Some of my favorites include the Cochi Loco Taco, the Birria Quesadilla, Carne Asada Fries, and I love their chips and queso. My go-to order is the Quesadilla Del Mar without onions, and I have never been disappointed. When I dine in, I usually ask for queso on top. If I'm getting takeout, I order the queso on the side. Either way, the queso is top tier. A couple of small opportunities for improvement: Parking can be tough when the place is packed. Also, the complimentary chips, salsa, and white sauce for takeout could use some balance. You get two servings of chips but barely enough salsa for one chip, which feels a little off. I'm actually quite in awe of this and the main reason I can't give them 5 stars. You're already great. Don't compromise that by being stingy on salsa when give so much in your dishes. Overall, this is my go-to spot for Mexican food. I don't even live close, but I gladly make the drive every time.
