I always know I can trust them to be honest and replace what needs to be. Bradford is my usual service advisor and he always makes sure I receive excellent service. When he is not available, Mike is also great and helps take care of what I need. I am thankful to have a place to go to, to keep my car running great!

The head clown is Belal Barakat the service manager, and it trickles down from there. I purchased my vehicle Certified Pre Owned from Boucher's old location and purchased an additional extended "Platinum Wrap" warranty. I was told it covered everything. Everything. Bumper to bumper were the exact buzzwords used. I've used the warranty here in the past without issue. The way it works is you schedule service and tell the advisor the reason for service. The dealership then diagnoses your vehicle and submits a warranty claim. You pay a $100 deductible for the visit. I had an appointment this morning at 7:30am. I arrived on time and waited to get in the bay because there was only one overworked employee checking cars in. When the check in was done I was assigned to Elijah, who was very nice. After he verified the reason for my visit he told me I would have to pay $660 for multiple diagnostic fees. I mentioned how I've only had to pay the $100 deductible in the past, and asked why it would be different this time. He said that's "just the way it is" and it was out of his hands. I asked for the service manager to help clarify. This guy Belal was sleazy right from the start and gave slippery used car salesman energy. He slithered over to the desk and started typing, then started making excuses for why there would be charges and it was all lip service. He condescendingly told me maybe I should talk to the sales department. I'm guessing it's got something to do with me actually winning warranty coverage issues in the past and they're no longer making money off of me, so I can pound sand. Just be careful here. This place does not do honest business, at least not any more.

Top-Tier Experience at Palmen Cadillac - Kenosha…read more I had an outstanding experience working with Bill Richmond at Palm Mann Cadillac in Kenosha. From the moment we connected, Bill delivered true top-tier service. His knowledge of the vehicle's features was impressive, and he took the time to really understand what I was looking for -- not just trying to make a sale, but making sure the vehicle was the right fit for my needs and lifestyle. Bill was professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with throughout the entire process. You can tell he takes pride in making sure his clients are well-informed and confident in their decision. A big shout-out as well to Zach in Finance. He made the paperwork process swift and seamless. Zach was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing and clearly experienced in structuring the deal efficiently. He explained everything in a straightforward way and kept the process moving without any pressure. If you're in the market for a Cadillac in the Kenosha area, I highly recommend connecting with Bill and Zach at Palm Mann Cadillac. Truly a first-class buying experience. -- Mike

Ok, that's aggressive and honestly I've been egged before and it's not really that cool. It sucks actually. Anyway, enough about me. We bought our rig from here from the GOAT Bob Piscotti (may he rest in peace) and have had it serviced here ever since. However, i will now take it elsewhere because it was serviced by the pm crew (high schoolers) (simple oil change and tire rotation) and then we get it back and it's pulling to the right while driving- called service and they blamed it on us???? And then made us pay for an alignment. RIDDLE ME THAT MR MANAGER? You're in the service industry. Your customer is always right or you wind up with a bad review that'll cost ya MILLIONS! A disgrace. Cant even trust a hometown name anymore. What is happening to this town?

We arrived and the one man that was writing out checks at the desk in the corner ignored me until I went up to him. I asked him if I could look at the Hummer and the Escalade he asked if I wanted to drive them and I expressed I just wanted to look at them at that moment. He asked a porter to go out and open them up. The Hummer would not start, smelled like urine, had bad interior as well as rust all over the running boards. We decided to pass on that one all together. The young man pulled the Escalade out so he could put air in one of the tires that started to go flat. After he pulled it up we were looking at it and the first thing on the dash said the airbag needed to be serviced. Upon further examination of the vehicle we found that it needed a tune up (possibly something else) the drivers side wire on the back window for the defrost had been pulled off. The button for closing the hatch did not work. The young man said if we had any concerns to speak with the owner Ron. We took the vehicle for a ride and there was a shimmy to it like there was something wrong with one or more tires. When we returned we went into the dealership where the man who ignored me at first was walking out the door. My boyfriend handed him the keys and started to share our findings being told I guess thats not the car for you dude. I couldn't believe that came out of mouth. I feel we were prejudged on what we could afford and he just didnt wanna take the time with us. What he didnt know is we were prepared to pay cash for a decent car. With the ass of a sales man and the issues with 2 vehicles we looked at I personally wouldn't waste my time there.

Best car experience ever! Mark and Ron were so knowledgeable I love my new car and service package!read more
