Came in and 5 couples in front of us ordering, line went pretty quick, and the pizza came out fast and hot! The Diablo was thin crust, sweet and spicy. The one with all the meats called Otis was thick crust, and the Lucille was thin crust. They were all yummy and we liked both crusts. I enjoyed the Greek salad, pic taken after I put on the dressing, it was tangy and full of flavor! We ordered large size so we had lots of leftovers. It was fun, fast and casual. read more

Let's start with the vibe. It's full of fun, kitschy tchotchkes that are cool to study, and I like how they have incorporated it into the lighting. For instants, the lamp above our table was made from a mini light Brite box. The seating is very close together, and I would not recommend this for larger customers. while everything appeared clean and orderly, there didn't seem to be a proper cue for ordering. They have the menu written on chalkboard above where you order. We ordered the honey goat cheese pizza, and while it was good, I wouldn't call it a $28 pizza. Even compared to other places in Huntsville, this came in as subpar. I think what Lost Pizza has going for it is that it is new and in a great location. read more

The service and ambiance were nice. One turn off is a pretty common thing now. I called in my order for pickup and when I was paying the scanner asks how much tip I want to leave for putting a pizza in a box. I didn't deduct stays for this just hate having someone standing there asking how much I'm giving. The pizza wasn't great. There was a strange American cheese taste to the pizza. The order for carryout was incorrect. I ordered a small pizza and cheese sticks but the order came out as a small pizza and breadsticks with cheese and Parmesan sprinkled all over it. The pizza was great it tasted really good. Food temperature was cool to cold at best, but again the pizza tasted really good. Service was really good: a bunch of kids learning their way through life inside of pizza parlor! I don't think the time the restaurant to my hotel room was more than 8 minutes. My husband and I met friends for dinner at Lost Pizza on a Thursday night. It was very busy. So we assumed it was good...and it was! We had boneless wings, olive bread, and a couple different pizzas. The only downfall was, we ordered thin crust pizza and we got regular crust. But we ate it anyway. It was good, but a bit bready for us. The servers were very sweet and attentive and we loved looking at all the stuff on the walls. It sparked lots of conversations about our childhood. We like the pizzas at Lost Pizza and have been there many times. My wife always orders the same thing; a small thin crust pizza with pepperoni and green olives. HOWEVER, the last four (4) times we have been, they managed to get her order wrong. The first two times, they had pepperoni and green peppers. The third time, it was green olives without the pepperoni, and the most recent time, they just said that there was "something wrong with the order" and that they had to remake it. The other wrong orders also had to be remade. In every instance, they brought the pizzas for everyone else. Now, we had to either wait for her pizza to be remade (while ours got cold) or eat without her. Seems pretty basic, get everyone's food to the table and have it right. There are plenty of pizza places around. Their pizza may not be quite as good as Lost Pizza, but at least when we go to eat together, we can at least all eat together. read more

I would have given 5 stars but at a pizza place, I like a choice of beer types and perhaps a bar area with draft beer. It's goes well with pizza. The rest was perfect ie the pizza, the choices for seating, the service and the atmosphere. It's much bigger on the inside and there's plenty of room for your choice of seating types booth, table etc and if they wanted to, a separate bar area can be installed in case you bring your family. But it's a great place for families to go as is. I don't worry about price when the food, service and atmosphere are great but it run's between $15-$25 a person. I don't remember the beer price bc I usually just have one, small choices but decent. read more

Ordered medium pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage and thick crust (friends ordered same with thin crust). Pizza came after reasonable wait and was fresh, hot and tasty. Both thick and thin crust were delicious! Specialty pizzas are somewhat pricey but a medium with 2 toppings is a good value. Service was excellent and the folks friendly and helpful. Nice place. I ordered a small kujo thin crust ( it included 4 slices of pizzas). Pizza was tasty, but it didn't fill me up.I will probably order a medium next time. Hubby ordered a small thin crust pepperoni , it didn't fill him up either. He ordered a second small pizza. The dining room is a good size with tables spread out, so there's nice personal space between you and your fellow patrons. I like that. The food was good and the restaurant was clean. Glad I stopped by Lost Pizza Co. This is the best pizza restaurant I've been to in Madison or Huntsville. It was nice to eat where the employees were friendly and actually made it a point to provide good customer service and food. Family oriented, with antique/retro decorations, it made me feel like I was back in high school. I had a couple beers and the thick crust fat boy cheeseburger pizza. It was perfect, tasted just like a cheeseburger. The crust and dough were perfect too, it was almost fluffy and had a mild flavor that I couldn't pinpoint but tasted better than any other dough/crust I've had in North Alabama. It was fresh and delicious. It also has a small bar with a good selection of local beer and wine. It's a chain but the owner/operator seemed like a good family man working to provide a good place for folks to eat out. First time in a long time that I've enjoyed eating out! Hope they do well and open another one in Huntsville but until then, I'll keep driving to Madison when I get a pizza craving, they're worth it. read more
