Had this service come to my house for my partner's birthday. On the plus they were available a week out and very organized. The prices were also reasonable. That said the energy was underwhelming and the games felt awkward. Food was fine but they promised dipping sauces that never materialized and forgot part of our order. UPDATE: This experience wasn't "resolved." Over 10 Children and adults got violently ill, a birthday was ruined, and people are still sick today. We only received a refund after pushing, and the restaurant actually asked us to delete our review. This isn't just about money -- it's about basic safety, and people deserve to be warned. ------ I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel a responsibility to warn others. After eating here, more than 10 people in our group became severely sick, including babies and young children. Symptoms started within 30-60 minutes, which is consistent with foodborne toxin exposure. Several of us spent the entire night vomiting, and some are still recovering today. We contacted the restaurant to let them know what happened, and the response was extremely dismissive. There was no concern for the fact that children and infants were affected. It honestly felt like they just didn't care. They even had the audacity to say it was because it was cold outside or that we were drunk. Were our two year olds drunk?! We all ate different entrées, but many of us had the fried rice, which is known to cause problems if not handled or stored properly. Whatever the cause, the result was the same -- an entire group of adults and kids became violently sick shortly after eating. I'm posting this in hopes that the restaurant takes food safety seriously and prevents anyone else from going through what we did. Until the issue is addressed, I would strongly caution others to avoid eating here. read more

It may be that your experience with this company depends on the chef. We had chef pepper. He arrived late and could not communicate well. We had expected a dinner with an engaging chef and the hibachi flare (tricks, utensils tossEd up and caught, or have food in the air for people to catch). Zero flare. The food was served out of giant metal bins that he passed around and basically tasted like airport chinese food. He did bring a sake super soaker but just brought it around once to each guest, lit some canola oil on fire, and then maybe spoke 10 words the rest of the night. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was embarrassing as the hostess and such a let down. read more

All of the meat was overcooked & drenched in teriyaki sauce. Not one person in our party was given the same size portion, the steak & chicken combo included FOUR half inch sized pieces of meat. They were very easy to book, safe to use for online booking which was a big deal to me, overall i recommend trying an experience like this. We booked Love Habachi for our daughter's civil wedding ceremony. There were 19 of us and only 1 chef provided (Juicy). While we had a fun experience with a home chef as everyone was excited, the party size was way too much for 1 chef to cook, entertain and serve. The quality of the food was very much compromised. Fried rice was hard and burned. The steak and chicken were very overcooked. The sauce was pretty the same on everything which made everything tasted the same. Chef was rushing to entertain and serve 19 people, while cooking. Not going to recommend to anyone at this point as we were pretty disappointed for the price we paid.
