When I paid by card, I honestly didn't get a clear view of the amount on the terminal, and I was in a bit of a hurry, so I didn't think to ask for a receipt at the time. I totally regret that now! It wasn't until I checked my bank statement a couple days later that I noticed a charge of $282.20 from Overseas Market. As you can imagine, I was pretty surprised, as it's quite a bit more than the $42.00 I was expecting. Spoke with the man by the phone he said I don't have a receipt and refused to work with me. At this point he left me no choice I got back online and did a partial dispute. This type of incident can happen to anyone so, please ask for a receipt and take time to look at it.

The boneless ones? Perfect. But the ones on the bone, which was like most of them, were just not right. They tasted like they'd been in the freezer way too long. At first, I thought I'd just let it slide but the more I thought about it, the more it bugged me. I mean, this place used to be top-notch! It's great to see that Mansfield is diversifying food in the area; however, it's even better when that food tastes amazing! As a person of asian heritage it was stunning to discover authentic asian food in my hometown. Now, I don't have to drive to Carrolton and Dallas! The food is amazing and all, but the five star review was earned by the young, knowledgable, and kind staff! As an appetizer, I had the lao spicy sausage which was one of the best lao sausages I've ever had. For my main entree, I got the Pad Kee Mow which is basically drunken noodles if you've been to other Thai restaurants, and it was perfect! A strong savory flavor with my choice of spice level and protein. Don't forget about the Thai tea either! It was the perfect solution to cooling off the spice. The milk to tea ratio is flawless as well! I will definitely be a returning customer! I got out a plate and put the rice on the plate and topped it with the pork. Something was a little off, like lots of breading around tiny pieces of meat. The fried rice was too crunchy because it wasn't cooked properly. The egg roll was fine. Overall the food was just average or slightly below average. For me, the low rating was because I had to do so much work myself before I could eat. Typically, I expect to put rice on a plate and the entree and begin eating, not having to sauce the dish myself in a bowl with my own utensils and clean up sticky sauce from my counter from when I was trying to sauce the meat in the takeout container. Nothing special enough about this place or food to justify a return visit.
