and did have a bit of a crunch to it rather than a toast before cooking. The beans were just plain pinto beans, not refried beans, but they were good. While this place, is not extremely traditional, it is a great spot in Old Town Temecula with fairly good food. I'm looking forward to coming back again.

I noticed Espadín had tables and thought it was worth a shot. Also, it was getting really hot and I was ready for some air conditioning. We were seated immediately and our server got our drinks. We ordered a grilled Caesar salad, green chilaquiles with eggs, and guacamole. The guacamole was so fresh and had a great lime flavor. The grilled Caesar was the star of the show! The dressing was amazing. The chilaquiles were also good. I was a little nervous at first since they weren't busy when we walked in compared to the other restaurants on the street, but it ended up being a great surprise how good everything was!

From the moment you walked in the place was totally decked out for the America 250 theme. They really went all out and it was awesome. This place is huge by the way. Many rooms with soooo much seating but wr sat in the bar to see the US take on Paraguay in the World Cup match. Lots of TV's to see from any seat. Our server was delightful, so attentive and just really good at her job. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was wearing a Mexico FIFA jersey though. The food was dynamite! Everything on my combo plate was fire. The taco, enchilada and the especially the chill rellenoes! The batter was so thick and moist it was awesome. My mango chili margarita was great too. Awesome place, go have some great food and service at the Mexico Cafe!

Service was super fast... almost too fast? For a graduation day I was surprised the place wasn't packed. I just get the soup it seems and the entree was already there! So the beans and rice got a little cold. The tacos were not that large but heck there was a lot of food after some nice chips and salsa. The chili relleno was the star. I took half of it home with the rice and beans (and salsa) and it made just the best left over burrito. The margaritas were super cheap and tasty - only $8.00 or so. My son lives just down the road near Pechanga so it's really close by. My question always is would I come back again? You bet. Great atmosphere, attentive service, good food and drink at a decent price.

I believe the chips are made in house and the taste very fresh. The salsa is not too hot, and i love the taste. I also ordered a pomegranate margarita which was good.
