Even though their prices are cheap, their work and attitude is less than stellar. Honestly, go here only on weekdays before 5 PM, or not at all. Initially came in on a Saturday, and it was beyond packed. They charged me $3 extra, without notification just because I chose different colors on my nails. Didn't bother to tell me that before.. On top of that, on further inspection of my nails, they were all shaped differently, there was a fuzz on one nail, a chip on the other, and she cut my skin twice!! I figured that she was rushed because they were so packed on the weekends, and so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. However, when I went in today, Monday, to get my nails fixed, the owner looked at my nails and she tried to be cheap and say that my nails were not that bad, and even tried to blame it on me being like my nails are short that's why they were cut that way. MY NAILS WERE LONG BEFORE, AND SHE SHAPED IT THAT WAY, AND CLEARLY, some were round, some sharp, some longer than the others. They wouldn't let me get them redone, or fixed unless I paid $16, or waited till THURSDAY for the lady to come back, and fix them.. Yes, they have a bunch of nail colors. But you REALLY need to pay attention to how they do their nails, and literally guide them and indicate that you want you nails painted all the way to the side. You would think it's obvious... Even though they have a wide variety of color options, the owner, and all the ladies try to cheat you and talk smack about you in Vietnamese when they were the ones who did a bad job.. +1 star just because after much instruction, they actually got it right and my nails look decent. read more

Today was my first time here....Got there before 9:30 they were open already...and took me in...the ladies are the nicest ever!!!! When they were talking I didn't feel they were talking smack lol...I loved everything about it!!! My gel toes + design & my babies toes too with a design $33 + tip.... I felt like I was stealing something lol...Defenitly coming back!!! They do get packed tho...so I would recommend go really early.... YOU WILL LOVE IT! read more

I absolutely love this Nail salon. It definitely deserves its 5 stars.. I went in one day after work i got off at 7 and still needed time to get there, and they took me in when I walked in without appointment. Tracy did my nails and she is now my new nail girl, she is super funny and sweet and keeps it real when i ask for her opinion on a nail color. She takes her time when shes filing my nails down and makes sure they are even and perfect, which if you know is a pretty big deal. They have a wide selection of Gel colors and they even have some cute chrome colors. Tracy did ombre nails on me the second time and i really liked them, she is super talented and has a great attitude. Demi, has also done my feet before and she is great as well.. she is hilarious and even made me laugh a few times. One thing i look at in nail shops is how the employees act with eachother and how they come off, and i cannot say anything bad about this place.. to top it off the prices are really good and its great quality, i will definitely be returning from now on as long as Tracy and Demi keep doing my nails :) read more

After having Vicky I tried to make an appointment with her and the rudely told me she didn't work there so I just walked in. My nail was already broken so the new lady fixed it and gave me a fill about 5 days ago. She made them way too thin and now two nails have broken already !! I went in to try to get my nail fixed and was told if I didn't have an appointment (even though I only needed one nail fixed) they were too booked to fix it even though no one was in the shop. Absolutely RIDICULOUS! Get Vicky back !!! read more

I love getting my nails done here! Everyone is nice and professional. They have plenty of unique colors to chose from. It's clean and they put a new bag for the water when you get a pedicure. They even have a menu for you to pick what type service you like. My favorite is the warm towel they use to clean your legs and arms after your massage. I always leave here very satisfied! read more

His place may be small, but they do amazing work on nails. I suggest make an appointment, wait time can really delay here, sometimes even with an appointment you have to wait. They really pay attention to detail so you can get what u want. Love the pedicure also! I usually get the $30 one. My legs and feet literally feel like they're floating. read more

I'm new to the area so I found this salon on yelp off of the vicinity. This salon is older in regards to the design of chairs and workstation but that was outshined by how detailed the technician was on my nails. She took her time and made sure that they came out as I wanted. This salon has a lot of great gel colors for acrylic and for a fill with gel being $22 I will be back in 2 weeks! But today was my lucky day I drove to la and got on yelp and seriously found an amazing Nailshop with just warm welcoming customer service Vicky is the BEST I WILL BE RETURNING. They have great prices & every gel color you could want. I can't thank them enough for making my hands look so good and giving me somewhere to go that's not a 4 hours wait. I walked in with my partner (for his birthday) and his mother and wanted to get three pedicures and one gel manicure. The place was so small that the waiting area was right behind the technicians doing the manicures. They told us to sit down and a man proceeded over with a schedule (nothing on the schedule) informing us he didn't have any openings. Granted, it's Easter weekend, have some more staff fill in or don't miss out on the cash! Anywho, we ended leaving and heading over to V&D nail spa on 154th and Hawthorne Blvd. much bigger and the massage chairs look brand new! read more

Extremely disappointed. I got a manicure and pedicure and the woman who did my manicure and cleaned up my cuticles left my thumb bloody. I asked her to clean it up which she didn't. Then a younger girl switched off with her and she was going to do my nails but then she switched off with another girl who was going to do my design. I asked the girl if she could clean up the blood on my thumb and she said she would after she was done. Well she didn't clean them up, she painted gel coats over the blood. Now there is blood showing in my nail design. I don't even feel like going back to have it fixed I'm so upset. I definitely won't be coming back here again. Very unprofessional. read more

First timer, had to wait 30 minutes on a Thursday morning. But Hanna was very nice and I didn't mind the wait. Went in for a fill done at another salon. Hanna had some techniques I had never seen and she was so experienced and professional. They were even able to accommodate my rambunctious 1 year old! Though I don't recommend taking small aged children as the place is rather small and front door opens right into the busy Blvd. Aside from all that I LOVE MY NAILS! They compliment my hands and make them look more feminine which is something I always judge when getting my nails done. I will definitely be returning to see Hanna in a few weeks. read more

I usually come here and it's been great. The past couple times I've been pretty unhappy due to my nails having bumps, being the wrong shape, and design. I asked if they could do checkered on one nails, said yes. Then ended up doing marble when I didn't ask for it. Looked like the color was smudged & didn't match the other nail. Then asked if it could be changed to a solid color like the rest of my nails, was told the nail looked fine. Also got my toes done and left with pink polish smudge on my toes. Im very unhappy. I've come here for a while now and always left super happy with how my nails turned out. Recently, I've been upset when I walk out. read more

They're okay, I'm not sure if I would go back. I was happy with the results the day I got them done. I got the gel color Snowflake, after 3 days the tip of the nails turned light yellow. One has fallen already and 2 of them are becoming loose. Not to mention the same nail has fallen from my opposite hand. read more

I went guided by the previous reviews that this place has. Once there I asked for coffin shaped nails but the man who did my nails shaped them very squarish. When I told him if he could fix the shape he rudely replied that they weren't coming out how I wanted because I wasn't relaxed then he started to mumble in his language, which is just plain rude. I'm paying to have my nails done in a way in which I would be satisfied but he seemed not to care about what the customer wanted. He also kept insisting that I should get gel, which I had already told him that I didn't want. I will not be coming back to this place again.
