The staff at the front desk was super friendly and happy to take a look, even though this wasn't a normal appointment or purchase. Dr. Moon was great. The screws on my old metal frames were incredibly tight, but he knew exactly what to do. He loosened them up and carefully transferred my lenses into the new frames in just a few minutes. What I thought might turn into a hassle ended up being quick and easy, and I appreciated how patient and professional he was. The whole visit reminded me why it's worth going to a good local optician. Because of how helpful everyone was, I definitely plan to come back later this year for my annual eye exam and to get new frames and progressive lenses through them. So halfway through the eye exam, I'm having trouble with the seeing the charts and I ask if the lenses to their machine is dirty. Optometrist was not happy to find out the assistant never asked me to take out my contacts. Had to waste another 15 minutes for me to go take out my contacts and then wait again for the optometrist to get back to me. Then they ask if I brought in the prescription to my currrent lenses. Nope. No one told me I should bring those too. Jeez. The first set of contacts were not correct to my vision. Had to come back a second time to get re-tested. Then had to wait a week for the next contacts to come in. Then when I OK'd this prescription, they didn't have any available on site and had to wait yet another week for the order to come in. All told, from my first appointment to actually getting my new correct prescription, it was nearly a month. I admit it was a little frustrating.

Prior to visiting Dr. Isaac, I had only ever used monthly contacts, which really irritated my eyes. Once I told Dr. Isaac all of the issues I had been having, he worked with me to find the best contact lens so I could avoid having to wear my glasses all the time. Dr. Isaac is also very personable and conversational. He such a pleasure to visit every year!
