She helped take our order and had us sit. It is an order at the window inside, then take a seat (pay at the end). My fiancé got a shrimp burrito, I ordered the shrimp in garlic butter sauce. OMGGGG! A little friendliness goes a long way, and it would also be nice if personal conversations between staff were kept away from the dining area since customers can hear everything. I'd never seen him there before, but he was friendly, welcoming, and checked on us throughout our meal even though he was already busy with the closing routine. We weren't trying to be high maintenance--we were just hungry and excited to eat--but he still made us feel taken care of without overdoing it. Great service like that stands out, especially when it's close to closing time. Hopefully some of his coworkers can learn a thing or two from his approach because it really makes a difference in the overall experience.
