Variety of oysters! Fresh and delicious
    Tammie B.

Super fresh seafood and awesome drinks. We got lucky and came during happy hour on a Monday night and got to try several things. We tried 3 different types of oysters which were phenomenal and I would highly recommend them to any oyster lovers! Our waitress Virginia was and made some great suggestions for us. I can't forget to mention the Martinis, which are great! The dining area is very nice with lots of cool black & white photos decorating the walls. The live jazz singer and piano was very nice. I highly recommend Martinis for anyone visiting Fredericksburg

This was our first stop on our girls trip weekend. We came here for drinks and to share an app. We all got side cars, which were very delicious and we split the spinach, and artichoke dip. We would've gotten more had our appetite been big enough to match the price. it started out pretty quiet once we arrive, but by the time we left, it was packed.our server was super nice as well.

happy hour menu. Could not find this on the website.

after not getting oysters at Zanzanburg tavern, we went to Martini's happy hour for $1 oysters and $10 martinis. There was a line outside waiting to get in. We sat at the bar and Conner took special care of us. The wife had a cucumber martini and i got a cosmo. Both good. Very small place but great pictures on the wall. Nice bar. The oysters were good and then the wife got a bowl of mussels and clams. The clams were kind of tiny but good. The lady next to us had a delicious looking dish of seabass. Regular prices are a bit dear for us but happy hour was great.

Had my birthday dinner at Martini's in Fredericksburg on a Saturday night! They don't take reservations and I forgot to call ahead for the waitlist. When we got there around 7:30ish, they told me it would be a 45-minute wait for a table for 2 but they ended up seating us within 20 minutes. They were very accommodating too when we asked to be seated at a bigger table than where they were originally going to put us. I had a couple of New Old Fashioned drinks and they were delicious! We had the oysters Rockefeller and the bruschetta as appetizers...equally delicious. I ordered the lobster and filet mignon and my boyfriend got the filet. Both came with asparagus and garlic toast. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection! We were very happy with our meal! The only thing I wanted looking back, was to have read the menu a little more closely and asked for the sauce on the side. It was rich and detracted from some of the flavors of the lobster and the steak, which didn't need to be hidden by a heavy sauce. Martinis is on the pricier side, but the restaurant ambience is nice, service is very friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent! Give it a visit if you're in Fredericksburg!

    Two tier seafood tower, 10/10!

First of all, the service was 20/10, Kali took such good care of us and gave us the best recommendations, the seafood tower is such great quality and a great deal. Also would recommend their chowder. The vibe is really chill but rustic/nostalgic? Would total recommend if you want fresh seafood, vibes and service!

First and most wonderful visit to Martini's this evening! Servers were Mia and Cameron, both did a great job! Seated immediately... no reservations accepted, so get there early. Bernie Martini on the piano... nice! We arrived in time for happy hour, so fresh gulf oysters and martinis ruled the first hour! Oysters were delicious, served ice cold. Cosmo and lemon drop martinis had the right balance. Parmesan scallops followed, with garlic bread on the side. A different dish, but delicious! Glad we tried that one! Entrees included the shrimp poor boy and barramundi piccata. Both expertly cooked and served piping hot... A glass of rose and French bubbles made a perfect pairing. Key lime pie for dessert was the perfect ending to a phenomenal meal. Finished with lemon draped hot towel service! We'll definitely be back! Highly recommend Martini's!

    Carajillo

We LOVE Martinis! The service never fails. Kali and Cass take such good care of us! The oysters are always good, the crab boil never misses, and you can't fail on the carajillo(IYKYK)

This quaint little restaurant could easily be on the east coast in Boston or around Martha's Vineyard. It's small inside with a few tables outside as well. There's full service at the bar too, but I would recommend coming early if you don't want to wait. We sat at the bar for a few appetizers and drinks. The service was excellent, the drinks and food were delicious. (The clam chowder was a bit too salty for my preference). I highly recommend this place for the atmosphere and service. Prices are high, but everything is in this touristy city. Enjoy!

I promise you I wanted to gate keep this place but I just can't because I think it was one of the most phenomenal meals that my friend and I shared together. The customer service was good, small restaurant, but there was no way and it was pretty packed. love love love is all I can say some people go to Fredericksburg for the wine, but we're gonna go for Martini's

The oysters for $1....I would be back for this every day if I lived here. The service and drinks were also great. But the oysters! You need to get the oysters!!

It was a lively spot to have lunch! I was pleasantly surprised and it had a bit of a wait. There is a bit of a sea smell and fried food scent that will stay on you upon departure. Dirty Martini with blue cheese olives made perfect. Boozy enough while tasting delicious. I had a blackened fish sandwich. Was good and ranch was good too. I would go back!

Fabulous lunch with Jeremy being the star of the service here! We made the drive from SA and tried the shrimp and crab boils (old bay and spicy) the shrimp po boy, the lobster roll, lobster bisque and ahi tuna steak. I recommend the bisque and lobster roll! For dessert we tried the chocolate ganache cheesecake and creme brûlée. Will order the pecan pie next time because it looked great.

We enjoyed the atmosphere - it looks like a house-turned-bar and has so much charm. We were able to place our orders at the bar and one of the bartenders brought it out to us in the backyard. We sipped on our delicious drinks while rocking on the swinging bench outside. We decided to share the volcano ashes and floating petals cocktails. The volcano ashes was a bit too bitter for my taste - if you're someone who wants very little sweetness in your drink, this is the one for you. The floating petals was much more my style - the mix of floral tastes was lovely and it was on the slightly sweeter end, just how I like it! We decided on two sangrias after that which were nicely spiced and absolutely lovely. As it got colder outside we decided to move to one of their side rooms, which has nice furniture and is a bit more private than the main room. The bartenders were very kind and the drinks were delicious! Definitely check this spot out on your next visit to Fredericksburg.

I love the set up of the main dining room. I'm always a fan when you can see the kitchen preparing the dishes from your table. Hill and vine pairs their excellent food with some amazing local wines. We tried the William Chris to pair with the pork chop (which was excellent). We started the meal out with the mahi ceviche. What a flavor bomb! Highly recommend. Service was perfect. Attentive, but not overly so. I always think the price is very fair considering the quality of ingredients and the care put into the dishes. Will be back for sure when in the hill country.

We had Kristen as our server, she was so attentive and sweet. To start we tried the sweet cornbread, lavender mint lemonade, and regular lemonade. The lavender mint lemonade was one of the best drinks I've had in a while. For our meals he had the BLTA with fries and I had the avocado and lime salad with tri tip steak. Absolutely stellar food, quality ingredients and great flavors. We had leftovers for sure, lol, something to eat on the drive back to DFW the next day. For dinner, we sat outside and had Jess as our server. She was also really nice, she had quite a few tables and still managed to give us plenty of attention. We had carnitas nachos and the ground beef soup. The carnitas nachos are... unnecessarily large. lol Luckily the soup bowl was very small so I was able to help the boyfriend with some nachos. But my small effort was not enough and he tapped out of the nachos at the halfway mark. Highly recommend the nachos if you have four friends with you. =D This was a great restaurant with a lovely outdoor space. If we lived in Fredericksburg, I could easily see us making this a monthly hang out on Friday nights. If you have the chance, make sure to get in with Kristen or Jess, you won't be disappointed.

Overall, 1 of our favorite food stops on this trip! Our order consisted of 1 order of bang bang shrimp, 1 spinach & artichoke dip appetizer, a shared seared salmon dish (not pictured), 1 blackberry margarita (not pictured), & 1 blueberry mule (not pictured). For me, the best part of our order was the bang bang shrimp. If I get to go back I'll just order 2 of those & call it good! The spinach & artichoke appetizer was good, but offered a pretty standard flavor profile. The seared salmon was the best salmon dish I've tasted in a long time, paring nicely with the mashed potatoes & roasted veggies that came with it. Both cocktails were amazing, but my wife said the blackberry margarita was fantastic. The most negative thing about GH was extremely limited indoor seating availability & the lack of reservations, but now you've been warned. It was a short trip for us, but we will be back to GH on our next visit to Fredericksburg for sure.
