Food = boring and bland. Service was the worst service ever. We ordered drinks, she messed up that order, my wife ordered una tostada de pulpo, they brought her shrimp...my wife is allergic to shrimp. Worst part is that she repeated our order and messed it up. They were out of a few things on the menu. The flautas I ordered were hard and chicken dry. I waited for my food for almost 30 minutes. Food is usually really good! Have great specials horighiut the week and have great salsas. Reason for the low retina is because their Service is terrible. They never follow their posted hours. They say the close at 10pm found out they actually close at 9pm. On several occasions I've called at 8pm and they will already be closed or say they can't take orders anymore. Because they're closing early. In the summer time it's a sauna in there They just have ceiling fans on. Really hope they get a set schedule and stick to it. read more

Terrible customer service. They took too long to get our order and we waited 20 minutes or longer for refill or to check if we needed anything. Worse experience ever!! Shrimp was either old or not left in lemon long enough it was squishy and did not taste good it got my fried sick in instantly! He could not breathe instead of checking on him or asking how he is they where too busy making sure I pay. I showed them the shrimp and they said that's how they make it but. This Mexican restaurant is literally the BEST ever. Good ambiance, good service, and amazing food. Got one of every taco and the whole mini tortilla was filled with meat (which is unexpected when you order a street taco). Insanely cheap and we will definitely be back. So I've been here before. The past few times were pretty great. Today has been horrible. When you arrive they give you chips. Apparently if you ask for a refill they charge! Ok whatever. But then the waitresses bringing our food were carrying a baby and I'm sorry but that to me is ranging on disgusting. No wonder they have a B rating.and to top it off... The food was mediocre but the service was absolutely HORRIBLE!! No friendly service whatsoever! Even the guy that handed us our menus looked mad! Mind you if they were busy I would totally understand, but they weren't. The waitress was very rude, took our order with an attitude, dropped off our food and walked away she didn't give us any utensils to eat with, fill up our drinks or asked how we were doing or if we needed anything else. I am a server myself and I've been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, you need to be attentive to your customers or at least fake it to make those tips!
