I recently got a gel manicure here and unfortunately I wasn't pleased with how my nails turned out. I noticed that my nail tech seemed new to doing nails, which doesn't always mean the service will be bad! everyone has to start somewhere. However, I left with my nails filed down to the point where they were very short and sensitive, and the shaping was uneven. The gel polish application also wasn't consistent. I chose a red color and there were sheer spots where you could see through the polish. It also wasn't applied close to the cuticle, and there was cured gel left on parts of my nails, which made the application look messy. I still paid and tipped because the technician was kind, but unfortunately this was my second time visiting and I wasn't impressed with the service either time. I unfortunately will not be returning. Used a class pass reservation to try out a new spa and i was not disappointed! Very friendly service, tidy shop with lots of color choices. Disposable liners for the pedicure which i always appreciate. The regular pedicure is very nice and compared to some other spots i've been to , felt like a deluxe. Staff is very pleasant and gentle ! Offered a drink which was lovely , delicious coffee. Will definitely be back for a manicure and all my pedicure needs . I called in advance to schedule 3 pedicures because other spas would not take me as they didn't have enough room. once we arrived, they proceeded to race me and my friend into a chair and made the third one of us wait while they gave us the most rushed pedicure i have ever witnessed. i'm talking filing my nails AS he's painting and didn't even cut my nails even though i asked?? i think he sort of prepped my nails for MAYBE 5 minutes and then set my nails for like ten seconds each layer of gel. also the water was burning me and i told them that and they took multiple minutes to fix it. maybe 15 minutes later my nails were done and they charged me SIXTY DOLLARS. there's no way. insane. do not come here. respect to the other salon that just told me they couldn't take us rather than completely ripping us off for profit. i think the female workers seemed to be taking their time so maybe ask for one of them if all else fails and you must come here. read more

I was recommended this nail salon by a coworker. I had an appointment at 1:30pm, arrived at 1:20pm, and didn't get seated until 2:05pm for someone to then work on my nails at 2:15pm. The male technician aggressively took off the previous gel off of my nails, then proceeded to tell me my nails were really weak but that I can have the round shape that I had asked for (after he was done filing my nails, you can see in the photo, they were square shaped). Once completing the appointment, I went out to dinner and while I was getting ready for bed noticed a chemical smell. The gel on my thumb nail had not cured correctly (this has never happened to be in the years of doing gel nail polish) and was oozing out of the nail gel shell. The next morning I called to get it fixed and the lady told me that I could only come in at 3pm to which I arrived at 3:05pm. The male technician said he had to come in on his day off to fix my nail. He said that my nails are too weak to have gel nail polish, even said that his coworker confirmed it, but he said proceeded to do them anyways. He told me the reason why the gel did not cure correctly on the ONE nail is because of how I had inserted my hand into the UV machine, though I have not had an issue in my previous experiences. Eleven days later and now two other gel nails have chipped. I will not be going back to this salon. Other salons provide at least a two-week guarantee but this is disappointing given how they treat their customers and terrible customer service. read more

I called to ask before my appointment if they had someone that could do intricate designs and they said yes. I went in at 4:30 for a mani pedi, and I was still sitting in the chair getting my nails done at 8 pm. The nails looked very cheap, even though they costed $135. This is my favorite salon. If you have time to treat yourself this is the best salon this is it!!! My girl Hana is an amazing nail technician. She is meticulous with her work, lovely conversation, creative ideas and above all is kind-hearted and talented. Everyone who works here is funny and great at what they do. I get my pedicures by her husband Bao; they are a power couple. Getting your nails done is a treat so don't go in if you're in a rush, but ready to relax (they give great leg massages). The other clients at the salon have always been kind as well and the vibe is great all around. These are my new acrylic nails with dip, they also do gel and will be honest with you if your nails need a break. I highly recommend this salon and everyone who works there! read more

Did my Gel manicure in about 35 minutes. Super fast and friendly staff. I got a simple black gel manicure and it looked okay. I had some hang nails on my skin and to compensate the nail tech decided to not paint all the way to my cuticles which I understand but it made it look like my nails look like they were grown out with the application. Definitely worth coming here for a quick gel manicure if you're in a time crunch! read more

I've come here a couple times and I've always liked anybody that has done my nails. I didn't quite get the woman's name that did my acrylics, but she's on station five. This is my second time having her do my nails because I always do a walk in appointment, and I tried to let her know I didn't want my nails as thick as she made them last time because they were very uneven and did not look as nice as the others ladies. And honest to God they came out way worse. She also takes FOREVER to do nails and it's not even quality nails. I'm not one to ask for a refund, because they I received a service. Upon walking in I was welcomed by someone and was offered their color selection they offer, super friendly staff! Jenny did my nails and was the sweetest person, she was just as excited to get my nails done as I was and it was such a lovely experience to have after having a rough morning. I requested a specific design and she was more than happy to oblige as well! So happy with my nails and will definitely be coming back!
