From the moment we walked in, the customer service was truly elite. I was greeted with such warmth and genuine hospitality that it instantly set the tone for the entire experience. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure every detail was just right. The food was absolutely delicious, flavorful, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. Not only did everything taste amazing, but the presentation was beautiful and thoughtfully done. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. It's rare to find a place that delivers both exceptional service and high-quality food so effortlessly. Today's visit exceeded my expectations, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. I had the red snapper and it was superb and I added a little creole sauce on the side which elevated my fish even more. My fiancé had the fried chicken with plantains and that was seasoned to the T! Highly recommend this new little hidden gem in West Warwick!! Check them out if you're ever in the mood for good food and service.

I typically order take out Dominican food from providence so I was excited to try something close by Warwick saving me the drive. However after ordering from here I'll have to continue ordering and driving to providence for good Dominican food. First portion size for the price- portions were very small barely any protein on the steak dish. The chicken had enough protein but not enough rice to make it worth close to 30 dollars. I ordered pepper steak with plantains and grilled chicken with rice and beans with an order of sweet plantains for a total of 65.00!!!! dollars. This same order from several places in Providence would come in around 35.00 and much larger portion. I don't mind paying a premium for being closer however this is outrages. The chicken was missing flavor and not very typical of what you would expect from Latino cuisine. The pepper steak had zero sauce and was over cooked you should be able to dip your tostones in the sauce of this and that was not the case. One saving grace was the tostones they were fresh , crispy and tasty.

Sorry it's the only picture I took

The food and drinks were good I would recommend this place and the people that work there were friendly without being overly friendly very helpful too

***Moving to Providence this summer so be mindful of location***…read more Truly love a good frybread and Willy doesn't disappoint here!! A huge variety of frybread options to choose from and this man loves to be creative with his sauces! Service is great and hot to discuss the menu, crowd favorites, his passion for what he does. Of note Frybread will be moving to Providence this summer down to Smith Street and this place will be a food force to be reckoned with! Smashburger was juicy and the frybread bun was cooked perfectly and awesome! Fries were great and the blueberry hot honey wings had amazing flavor that coupled with the blueberry lemonade perfectly. Casual and relaxed vibe with indigenous art and even some jewelry/crafts supporting local artisans. I can't wait to come back and try a pizza, stuffed frybread or any other item on the menu!!

So much so, it was actually dripping when I picked up the frybread. The fries were also saturated with grease and were floppy and soft. The food didn't even look the same as what I saw on TikTok, so I'm not sure if I came on an "off" day or what. Maybe they had a different cook that day. Not sure. The other thing that is frustrating about this place is the hours are not consistent. It says they're open until 7pm but I've tried coming a few times and the place was closed even though the hours online say it's open. So it feels like a gamble sometimes when making the trip out there to get the food.

I was thrilled to stop by and had a wonderful experience at the bar. I have a small appetite so I chose to have the side order of seafood fried rice and it did not disappoint. It was so absolutely delicious. The shrimp were plentiful and tender. The colorful variety of vegetables were fresh and the seasonings were incredible. So good... as I said, that I had to order another "side" to take home! I did spoil myself with some sticky toffee pudding of which I brought home leftovers as well. Owners Michael and Ailine were very thoughtful and said hello! I recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly to an individual, couple or family. It's a pleasure to dine there !

Be warned, it's on the more expensive side for dining and may be a coin toss for "is it worth it" for those that enjoy a night out but also looking for value. Food was a mixed bag for us.... Starting with the smashburger was genuinely disappointing as the burger itself was dry and advertised as a "French onion" smashburger that failed to deliver any of the rich, savory flavor we expected with a name like "French onion smashburger". The hot honey Mac and cheese was very good and flavorful... The hot being more of a vinegary heat than I expected but the cream sauce was rich. Speaking of value earlier.... Smashburger was $20 and the Mac and cheese was $28. Entrees were $10-15 more it seemed but previous reviews all spoke highly of the entrees and would want to try them if we visit again. The overall service experience was disappointing for us. Not for the demeanor of the staff but everything else... We had a decent size group of 8 (5 adults and 3 kids) and was fortunate to have a dining room to help the kids burn some energy while not bothering the other diners. However, from ordering to entrees to arrive was 45 very hungry minutes. It also took 20+ mins just to get drinks. Once the food arrived, they also were short two of the kids meals which was thankfully corrected quick. We then were somewhat "gently" being asked to wrap things up by 3 staff members in 10 mins making the rounds to clear plates and any to go containers. We all understand the business in the food industry and turning tables, and trust me, after an hour from arriving to food on the table we wanted to get home for bed time. However, really sours the experience and would not advocate going here with large groups.... Between the kitchen and staff I can't say you'd have a guaranteed good time.

Very knowledgeable, told me about the Newport restaurants points app, fun ways to eat the dishes and gave the best description and inside scoop on all foods. Everything was seasoned well, and hot. Our only take away was if the porkchops had something with a different texture added to it. The bread pudding w the ice cream was fantastic as well, sweet gooey goodness. This is an accessible restaurant, with a ramp, automatic doors and handicap parking. It's a shared parking lot still, but there are signs indicating where you can or can't park. Low low music. Lighting is dim, space to walk between tables, clean bathrooms.

Our server, Jenna, visited our table soon after we were seated and brought us water. We were waiting for other members of our party, and she never made us feel rushed or pressured. While waiting, we put in drink orders and the "Lavender Fields Forever" cocktail that I ordered (Rhodium Gin, lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice, snap pea simple syrup) was so delicious, and garnished with a beautiful sprig of lavender flowers. We ordered two appetizers: Point Judith Calarmari and Corn Arepas. The calamari had too many tentacles and not enough rings for me, but the arepas were excellent. The cornmeal base was crispy and hot, and there was just the right amount of meat and toppings. For entrees, our group ordered the Chimichurri Grilled Chicken sandwich, The rigatoni with pink sauce and sausage with crispy chicken as an add on, the short ribs over mashed potatoes, the Wood-Grilled Bone-In Pork Chop, and the Rib Eye Steak. We all enjoyed our entrees. It is evident that Iron Works uses high quality ingredients and puts a great amount of care into the preparation fo their food. We split three desserts amongst the five of us: The flourless chocolate torte, the cheesecake, and the Banoffee Sundae. The flourless torte was rich and very chocolately, and the cheesecake was very good as well. I'm not a fan of bananas, so I didn;t try the Sundae, but the friend who ordered it enjoyed it. After dinner, we sat and chatted for awhile,, and we never felt rushed or pressured to leave. This was a very enjoyable evening in a great restaurant environment with delicious food.
