Rude staff, noisy, overcrowded, and definitely over rated. You must live under a rock if you think this place is good or the place to be. Mediocre bar, female servers suck too much ass. Servers constantly on their phone, and uncomfortably staring at customers, makes you think their taking pictures of you. Stopped going there after trying Hacienda, big beautiful bar and patio. Cinco at Vickery has a great atmosphere, rooftop bar, awesome patio! Stick to Rios if you like it cheap and by cheap I'm talking about staff and all. When it comes to comfort Mexican food, this is the best in Cumming. Located near downtown and next to a fitness studio (probably a good idea to join for after eating here), I have never seen this place empty, but service is always prompt and great. Whenever I'm visiting, my favorite meal to order is the lunch Texas fajitas. For less than $8, you get steak, chicken and shrimp and rice and beans. The amount of food is similar to the dinner portions at other places and feels like it costs less than buying the ingredients and making the fajitas yourself. The taste is excellent and exactly what you want. The only reason I don't rate 5 stars is because I feel the salsa could be spicier; it is still a great topping on the entree. If I still lived in Cumming, there's no doubt I'd be a regular here. I guess I'll just have to enjoy it when I visit. read more

The second I sat down I was brought a complimentary pitcher, yes PITCHER! of salsa and all the chips my little heart could possibly eat. I got the fajita with steak for my entree and let me tell ya that bad boy came out sizzlin. We've been looking for a go-to low key cheap Mexican place to go to and we finally found it. Don't go here expecting a culinary experience. Go here if you're craving cheese dip, tacos and quesadillas. They have a full bar and tvs spread around. We went on a Wednesday night and they also had a three piece band going around to each table for requests, be sure to tip them, they're quite entertaining. I'm not a Mexican food expert, but Los Rios in Cumming hit the spot!! I give this spot a 5 out of 5 because I have nothing I disliked or had to complain about. They are always packed and now I understand why. Their queso has good flavor, which is my main complaint with the queso at other places, always so bland. Their salsa has a good kick but it isn't too chunky. Their Quesadilla was great, although I like mine with more cheese, it had plenty of good tasting chicken and veggies, portion is not a problem at this place I always try carnitas at Mexican places because that's how I judge the restaurant.... are they cooked well and with flavor? Is there a lot of fat or do they cut them out well? Are they tough or tender? These carnitas were perfect and they brought plenty of tortillas and rice to est them with Last but not least, the tacos. Just like the quesadilla, plenty of steak on there!!! They washed down pretty nicely with the salsa The serve was nice and didn't let my glass of cranberry juice (yes.... cranberry) hit bottom!!!
