I ordered two cards from them on March 21st; both of them were for my mom for Easter and her birthday, since her birthday is the week after Easter this year. I got an email on March 23rd saying that the cards were sent, but...I wasn't given a USPS tracking number! Instead, I was redirected to a 3rd party company sight that kept telling me that the cards were in Hartford, CT, but never moved! It was like that for a week, so I sent them an email and was told that UNLESS THE PACKAGE IS GOING THROUGH FEDEX THEY USE A 3RD PARTY TRACKER!!!! What the heck?! The package NEVER made it to my house, thought I was told it would arrive between Thursday March 26 - Saturday March 28. My mom's been working from home since March 23rd, so I know she would have seen it if it was delivered as she was getting the mail while I was working. I tried to message them again, but they never wrote back, so I tried to research how to get a refund for the cards that NEVER MADE IT TO MY HOUSE and, according to the 3rd party tracking sight, ARE STILL STUCK IN HARTFORD, CT!!!! I will NEVER use this company again! My package has been lost/misplaced because they don't want to spend the extra money for real time tracking for USPS! Thank God Hallmark allows you to order online and will deliver to your house. And, I got an email from them with a tracking number for...you guessed it! USPS! And, at the time I'm writing this ((Saturday April 4th)), the tracker from Hallmark says my cards will be here on Monday! I ordered a pop-up bouquet for my sister on 12/14/2020 and it didn't ship until today (1/4/2021), three weeks later. Once it makes it through the mailing process it will be more like a month after I ordered the card! For $25, it is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

Gave them three tries and I'm done- in January I ordered my son a birthday card and allowed eight days and he did not receive it before his birthday, he got it two days after his birthday. In another instance I allowed nine days for the event and the person did not receive it. The third time the person did get it but these card are too pricey to take the chance. They're absolutely beautiful cards but what's the point if the person doesn't get it in time for their special day or event. I tried to contact them to see if you get some kind of credit for non-delivery or a late delivery but no such luck. Unfortunately they have gotten too big for their britches. There is another option - I found my local gift store has another company that does similar work so I buy cards there and mail them myself. They're $10 and you can sign them free! read more

How could anyone write a negative review for this awesomely cool company you cold hearted Jerk, lol! It has to be a disgruntled and pissed off ex employee because these highly detailed creative cards are nothing but full of JOY!! I called to order a special card for my little "Boo Bear" my boyfriend...lol! We're planning a little quick but fun R&R trip together very soon and I just wanted to give him a little something EXTRA to make him smile in-between all the cocktails and the bedroom if you know what I mean...he he! Well, the little Love Bear card is just what I thought it would be..SUPER CUTE!! The cards themselves are heavy paper. The front of each card is cut with a highly embellished design of whatever theme you choose. There are even designs cut into corners of the cards which is a nice artistic touch! I wish they would have higher magnification on their website because the photos they have now just doesn't show the fine details good enough. I let the associate over the phone know that this was my very FIRST time ordering from them and that I needed the cards before my trip which left little time to order them. I didn't intend to wait so long but I completely forgot about this little Gem of a company as I craft my own cards. Reguardless of the slacker move....I just simply asked for a break on the Rush shipping and guess what? She actually gave it to me! Now that's what you call good old fashioned GREAT customer care! Although my recipient loved the card I was not at all impressed with the customer service. Since Lovepop offered scheduled delivery I elected my card be delivered on Mother's Day. Having my card and bouquet arrive on Mother's Day was so special and important to me because I traveled from Minnesota to Texas to see my stepmom, I was arriving on Mother's Day. I do understand that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, that would be nearly impossible, so I figured a difference of 1 - 3 days. My gift arrived an entire week early and I didn't find that at all acceptable so I took my concern to the Happiness help center and I WAS NOT happy with my experience. I spoke to two different reps and neither one could acknowledge my disappointment in my delivery arriving an entire week early. They offered me a discount on a future purchase and when I said I wasn't sure I'd shop with them again they basically told me that they could care less. If this is a new company they may want to work on the customer service side as much as they work on the cards. After all of this I would never shop with them again. read more

Ordered a card on Feb.5, in hopes of having it delivered by Valentine's Day. Never received any shipping or tracking info because apparently you have to purchase that separately or choose it separately (who does that nowadays, so strange). Anyways, the Friday before Valentine's Day, I email to inquire about the status of my order and I get an email back basically telling me to just wait. Valentine's Day comes around and nothing. Day after, nothing. So I call and I guess the good that came out of all of this is that they were willing to refund me and the refund was processed fairly quickly. That's about it. Bye. read more

Just a follow-up to my original review. I was contacted by the company. I think they just got overloaded at Valentine's Day. They refunded my money and still sent out the card. Yes, it was a few days late. They also sent me a code for a free card in the future. I just used the code and the card shipped right away. Every company messes up now and then. I feel the way they handled the issue after the fact bodes well for them. Like many other reviewers, I ordered the card with a promised delivery of 2/12. It is now 2/18 and still no card. I didn't even get a tracking number. Only an email stating it shipped. I ended up making a run to a store on Valentine's Day after our mail arrived with no card. Hoping to get my money back without any issues. read more

These guys are flagrant spammers. They automatically add you to multiple marketing lists without any chance to opt out, but then they ignore their own unsubscribe links. I consider this abusive and unethical. Caveat emptor. I made the mistake of buying directly from LovePop. Luckily, I gave them a disposable email address. They are serious spammers. At no point during the purchase was I given the option to opt in or out of marketing emails. I always check. After the purchase, I got the usual confirmation email. So far, so good. Five days later, I got my first spam email pushing Christmas cards. I clicked on the unsubscribe link and checked every opt out option. I was told that I was "Removed from the LovePop community". And I got a confirmation saying that I was removed from their lists. I also sent a reply telling them never to contact me again. Six days later (today), I got my second spam email disguised as checking in to see how I liked my purchase, but also pushing several of their products that "I might like". Again, I clicked on the unsubscribe link. This time I was told that "You have been successfully unsubscribed from Mail After Purchase emails". Apparently, they have several spam lists and I will have to unsubscribe from each one separately. I again sent a reply telling them, to die a painful death. The cards are OK, but very expensive. If you choose to buy one, don't give them your real email address unless you like spam. read more

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR WEDDING INVITES IN THE HANDS OF THIS BUISNESS! AWFUL AWFUL AWFULLLLLLLL!!!!!!!! My wedding is in LESS than two months and these people have fucked up my invitations multiple times. It's been a headache working with this agency for my wedding invitations! I wanted to use them because I loved how unique and different they are but if I had known ahead of time how unprofessional and how quick this company was going downhill I would've never worked with them to get my invitations! First, I was communicating back and forth with an employee named, Rachel. We were communicating through e-mail and text. She would take days to respond. There was a point where she completely stopped responding so I just showed up at their headquarters. They were very surprised that I had showed up but I mean, hello its my wedding invitations we are talking about; there's a timeline in process. the second encounter was that when they finally sent me my invitations my zip code was completely wrong, and the name of my venue was misspelt. so once again, I complained and had them resend me CORRECTED ones. So the girl who was helping me this time, named Miranda was very nice and helpful. She sent me the proofs and I approved them. She sent me the invites and when I received them I opened a couple of them to make sure they were correct and they were. I finally was satisfied and was happy that I didn't have to deal with this agency anymore. So I sent out allllll of my invitations (mind you, my guest list is at over 160 people). Two days after I send them out, I get text messages from a couple of my guests, asking me "Who is Ryan & Andy"?. I was confused, and my guests send me a picture of the RSVP card that was inside of there invitations... the RSVP card had "Ryan & Andy" with an Oklahoma address one it! The flip side did not have any meal options on there neither did it have my accommodations message! Just when I thought the headache with these people was over IT GETS WORSE! I called and complained and they said "sorry we aren't from the wedding department. We'll have somebody call you back from the wedding department within 30 minutes" that was at 1:45pm... it is now 3:38pm. I sent an e-mail and haven't received anything back either... if I don't hear back from them by next week I will be showing up to their headquarters ONCE AGAIN demanding my money back. I am SO upset that I considered working with these people to do my wedding invitations. I do not recommended them for any wedding what so ever! maybe a birthday card or mothers day card but do not leave your wedding invitations in the hands of these people! I agree with others saying they'd give zero stars if they could. I had seen these cards for so long. I was even following them on Facebook for so long and decided to finally buy one. It would be my husband's 8th Father's Day. We have a 7 year old daughter and a 4 month old. We love Star Wars and the Mandalorian. So we decided on a card with the Mandalorian and Baby Yoda. It looked cool and would be fun to even keep out after he received it. Well the week of Father's Day I checked the status and it was in a state up north like Michigan, here we are in AZ. So I didn't think much of it and thought it was due to the virus and would get it when we got it. I wasn't upset if it came after Father's Day although it would've been nice. Well I checked again a couple days later and it was STILL stuck there in the same state. So I decided to just wait and give it time. Surely a company like that, that was so popular, wouldn't have any problems getting me my order. RIGHT?! It was also some other delivery service I had never heard of to top it off. Well life happened and we got pretty busy. With my husband losing his job due to the virus and then having to find a new one to me taking care of my 7 year old and 4 month old. Well we got busy and the fun card I was excited for my husband to receive was forgotten. Well, I remember it at the beginning of AUGUST and that we still hadn't received it. So I immediately got on to check the tracking. Usually if it is USPS etc they will still have the tracking info in there even after delivered. Well the tracking information was now invalid. Confused as to why we hadn't got it from such a "reputable" company I emailed them. Not one word. I only checked my bank account later that day to see they refunded my money. Didn't email me to say anything about it, no sorry and no explanation to where my card was and didn't even try and send me another one. So because of this I won't ever purchase from them again. First experiences are everything and looks like others have had the same experiences as me. BTW those that "can't understand" why others are having problems and that you had such a "wonderful" experience. You were just one of the lucky ones. I ordered the five pack of Mother's Day cards. Every single one of them is truly a work of art! I work at a day spa with an Asia flavor and my boss wants to decorate an entire wall with the "Lily card," and she wants to sell the cards in our gift shop! My own mother died 4 years ago, and when I saw these cards I decided to honor all the Mom's I know with one of them. I had one left over, and when my boss saw the "lily" and "butterfly" card she had to have one, so I gave her the "cherry blossom" one and she was thrilled. The website doesn't even begin to do the cards justice, because until you open one and see the painstaking detail and the amazing artistry of them is when you can fully appreciate how beautiful and unique these cards are. Ordered a card for our Anniversary and choose to add $5 handwritten note. I accidentally misspelled a word. By the time I caught it it was too late and no customer service to respond in a timely manner. I figured because it's HANDWRITTEN the writer will catch it. I got the card in misspelled because it's not HANDWRITTEN. It's sent through the printer in a handwritten font. No human contact what so ever. Then it's on a piece of paper just shoved into the card. Then when you write a review you get attacked by them. Never again. read more

I spent 30 minutes choosing and personalizing a birthday card which the website indicated it would arrive on a specific date--in this case, a 70th birthday. Until I went through the usual address and payment info I found that it was not necessarily arriving on the advertised date, but possibly two days later. For an extra $25, I could guarantee the advertised date. FALSE ADVERTISING. SHADY. SAY IT UP FRONT. Would you buy something at the grocery store for a particular price--only to get to the register and be told it was not the advertised price but much more? Waste of my time. read more

My order was shipped to the wrong address. I emailed them to correct it before it got shipped and they said they corrected it BUT it still went to the wrong address. I wrote a special message to go along with the card and when the card finally arrived after my parents had to mail it to me, there was no message inside which ruined the whole surprise I had planned. read more

Update!! Rachael helped me and it was an email problem on my end!! So awesome!! I so excited to work with Lovepop for my wedding invitations. After I submitted my inquiry, a Wedding Concierge very quickly contacted me and asked for the details of my event and color theme. Initially the contact was timely and follow through was good. I was told I would have a proof with a day. I did not get the proof and I receive no contact to give me a status. There is no information to help you as a customer when you just get dropped. For my wedding invitations, this is just sad and heartbreaking. I will never use Lovepop and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. The first card was lost. The replacement was supposedly delivered then taken to another state according to the tracking. The tracking service isn't official USPS. I put in the number on the USPS site and it didn't have ANY tracking info. This company is horrible. I found a better replacement on Amazon. Don't waste your money. read more

I ordered an Eagle card to give to my nephew who had just earned his Eagle status in Boy Scouts. When it came I was surprised at how small the card was. When I opened it it was just so so. The cover just had a small eagle. Inside was just a so so pop up. I expected the eagle to be so beautiful that I would think WOW! I was just thinking I spend $20.00 for this.....:( Perhaps the other cards are amazing, but this one was not. I will not be buying from them again. They got me: hammered by seductive FB advertising and Mother's Day pending I wound up on their website purchasing a few cards. They do a terrific job of categorizing and allowing you to view the cards both with photos and a quick video. This makes it easy to peruse their inventory and make your choices. Which I did. My cards arrived on time and were packaged nicely. So far, so good, right? Except the cards. For ten to fifteen bucks a card I was expecting something more. What? I'm not sure exactly--but it just felt to me too much like a five dollar card with ten dollars worth of marketing expense tacked onto it. I love the concept, the website, the delivery. I just think the actual product does not in any way live up to the hype or price point. read more
