I took my dad on a Sunday and didn't have an appointment. He waited about 30 mins and I waited about an hour to get our pedicures started. They took their time and did a good job. My dad also got a manicure and liked it. I'm giving 4 stars because I paid my bill in cash, and when I needed change for a $20 to leave a tip, they said they didn't have change and just stared at me. I went to this place for almost 3 years. Let's just say this place will no longer get my business! It was all just recent when I found a new nail lady because the price here was getting ridiculous for a basic gel mani that wouldn't last long. My nails now last 6 weeks at a time with the same product I kid you not! I stop doing my nails only did my feet n eyebrows, it's a headache to get an appt, front desk people don't know what they doing, sometimes it's little kids answering the phone. I call to make appts n everyday it's something different I have someone else call they have appts they pick and Choose who they want to take lately which is Unprofessional. Me n a friend went to do our feet as we always do the person who was doing my friend feet looked sick or something service was horrible nobody try to correct the problem or even offer a half price nothing all they said was sorry like what all these people in this place and no one came to correct this problem not to mention she was CUT! Again I made an appt with one person I get there and someone else is doing the service after Confirming the appt not to mention when I called for an appt oh yeah we have this time puts me on hold for 5 mins to come back n say oh we don't have no time. For nails, pedicure, and waxing this place is great! Their nail technicians are fantastic with pictures and detailed nails. However if you see the bald man coming to give you a pedicure, I would advise you to ask for someone else. He talks the entire time, asking deeply personal questions, smells like cigarettes, his foot/calf massages are terrible, he took the pumice stone over my ENTIRE foot which ended up scabbing over the next day. I got a pedicure for a relaxing experience and to make my feet look cute during sandal weather. I got neither. Anyone else there is way better though! read more

I usually loveee this place. Today I took my husband with me to go do the elite couples pedicure. We had a reservation and everything. Well we got there and there was only one person available so I had to sit with my feet in cold water while my husband got his pedicure and 45 minutes later a lady finally came in to do mine. I get your busy but don't schedule a reservation then. Still a good pedicure but defeats the purpose of bringing my husband. read more

Well, I just started playing on my phone. Other people came in, some with appts, others without and two others were seated for pedis - so 4 total (one person was seated before me). Well, now 20-30 minutes later my towels were cold and no one was finishing the work. So I asked if anyone was available to finish, a few minutes. Ok, I waited a little longer and then eventually took the towels off, finally service...someone came over and said, sorry, blah blah blah, we will get you service and what could they do? I explained all I wanted at that point was my nails painted, forget the message. They said they could do that, at a discount. I wasn't paying for a deluxe pedi package, if all I got was a basic pedi and left to sit for much longer than I should have. Of course, I replied, I was not paying full price at this point! Then he indicated I would still have to wait for one of the other technicians to finish. I explained, I was unwilling to wait any longer and suddenly the person talking to me (I should say whispering, b/c he didn't want all of the other clients to know what was being said, I saw no need to whisper, - but they all knew what was going on). I asked to see the answer, if the people getting pedis had appts, I was sitting there for over 1/2 hr, saw and heard as each person came in and was asked if they had appts, so I knew the answer, but as expected, they lied and said the others all had appts. I was fed up and was preparing to leave. Suddenly, the person talking to me and previously unavailable was now immediately available to do my nails. Well, if wasn't available 5 seconds ago, he really wasn't that interested in really keeping my business. I had a headache, needed to eat and take my medications. Screw the discount, screw the paint job, screw any of my future business, and I got up walked out without paying. Not only did you loose my business, but my friends as well. Thinking of getting someone a spa package that's worth the price? Look no further. I received a gift card here for Christmas from my Dad and it was awesome! I did the intro spa package and it was lovey. Everyone is very welcoming and they even offer complentary wine! They use Zoya nail polish and have over 100 colors. I got shellac on my hands and it lastest three weeks and still didn't chip! It's nice going somewhere where they exceed normal standards and want your nails to last as long as possible and don't rush you through. Worst pedicure I have ever had in the 25 years I've been regularly getting them. After waiting 20 minutes because they didn't have hot water, I finally began the pedicure and I asked for slightly cut down & square and she absolutely butchered my toes. The service was great. The shop looked clean and the staff was pleasant. My husband and I got the couples area which was nice and private for our pedis. The chairs were amazing! Now, before I write this next part, I would like to say that I come from a multicultural family. English was not either of my parent's first language and they both speak different languages from each other. Having said that, we did appreciate that the techs didn't speak among themselves in a different language. In point of fact, they didn't speak at all unless we had a question. Which we also liked. I'm coming here for a bit of relaxation and when they start talking among themselves it changes the atmosphere, it's rude to boot. I understand that it's comforting to be able to speak in your native tongue, but save it for the break room please. And I don't really come to conversate either. So that worked out. My tech listened to my concerns about how to cut my nails and how I wanted the end design to be. I was happy with the design that she put on my toes. The reason I couldn't give five stars is because at the end my tech was like, "OK, bye, pay at the front" and left. (I'm paraphrasing based on how I felt). I may just be spoiled, but she didn't help me with my slippas and most techs I've gone to are very adament about that so that you don't ruin all the hard work they just put out on your toes. I was boxed in by the cart with all the supplies for the pedi, so I had to move it out of the way to get out. She was very nice and good at her job. My toes looked good and that's what I wanted. I took my mom to get pedicures and our nail polish started chipping the next day and when I do my own pedicures at home my polish lasts a month.
