First visit to this office and i was very impressed. Office was very clean and modern, staff was efficient and friendly and the doctor was very thorough and informative. I had a brief 5 min wait in the lobby, while i waited i was able to watch the show wipeout, Kept me entertained. Once i went back the assistants were quick with the x-rays (which i absolutely hate) and the doctor was in quickly after that. I do have some cavities which i expected. The front desk girls were great. they took the time to call my insurance and find out an estimate of my co-pay. I think thats great Medical office should do this as well. They found me some time to come back and sent me on my way. On my way out they sent me with an awesome little new patient gift. It was a blue tumbler cup stuffed with dental goodies. Whitening pen, breath spray, mints, tongue scraper and other cool goodies. I have never had an office give me a gift like that. Visit was quick and painless and i think they are worth five stars. I see some bad reviews on here from other people and maybe they should give it another shot. I know that i will be spreading the good word on this office and look forward to come back. - HOPEFULLY I GET ANOTHER GIFT! if not, its okay, im just happy that i finally found an office that i feel very comfortable at. Its not very often you walk into a medical/dental office and feel at ease. I felt that they did a good job at making me feel welcome. I posted this before and im not sure why it did not show. I just wanted to let everyone know that this place was awesome. Seriously my favorite dental office ever. The staff was very efficient and ran ON TIME( I know its hard to believe). The office was beautiful, very modern, and everyone was SO friendly. The doctor was very involved in my visit (unlike my other dental office, where I hardly saw my dentist) and the hygienist was funny and cleaned my teeth thoroughly. I did need to have some work done unfortunatly and they went over all the fees with me in detail, and they let me set up payment arrangements to work with what I could afford. They explained to me everything that they would be doing for me. I havent been to the dentist in years because I ALWAYS have anxiety about going to the dentist. After my first visit, everyone made me feel so comfortable that when I actually went back for my cavities to be filled I had very minimal anxiety. Which made this visit very pleasant too, who knew getting fillings done could be so painless.... So if your looking for a dental office that doesnt have hidden fees, unpleasant assistants, and a boring old doctor you should check them out I give them 5 stars. read more

I first went to Seattle Scape Smiles about 2 months ago. Like most people I don't like going to the dentist and I was especially nervous because I hadn't been into get my teeth checked in quite awhile. My first appointment was with Dr. Bill Wong. I found Dr. Wong to be really friendly and thorough. That first visit I had my teeth cleaned by the hygienists who is also super friendly did a wonderful job considering I drink a lot of coffee and hadn't had my teeth cleaned in way too long. I've been back twice since then to get some fillings. This last visit I saw Dr. Bill Wong's brother Dr. Peter Wong and like the other occasions he made a point to make me comfortable and actually took the time to take pictures of my cavities and explained in detail what was going on in my mouth. It's obvious by the way they run their practice that they're more interested in the dental health of their patients than turning a profit. I've never written a yelp review before but felt compelled to because I've had such consistent, nice experiences there, at the dentist! They are definitely worth checking out. read more

OK, so I'm a workaholic. I really don't like taking time off work especially for a dental visit. I have a dentist that I've been going to for awhle at the Med-Dent Building in downtown Seattle. The problem is that whenever I have to go there, I have to go to find parking or valet park. With my hour appointment, traffic, parking and everything, it just seems like an obstacle to get there and back to work. So I figure I'd try this office out. The great thing is they are OPEN on SATURDAYS. Perfect. Parking? They have street parking right in the front or nearby. As far as the services, they have contemporary equipment. Everything was state of the art. I had my digital x-rays, cleaning and exam by Dr. Wong and as expected, I had no cavities. No pushing of unecessary work. He explained that there were some teeth that we would watch as he showed me the images of the concerned areas. I've had other dentists in the past. Some were better than others. What was nice was that this office, (staff and doctor) seemed to care. Gotta give them points for that. read more

Of course I received a $25 bill due to ''cancellation in less than 48 hours'' when they pushed me to make another appointment 12 hours before. Hello?! Did you ever take any math class?! First of all, I didn't have any bad experience with the dentists there, it's just the front desk lady and her attitude that I cannot bear. On my first appointment, I just wanted to clean my teeth, and the experience was actually not bad, but after cleaning, they pushed me to make another appointment to take care of my cavities the next day. I told them I might cancel it due to personal reasons and they said it's cool. So I cancelled it the next morning, of course the front desk lady was angry already on the phone, but with no mentioning of a $25 fee. So in order to prove how horrible her math is and how mean she can be, I got this bill in my mail a week later. It's not a lot of money at all, but it just shows how mean they are behind their fake smiles when they know you are not gonna come back again. read more

Since I am new to Seattle and just moved to Belltown, I asked my friends to refer me to a good dentist. They mentioned this placed called SeattleScape Smiles...so I set up an appointment for a checkup. I went to their website and noticed that Dr. Peter Wong received an award as one of America's top dentists.....so I made an appointment to see him ( I think there are 3 dentists who work there). Since it has been 4 years since last check up, I was nervous....but I am sure happy I went. They are really high-tech......I never knew you can do digital x-rays now on computer and get your teeth photographed. That was cool. Dr. Wong was very thorough....and very friendly. I really liked how he explained to me in detail so that I would understand fully my condition. Abbey the front office was great and I scheduled for my fillings the same day. I really recommend this place.....great service and the doctor seems to really care for your well-being. :-) read more

5 stars for my doc Andy Trinh! I had to have two crowns done a few months ago. I decided to do both at the same time, since I have a brand new baby at home. The temporary fell off the very next day and I was in a lot of pain. They fit me in that very day and replaced it. For the following weeks I was in agony! I called and they saw me right away to make a few adjustments, but the pain persisted. Dr. Andy was so attentive and caring. He even called me personally multiple times to check on me. He helped fix the problem (incorrect bite and possible infection), and I just had my final fitting. The whole thing took FOREVER, but the care for Dr. Andy and the staff made me feel really well taken care of. This place really follows through for their clients and tries their best to accommodate them. Thanks, and I hope not to be back until my next cleaning! read more

New to the Seattle area and had a major toothache. I did a quick google search and found this office nearby.....only 5 minutes driving ...down the hill from me so it was convenient. It was the last day of the year 2010 and my tooth was killing me....and most dentists were closed. I called and luckily they were open. Dr. Bajwa looked at my tooth and realized that I had an infection....and low and behold......needed a root canal. Yikes! But it didn't hurt at all....he was so gentle......and caring....completely blew my mind away. Took care of me and I was out the door. I just received a follow up call from him to see how I was doiong. Talk about customer service. Great place here! read more

My Girlfriend recommended me to this office for a cleaning, although I really dislike xrays... My first visit they took a full set (18 different xrays!) It sounds crazy, however they have digital xrays, that were all taken very quick and painlessly. My hygienist Whitney was great, very friendly and thorough. I have seen two different doctors, Dr Bill for my exam and Dr Bajwa for my fillings. Both appointments were great, I really enjoy both Dr's, although I find Dr Bajwa to be pretty funny. All in all my experiences at SeattleScape Smiles have been great. I look forward to telling my friends and family about this office as well!! read more

The normal Seattle lack of interest in customer service is not found here at SmileScapes. No half hearted smiles and weak handshakes at this office. From the receptionist to the hygienist and the doctor I saw all where excellent in answering my questions and concerns. Super thorough from start to finish. Actually looking forward to going back to the dentist.(yes I did say that) I have a bunch of work that needs to be done and this is the office I will be having it done. I came in for a check up and cleaning. The brand new office is very clean and professional. The staff is welcoming and efficient. The x-rays and cleaning were done quickly and thoroughly. The visit took about 40 minutes. The staff made me feel very relaxed and welcomed. The dentist was very friendly and knowledgable. The denist also recommended a proactive treatment on some of my teeth to prevent future cavities and thereby preventing larger costs later on. I intend on coming back to this dentist office to continue caring for my dental health. read more

I normally do food and restaurants but I felt I had to write this. This is a wonderful office. Very open, fresh and modern. I am extremely happy with the work I had done by Dr. Bill. Very laid back, considerate and approachable. For Tracy, to say no star for this office when she was never even treated is a little overkill. I sincerely disagree. Everyone was very professional. I don't have insurance. But they took the time to work with me with my treatment. I wish there were more caring people in the world. read more

I had some dental work done in Oregon that was poor. I came to see Dr Bill here and found him to be so through and steady. I had a crown above an implant that was permenately cemented to the abutment. With patience and perserverenece Dr Bill removed the crown and saved my implant. He spent 2.5 hours with me. His assistant was very skilled too. I will go here for my restorative work when I can afford it. I appreciate what Dr Bill did for me. read more

What a wonderful Dentist's office. Large, clean, brand newly, freshly painted walls greeted me as I came in. I like the space. The people are nice - busy but nice - what I really liked was the quality service I got. I had my first ever cavity so I was understandably nervous but the dentists there made me feel at ease and I am happy with the work they performed on me. I would definitely recommend them. I'm impressed. I had seen Dr Peter Wong in the Bellevue office and was more than satisfied. Smiling staff and quality service. The Seattle office is now convenient for me so I went in to see Dr Bill Wong when one of the brackets on my braces broke. He got me in for an emergency appointment and fixed the bracket quickly and flawlessly. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr Wong. I recommend him to everybody. read more

I used to be afraid of dentists (since a bad abscess when I was only 11) but it's not the case anymore, thanks to this dentist. Kamal is kind, understanding, and explains what he's doing (if you want). I don't know much about the rates in comparison with other Dentists, but I do know they'll help you figure out what your insurance covers and I think they can give you a discount if you don't have coverage. read more
