I would really like to take the time and write this message on Yelp. For Theresa Mow, she was my sales associate the other day when I was visited Hawaii. She took the time to show me different items of my taste. She took the time to really get to know me as a client. She went out out of her way to make me feel welcomed.. the level of customer service that I didn't think I would get sheet exemplified. She is a gem, and I wanted to recognize her hard work and dedication not only to the brand but to customers and that level of customer service just blew me away..Thank for such a please pleasant experience.i will be coming back for her and telling my friends about her. Theresa Mow thank you once again.

I had such an amazing experience at the Ala Moana location. I had to wait about 15ish minutes in order to be assisted- which was perfect so I could browse and look at all the beautiful pieces displayed around the store. I was assisted by my awesome Client Advisor, Tyler. I had a list of things I wanted to try on and he was so kind and helpful. He offered us some champagne which I happily accepted. Can't go wrong with a glass of bubbly while shopping right?! I left the store with everything I wanted during this visit. I can't thank Tyler and the staff here enough. You made my experience so special. I'll definitely be back very soon !

I love LV and always get good service here. This year they redid their Takashi Murakami collaboration. They did it in three waves. The first wave was the multi color. The second wave was the cherry blossom. The third wave was the cerise. The Murakami collars are super popular and hard to get. Luckily, I was able to get a bag from the cerise collection. It was cherry decals on the monogram or cherries stitched on denim. I wanted a denim bag to go with my jeans. The bag goes perfectly with my cherry pocketbac holder and my Labubus. The bag came just in time for my anniversary present.

Very nice staff and unique selection of items. The staff is much nicer and willing to show you anything and everything. They were also patient with my granddaughter who was a handful and having fun! We purchased a few items that we haven't seen at our regular LV store. We also were able to see in person other items that we are interested in and will buy in the future. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely return

I came here looking for a specific style bag, but they didn't have it. Cathy Zhang was awesome and immediately helped me find something even more special to get myself for my birthday. She was extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful.

Beautiful Louis Vuitton packaging and presentation -- felt elevated and worth the visit.

My girlfriend and I stopped into the Louis Vuitton store at Ala Moana and had an outstanding luxury shopping experience. Our client advisor, Cami, went above and beyond from the start. She guided us through different options, helped us explore multiple pieces, and made everything feel personal and comfortable. She offered refreshments, took her time with us, and made the whole experience feel effortless and elevated. What really stood out was the value of the experience. The level of service, attention, and quality we received made the visit genuinely worth it. The care she provided added real value beyond the purchase itself and absolutely justified the luxury standard. We left with items we love, but the reason we'll return is because of the exceptional service. If you want a true luxury experience in Honolulu, ask for Cami. She made all the difference.

10/3/23 Where is the champagne??? Do we need to spend more, lol.

Quality/Quantity - Gift shopping for friends. Atmosphere - 2 floor location. Very busy as it is in one of the most popular malls on the island. FYI, this location does not serve champagne any more... But that did not stop us from buying a few items. They did give us complimentary sparkling water. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm. Service - You can make appointments online. Overall good, my wife has her regular sales person in Maui, but we will not stop by the island on this trip. Price - Expensive, but my family and friends all love this brand. I personally do not own anything with this brand. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1854. 2006 to 2012 - Most valuable luxury company. They are in so many luxury industries - Fashion, leather goods, wine & spirits, perfumes, jewelry, retail, cruise, and others. LVMH controls 60+ subsidiaries with 75+ luxury brands. 2021 - Most valuable company in Europe. At one time, recently, Bernard Arnault was considered the richest person in the world.

I've been coming here very consistently for about 3 yrs now. Whenever I am in town, I stop by to check out any new collection drops or pick up things I have pre-ordered with my SA. A big shout out to my SA, Tyler Goda, who is simply the best. He keeps me informed about all the latest collections or things that have arrived in store that I may like. Yes, he knows my style, my colors, and what I don't like. There is never any pressure to buy here and I always feel welcomed from the moment I walk in. I highly recommend this location. If you're from the Mainland, even better as the pricing is generally a % lower (depending on the style). Also, a huge savings on sales tax (compared to CA). Even better.

Avoid this place. Go to another LV store.

Well after having great highs with the outstanding experience and great customer service at one Louis Vuitton (LV) store (Hilton Hawaii) I managed to meet its pathetic twin at Ala Moana Centre. Yes the LV store in Ala Moana center is a place I would not recommend to anyone. Why you may ask? Well here is the story and I will get straight to the point. My wife and I decided to check out this store. We entered on the top level since this was a two story establishment. For many LV stores there is a person at the front door who will open the door for you. Oh yeah there was a person at the front door but I guess it was not in their statement of work to open the door. We walked past five employees with not a single acknowledgement. Finally we were asked if someone was helping us. Well kind of obvious since we were walking round with no employee near us the answer was no. I told him thank you for asking us as we have walked past five of the employees and he was the first to even speak to us. He apologized and asked one of the employees to assist us. Hold up now. The employee he asked was the third employee we passed who ignored us. Yes I was counting. My Yelp reviews are always accurate. If you did not want to help us before I am sure your view and wanting to help us has not changed. Oh since you were told to help us I guess you are forced to do your job in helping us. So we walked downstairs with our assigned employee and she did not look happy to be assisting us. Other customers had walked in at this time and amazingly they were greeted and receiving assistance. So all this time no one acknowledged us but oh was someone apparently paying attention to us. When we walked downstairs amazingly the security guard decided to stretch his legs and walked down to the lower level the same time we did and posted up. I wonder why? We had already made up our mind that we were going to leave as they had no interest in business from us. As we left of course no one opened the door for us or even said anything to us. The one thing that was consistent and what they did well in actively showing that we were not wanted in here. My wife and I are standing outside of the store. I see a female walking in and the door was opened for her. It just showed what we witnessed and what we experienced. Service for them but not for you. The actions performed and not performed by the employees said a great deal. Businesses like the color of money but there seemed to be more focus on another color in this establishment. In all actuality it is not deserving of one star. Hopefully my review can keep anyone from experiencing what we did in this place. We took our business to Kai and Juan at the LV store at Hilton Hawaii.

Looking for that purse, wallet, card holder, luggage, perfume, sandals, shoes, clothes, scarves, etc. etc. with the LV on it for a lower price than the mainland or online? Enjoy the island tax where it's cheaper (yeah I thought taxes meant you pay more, but it's how they compete with others in the region). Plenty of items and styles in stock in this two store location. Buy it while you can sale some serious cash. The staff will s great and will assist you with whatever you need. They have an elevator if you want/need it instead of taking the stairs.

Wrapped in a pretty new bag! Merry Christmas to me! Thank You Hunny!
    Sharon M.

On this visit, I was pleased and happy to have worked with Kai on my purchase. She was very friendly and helpful. She was patient with me and got all of the purses that I wanted to try on. She gave great and honest advice and was also knowledgeable about the products. She really exemplified great customer service. The store was very clean and well maintained. All of the employees were very nice as well and I enjoyed my shopping experience. I have worked with several differnt employees in the past and they too were very nice. I would definitely recommend shoping here and be sure to request or ask for Kai if you want great service.

My mom and I stopped in because she was looking for earrings. She had mentioned before that Pink Box has cute selections at reasonable prices, so we decided to browse. While she was looking at earrings and pointing out styles she liked, I was helping her look through them. For context, I don't even wear earrings since I have large gauges, so I wasn't shopping for myself in that section. Afterward, I moved over to the claw clips and was looking through some butterfly clips to see if they came in matching colors. A sales associate approached us and asked if we needed help. We politely said no thank you and continued browsing. What made us uncomfortable was that after that interaction, the employee remained very close to us and appeared to be watching us the entire time. When we moved to a different area, she followed. Whether intentional or not, it felt as though we were being monitored because she suspected we might steal something. My mom and I both noticed it, and it made the shopping experience uncomfortable. We are paying customers who have visited this store before and have never given anyone a reason to be suspicious of us. I understand that retail employees have a job to do, but there is a difference between being attentive and making customers feel like they're under surveillance. Unfortunately, because of that experience, we didn't feel welcome during our visit.

The whole store is made up of Hawaiian themed merchandise. There were jewelry, cards, body care items and tons of clothes. They have some really cute items. I went in and out of the dressing rooms a few times while trying on outfits, and none of them had a basket or spot for purses. Each time I had to hang my handbag on a hanger with the clothes, since I refuse to put my handbag on the dirty ground. Finally, the very last dressing room I tried did have a basket at the bottom, which was much better. The clothing and jewelry are adorable -- some even look handmade -- and I did buy a few outfits and a cute pair of earrings. Prices are on the higher side, but the pieces are unique and eye-catching, so if you're looking for something different, it might be worth it. Unfortunately, checkout brought the experience down. Since I didn't need a bag, the sales associate handed me my clothes directly, but forgot my earrings. I didn't notice until I was halfway home. I tried looking everywhere for a phone number -- Yelp, the Ala Moana directory, the internet -- and couldn't find one. The only number I found just rang with no answer. So instead of calling, I had no choice but to drive all the way back through traffic. When I arrived, the sales associate saw me, handed me the earring, and said she was "going to text me." No apology, no "sorry for the inconvenience" -- nothing. Considering they have my number from the rewards program sign-up, that was disappointing. Overall, Sugar Sugar is a cute boutique with stylish pieces, but expect boutique pricing and limited dressing room amenities. The service could use improvement, especially when mistakes happen.

In a panic, mom called me to go back to Jessica's. They were sold out. Only XL gray shirts were left. I entered Maunakea Marketplace, where I had dropped her off the other day, but she didn't walk far enough in... to get to YaFangShi Fashion. On the day before Lunar New Year, I saw many shirts of various colors and different designs hanging outside a shop! Inside, the clothes were neatly folded, and the dresses were hanging for better viewing. OMG... It was like t-shirt heaven! The shop was called YaFangShi Fashion. The friendly owner introduced herself and said that her name was Lian and that she's been here for 24 years! I had passed by often... and even bought a lavender-colored Cony umbrella, but didn't know the name of the shop. Looking around, Lian even had dresses, tops, jackets, footwear, accessories, and pants! I got a navy blue, medium-sized Year of the Dragon shirt for my nephew's girlfriend and gave it to mom to give to her on Lunar New Year. Everyone was happy! Yay!
