The staff at the front desk was super friendly and happy to take a look, even though this wasn't a normal appointment or purchase. Dr. Moon was great. The screws on my old metal frames were incredibly tight, but he knew exactly what to do. He loosened them up and carefully transferred my lenses into the new frames in just a few minutes. What I thought might turn into a hassle ended up being quick and easy, and I appreciated how patient and professional he was. The whole visit reminded me why it's worth going to a good local optician. Because of how helpful everyone was, I definitely plan to come back later this year for my annual eye exam and to get new frames and progressive lenses through them. At 11AM today I was due in Philly to read 15-17 pages in a foreign language at a funeral, and was lost without my close up glasses. Katie was at the front desk and had a spot for me tomorrow to get an exam and glasses, but it was too early, as was the second and third choice, but the 4th choice worked fine. She told me if I came aerly that was ok too, and set me at ease. George tended to my glasses. He was able to find the frame (at least 3 years old) and wa sable to move the lenses out of the old glasses and into the new frame. I'll be back tomorrow for my apptmt and maybe new lenses. Did these two people just "do their job". Yes but much more, because I was under a time squeeze, plus I need my glasses to work. Their calm professional helpful demeanor totally disarmed all the stress I was experiencing. I hope the company can keep them as employees, as they are definitely an asset and a plus to that store. There are other doctors at this practice as well, but I can only speak for Dr. Isaac. I've had my fair share of eye doctors over the years, but Dr. Isaac is hands down the best eye doctor I have ever been to. He takes the time to make sure all of your needs and concerns are addressed. Prior to visiting Dr. Isaac, I had only ever used monthly contacts, which really irritated my eyes. Once I told Dr. Isaac all of the issues I had been having, he worked with me to find the best contact lens so I could avoid having to wear my glasses all the time.
